The lasting power on this isn't as strong as the original Innocent. I think it's because it's a much more citrussy perfume and citrus doesn't last on me. It's pretty and I like wearing it, but it's nothing special and smells similar to so many of the other sweet/fruity fragrances out there.
This is Angel's little sister and she smells much lighter than her sophisticated older sis. I get a bright citrus/floral/sweetness scent when I spray this and it stays pretty true throughout the duration. The lasting power is super long and clothing I have had on when wearing this will still smell like the fragrance weeks after the initial spray.
It's smells like old lady on me. Way too nauseating for me to wear. I tried a spritz on my wrist and figured I would tough it out to see the dry down only to be disappointed by a powdery old lady smell. Not good.
I've been collecting this fragrance for years. I was originally drawn in by the notes but once I tried it on it was way too strong for me. But I've found that if I wear it way in advance that once it dries down it smells sweet and beautiful. Plus it lasts all day on me. So for all who hate how strong the initial smell, try spraying it on the night before and see how you like it in the morning. If it's still too much then the lotions might be a better option.
On me this smells like jasmine tea. Fresh jasmine flowers, not the jasmine absolute that makes fragrances too heady. This scent can only be found either online or at Marc Jacobs stores (not sure if it's available at MBMJ stores). The scent is moderate and lasts all day on me. I get no other notes other than jasmine tea and that makes me happy. I will always have a 3.4 oz back-up bottle of this.
Eyes -Unlisted Brand - Red Cherry - False Eyelashes

Do you like awesome fake lashes that don't make you feel bad if you toss them out after one use? These are amazing! The quality is great because they're made from human hair, the bands are flexible and thin without being flimsy, and the best part is that they are about $2.50 a pair at a local store I go to. I get so many compliments on the lashes when I wear them and with most lashes at department stores costing at least $12, you save a buttload of money that can be used for even more lashes (obviously).
Sunscreen -Kiehls - Super Fluid UV Defense Spf 50+

I love this product to pieces! I got a sample tube and decided to try it out even though I'm really not fond of Kiehls at all. I'm so glad I tried it. It's super runny which I wasn't expecting for such a high spf. The consistency is like milk and it has to be well shaken. All you need is a little bit and it absorbs into skin super fast. It feels like oil when being applied but leaves the skin feeling just slightly moisturized. This is a great product to use over lotions and it doesn't peel off once you apply make-up over it like a lot of sunscreens do. The best part is that it seems totally compatible with all the products I use and it hasn't made me break out at all. If only it was a tad cheaper or a tad bigger bottle I would marry it. But either way I'm going to be using this sunscreen for a long time and if it ever gets discontinued I'm going to have to hoard it like toilet paper after the apocalypse. UPDATE 7/12/12 So after about 3 weeks of continual use, it made me break out. I stopped using it while my face cleared up and when I would wear it for more than 2 days in a row I felt a breakout about to happen. I still have about half a bottle left that I will use on my hands and arms but I can't use this on my face anymore.
I never knew you weren't suppose to use this on your face. I remember growing up and watching my mom use this to clean her face every night. One bar would last her over 6 months. And the smell was a beautiful powdery scent. I love that it comes in its own container and that it comes in different colors (it was only available in pink when my mom bought it). All I do is rub a wet hand on the bar, lather up and go once over on my face. After I rinse it off my skin feels clean without feeling totally stripped of moisture and I'm ready or my toner. I will always have this soap and cry if it ever gets discontinued.
Cleansers -Philosophy - Purity Made Simple (Real Purity Cleanser)

Maybe it's me but I just don't feel like my skin is clean after using this. I'm guessing my skin doesn't feel too clean either because it feels like there's a film on my skin and even though my skin will get dry flaky spots, it will also breakout.
I bought this on the recommendation of the SA. It seemed to have everything I wanted in a treatment. Took it home, tried it on, loved the way it felt on my face. The next day I noticed a pimple. A big deep cystic pimple. No worries, probably just hormones right? Wrong! The next day another one came up and then another. After 7 days and 7 new painful pimples I returned this. Worst Lancome purchase for me ever. recommend Genefique.
I have the color Beetle and it's a perfect match to Orly's Space Cadet. I love the color and I found it to be a thicker formula than the Orly and got full coverage in 2 coats. I also have the Matte-ly in Love topcoat and I love it! The colors last long on my nails and the matte topcoat is perfect for giving a matte finish and for $5 it's a good buy.
- - - -EDIT TO ADD- - - - So after using this color I did a deep conditioning treatment about a week or so later. It seemed to have stripped the color out of my hair (mainly at the top part of my hair that has never been colored. This to me is odd for 2 reasons: 1- I used the darkest shade and although I think most all permanent hair color contains peroxide, I was expecting the dye pigments to stick better to my hair. 2- The hair that was colored previously was still black so I know that it wouldn't happen to all permanent dyes, so why am I paying more for inferior dyes? It looked like I dyed my hair black and was growing out medium brown hair. Although some people like the ombre look, I was really just hoping for a head of dark black hair. Should be easy enough right? I now have a bunch of coupons for this that I won't be using. This color was so easy to use. I used the darkest color for my almost black hair and it turned out wonderful. It wasn't really a noticeable change like when I use Feria but it made all my lighter strands match my darker ones. The bottle holds a lot of foam and I only needed 3/4 of a bottle to over saturate my hair. The foam also stayed nice and foamy throughout processing but you could hear it breaking down a bit with the crackling noise. All I had to do was mix in the color with the developer, invert the bottle 5-6 times, attach the nozzle top and squeeze out the color. The foam was much easier to rinse out and the conditioner smelled great although it didn't really condition. All in all I would purchase this color again. It does the job and it's super easy.
It's way too sheer. This would be okay if it didn't streak like crazy on me but it does so I would need to wear it opaque. 4 coats later and it just looks like dark blue. Not really impressed.
Maybe it's just me but I don't see anything special about this nail polish. I was hoping it would be glitter packed but it was a lot sparser. I ended up buying ultrafine holo glitter and adding it to the bottle to get the effect I want. Not that it's not pretty, but I think I could find a cheaper alternative that would work just as well.
Lip Treatments -Christian Dior - Addict Lip Glow Color Reviver Balm
saban 4/18/2011 8:05:00 PM
This gives such a pretty color and it doesn't make everything an unnatural pink like O-gloss. Granted it's pretty expensive from a lip balm stand. But the color is great and different with each person, the formula is smooth and balmy without being oily or greasy and it lasts a good amount of time. You'll have to re-apply after eating but it lasts longer than a lot of other balms I've tried.
