I Love this bath. It actually lasted me quite a while. so though it is expensive a little goes a long way. The lavender scent is outstanding and very pure. I use a drop or two in a facial bath and maybe 1 cap for a bath tub. I really want to try some of the other bath (Sage, Spruce) for different moods. Love this one!
Lotions/ Creams -Dr. Hauschka - Moor-Lavender Body Oil

This is such a beautiful product. Dr. Hauschka's Lavender products are all superior. This creamy body oil is super soothing and luxurious on the skin. It is quite rich and to buy this feels like a definate splurge at $30 a bottle but it is so lovely and healing it is worth it.
This is now my HG concealer. So far it is the only concealer that doesn't cake or crease under my eyes, I wear the medium shade which is great for my light/med. olive skin. It actually works for my under eye circles and to cover any broken capillaries by me nose. You only need a little product and the little sponge it comes with seems to work great, or patting with my finger. It stays on all day it seems and for me the medium shade blend into my skin tone really well, no more too light under eyes which always looked unnatural. TheBalm makes great stuff. I love their TM also.
I think this will last me 5 years!. A little goes a long way, so though it is on the expensive side, because it lasts for so long it is worth it. I only use this on my cheeks and sometimes eye lids as it is not pigmented enough on my lips. As a blush it is perfect a light peachy/terracotta, sunkissed color. This is a great winter/spring blush for me. In the summer, I also like Dr. H. Bronze concentrate. The Stila compact with mirror is so cute and convenient. I Love this stuff!
The Stila rep at Sephora suggested this lip glaze for me and I didn't believe she would be right. It looks super hot pink/coral in the tube and I was sure it would look awful on my light/medium olive skin. What a surprise! it looked great it really made my blue/green eyes pop and it looked fresh and youthful. Strangely it was not too pink as I feared , normally I can't wear pink lip colors but this works. The Stila rep was Puerto Rican and also had light olive skin and she had it on. She was very correct in suggesting Fruit Punch what a pleasant surprise. I just wish it wasn't so expensive. It does stay on amazingly well though for a gloss better than most.
This is a beautiful foundation. I have had numerous friends recommend it to me but I didn't want to spend $36 for foundation. I bit the bullet a got it at Sephora and it is really lovely. It makes the skin look perfect and glowey but not too much. 60 watts was the perfect match for my medium tone skin. It feels really light on the skin, not heavy and greasy. A little goes a long way so it should last a while.
Tinted Moisturizer -TheBalm - BalmShelter Tinted Moisturizer

This is a great Tinted moisturizer. It gives natural coverage to even out the skin tone. I wear the medium which was perfect all summer, it is a little too dark for me for the winter so I may try the light/medium. My only complaints are lack of color range ( they only have 3) and the sunscreen smell.
I love Shalimar! It is a classic that will never go out of style. I have been wearing it since high school. It is a sophisticated, deep, warm, peppery, mysterious, ambery blend that is like nothing else. I will always keep it in my fragrance repetoire.
Sunscreen -Unlisted Brand - Devita Daily Solar Protective Moisturizer spf 30
pezbot 9/14/2007 4:57:00 PM
This seems too good to be true. SPF 30 all natural, no parabens, no chemical sunscreen, yet no white residue and not too shiny. It feels like a light moisturizing day cream and it doesn't feel or smell like sunscreen at all. I love it. I would prefer a tube I think because the deep jar is a little bulky and not as sanitary but aside from that it is HG status.
Bath Treatments -LUSH - All That Jasmine Bath Bomb

I love this one. It smells a little bit like silky underpants powder and it makes a great scented bath. I usually break it up and make it last a few baths. Fairly inexpensive and most important FUN
I found this at a local health food store. It is a paraben free, cruelty free, toxic free mascara and it is great. The first day I wore it I happened to burst into tears and expected it to be running down my face. It stayed on I was very surprised. It doesn't seem to flake off even during exercise which is great! It was around 12$ which is much better that 23$ for Dr. Hauschka. No Clumping either. A great product.
I liked the smell and the fact that it is SLS free but it felt so slimy in my hair and was very hard to rinse out. I'd rather do a Conditioner Only wash with White Rain which felt way less slimy and is gentler.
Fragrances -Stella McCartney - Stella Rose Absolute

I didn't think I would like this but I really do. It is a rose scent with amber musk . There is something quite romantic and feminine about it. It is classic in an understated way. When I came home after spraying it on myself in Sephora my husband really liked it and so did I after several hours on the skin it really wore nicely. I love that it isn't a sickeningly sweet fake rose scent which I hate (ex. tea rose yuck) It is a warm spicy botanical real rose.
This is the best nude pinkish lip gloss I have ever worn. For me it is the perfect pink with just enough of a brownish under hue. It really works with my skin tone which is a light olive. Also it is inexpensive, cruelty free and chemical free. It has just a hint of glitter in the tube but not on the lips. LOVE it
When I wear this lotion all kinds of different people ask what I am wearing. Men, women old young. It smells really good on me but not on everyone. The lotion is twenty times better than the perfume spray which is too harsh almost chemical smelling. I wish she would make it in a spray oil like Kai does. I love it.
