Raspberry Ripple is a lovely bath & shower gel from The Body Shop. I love the scent which to me smells like true raspberry. The scent suits excellent with the "Watermelon" body lotion from the same brand. I would definitely repurchase!
The sales lady at The Body Shop recommended this body lotion called "Watermelon". She said it suits excellent with the "Raspberry ripple" bath & shower gel. Well, she was right. I like the watermelon scent and the cooling effect it has on my skin. The only problem I have with the body lotions from TBS is that I tend the use it up quite quickly.
It absorbs into the skin quickly and is moisturizing (considering it's a body lotion, not a body butter which I am used to using). I will most likely repurchase.
I got this warming mineral mask as a GWP at The Body Shop. I don't use this type of product on a regular basis. I do like the scent and the warming sensation. The product leaves my skin feeling soft afterwards. I cannot tell if it makes a huge difference but as I mentioned earlier I normally don't use this type of product on a regular basis so I'm not an experienced user. I would maybe repurchase if I find it on sale since I don't think face masks are essential to my skin care routine.
Pedal Faster Suzi is not my cup of tea. It's a barbie pink/lilac color with lots of silver glitter in it. It's a pretty color but it's just too Barbie-pink for my taste.
The quality is fantastic though. One coat provides good coverage. Great lasting power. Easy to apply. Nothing to complain about when it comes to quality. I will not reach for this nail polish often so I would definitely not repurchase.
Lotions/ Creams -Crabtree & Evelyn - La Source Hand Therapy

I got a sample of this hand cream from Crabtree & Evelyn and have been testing it for a couple of days. In my opinion, this is just an average hand cream. Sure the scent is nice but I don't find it to be very moisturizing. I prefer the hand creams I've tried from The Body Shop. I wouldn't buy this in full size.
Kiss Me On My Tulips is from the Holland 2012 collection. It's a pretty Barbie-pink color. Similar to Elephantastic Pink.
I like the color it's fun and vibrant. The application is super easy. One coat provides good coverage. Lasting power is great. I am very happy with the quality of the polish. So far all the colors I've tried from the Holland collection has been superb. However, the color itself is not unique or pretty enough to justify a repurchase. Hot pink is fun once in a while but it's not a color I will use very often.
"Red Lights Ahead... Where?" is part of the OPI 2012 Holland collection. It's a hot red with a orange tone in it. It has more orange in it than I had expected. Nevertheless the color is gorgeous. Beautiful summer shade. I've had several people telling me how beautiful the color is.
Application is super easy. One coat provides enough coverage. Staying power is great. I like how this color looks next to my cold skin tone. This is the most beautiful coral nail polish I've ever tried. I'd repurchase.
Treatments -Aussie - 3 Minute Miracle Frizz Remedy

This is an okay deep conditioner. I rarely use these kind of leave in conditioners but got a sample of this one which I had to try. The thing I absolutely love is the sweet but nice scent. I tend to go around thinking "oh how nice my hair smells" the next day. However, I found it easy to use too much of the product which creates a bit of a greasy feeling. So I'd advise people to take just a small small amount of product. I wouldn't purchase this in full size. I'm not hooked on leave in conditioners.
I Have A Herring Problem is part of OPI Holland 2012 Collection. This is a greyish blue. It is a dusty blue grey base with lots of micro silver, goldish green shimmer. The shimmer is very fine and subtile.
Application is great. Very versatile color, works all year around. One coat provides good coverage but I usually make it two coats. Staying power is also very nice. I am usually not into grey/blue colors but this one is very nice. I'd repurchase.
I came across a sample of the fragrance Island Kiss from Escada. I like the sweet fruity scent of Island Kiss. I usually find these kind of scents overpowering but this one is an exception. I think it has a fresh scent and will probably buy it if I find it in stores.
Shady Lady Vol. 2 is one of my favorite palettes. It has many wearable colors and the quality is excellent. The shadows are well pigmented and are extremely long lasting. I use this palette almost every week and that says a lot considering that I have quite many eye shadows to choose from. I like the packaging, it's cute and different and there's a mirror. The only downside is the fact that there is no brush included, however I always use my own brushes so that's not a problem for me. My favorite colors in the palette are: insane jane, just this once jamie and makeout mary. I highly recommend this excellent palette from TheBalm.
Wow, this is a great top coat. It took some time to get used to the application technique. At first I used too much and then I used too little, now I know how to use just the perfect amount of top coat. Also I've figured out I get the best result with two coats of colored nail polish. I first use the ridge filling base coat from Seche Vite, then two coats of colored nail polish and then finish off with the top coat. My manicure is super shiny, and lasts at least one week. No problems with shrinking or chipping. To sum it up, this is a lovely product which I will continue to buy.

I actually like this base coat. It provides a good and even base for colored nail polish even though the cuticles aren't perfect in the beginning. I use this, two coats of colored nail polish and then the top coat from Seche Vite and my manicure last at least one week. I am quite happy with this product and would repurchase it.
Lotions/ Creams -The Body Shop - Spiced Vanilla Body Butter
maan84 1/14/2012 1:28:00 PM
I am a big fan of the body butters from The Body Shop. They are a must-have, especially in the winter season. It's so rich and emollient. It is the most moisturizing body butter/body lotion I have ever tried. Other stuff I've tried is usually not moisturizing enough. As for the Spiced Vanilla scent it's not my cup of tea. I usally like vanilla scents, for example I love the vanilla body mist. However, there is something about this vanilla scent that I'm not that into. It might be the spice part of the scent I don't like, dunno. Spiced Vanilla was limited edition (Christmas 2011). Even if it was part of their standard products I would not repurchase this particular scent. However, I will keep bying body butters cause I love them and my skin need them.
Lavender Creamy Body Wash is a nice body wash from Weleda. I like the lavender scent and it's overall a good product, nourishing and creamy. However, I am not sure I would repurchase it. Why? There are equally as good body wash products for cheaper prices.
