l love this product . it is one of their best items . it gives a subtle dewy glow to the skin that makes you look healthy and radiant . i also get compliments on my skin when i have this on. you can use it as a highlighter all over colour or a blush or dip it in your lipbalm.
it is like a sheer warmth . it has a lot of shimmer where as warmth is matte. you have to be carful you do not use to much otherwise you look too tanned. i think it is a bit to dark for a highligher it works better as a blush or for making a lip colour with lipbalm. i think people with yellow toned skin will find this more suitable and for cool tones stick to clear radiance.
at first l thought it was the same as clear radiance but it is a lot more pink but it goes on very natural and gives a beautiful fresh dewy finish that gives a healthy glow. it works as a blush and a eyeshadow and a highlighter. as with most be products it is versatile. it is very easy to apply and get a natural look with this.
Loose Powders -Bare Escentuals - Tinted Mineral Veil

i find that this gives a better finish than the normal mineral veil . i also felt it was less chalky and powdery. it looks quite dark in the pot but just gives a hint of a colour. and has the effect of a flawless radiant skin. it is quite expensive but a little goes a long way. my skin feels softer with this rather than the regular mineral veil and stays less shiny as well.
i though it was similar to warmth as in it gave a slighty muddy look if you didnt apply correctly. it was nothing special they have a lot better colours i found it to be suitable for an eye colour but looked awful as a blush.
Lip Treatments -L'Occitane - Tinted Shea Butter Lipbalm
juli086 9/19/2005 3:04:00 PM
i bought this in honey . i like the colour but i do not know why it says it is a lip balm that contains shea butter i found it dried my lips out and was not at all moisturising. it did not last long either. it was also difficult to apply without a lip brush. packaging is great though. nothing special for the cost.
i love this product it has a great smell and after i leave for 15 mins it has nearly dissapered into the skin. it leaves it hydrated and soft. it is quite expensive but great for the skin. does not sting and would suit most people
i received a sample of this with the toner in the norm/combi . i found it to be very greasy on my skin and also found the scent a bit over powering. i thought for the price of this it would be great but i was dissapointed. i did not see results and found it to cause me break outs. i think there is better out there that cost less. for a worldwide spa brand i expected more.
it is a very refreshing mist for the skin and does not dry skin out. it smells very nice with lots of essential oils and plant extracts. it is ideal as a spray toner or just to cool skin down. the scent is subtle not over powering. it is quite expensive but good quality. it did not sting my face at all so good for all skin types.
i like a couple of estee lauder fragrances so i thought i would try this. i got a small 4ml size . the packaging is beautiful and from the bottle it smelt nice so i sprayed some on my hand. i was shocked it was very very strong and it smelt so bad i had to wash it straight off as i felt very sick and it hurt my head. i felt ill for a long while after. it is a very heavy heady floral. i think it is a bit old fashioned as now modern fragrance tends to be a lighter less heavy scent. i could not stand the scent for even 5 mins. i suggest you try a small bottle before you invest. it promised so much but did not deliver
i liked the colour it was not a very bright red. i found the packaging a bit hard to use. there is a long handle and a very short brush so it is quite difficult to apply to your lips. it has a more of a lipstick texture than a gloss altough it does have a slight shine. i was not keen on the taste it was a bit like stale cakes. it lasted a better than normal lipglosses i had tried but it is expensive for what it is.
I like the fact that they do not smell artificial as some glosses do but you need to dip the applicator in the gloss 3 times to get the coverage you need. the texture and finish i find very good but you need to reapply a lot during the day. the colours are great and will suit most people. the colours come out lighter than they look from the wand. also there a quite a small size for the money.
IT smells very good and it did not irritate my skin and my skin felt clean and soft. i think it is better as a facial wash than a body wash as it is expensive and small size to use on the body. it is a lovely texture and does help calm the skin with the camomile and lavender. i was dissapointed that a worldwide spa brand uses sls in a expensive brand. i think there should be more choice of sizes as the 50ml i tried did not last long. if you used the 50ml as a face and a body wash as stated it would cost a fortune and not be economical.
Lotions/ Creams -Molton Brown - Relaxing yuan zhi body lotion
juli086 7/26/2005 9:38:00 AM
it does not smell very good and it is exepensive and the texture is too thin. it smells like hospitals and insect killer it is not at all relaxing. it is not really worth the money and did nothing for my skin and also for the price it contains a lot of parabans and proplyne glycol which irritate sensitive skin.
Liquid -L'Oreal - Cashmere Perfect Foundation [DISCONTINUED]
juli086 6/8/2005 3:05:00 AM
i have oily and acne prone skin and used shade warm ivory. the shade was fine but i found the smell horrible and the texture like putting pure oil on the face it dries quickly but it provides hardly any coverage. also after about 20 mins i had very dry and flakes apeared on my very oily skin.i just felt like taking it off my skin very quickly. it is the worst foundation i have ever used. also i think the tube is a very small size for the price. very poor value of product.i also needed powder as it felt like an oil slick on my face.
