Shampoo -TiGi - Superstar

I've only used this a few days, but so far it's fantastic! I've been using sulfate-free shampoo for over a year now and have found several that work well, but this is the best so far! The shampoo works into a rich lather and washes out completely with no residue. My hair feels clean, but not stripped or tangled. The smell is delicious, like strawberry milk. (I was using the TiGi Rockaholic shampoo and it worked pretty well, but I couldn't bear the smell. It smells like coconut lime verbena, so if you like that smell, the Rockaholic is good too, but a little heavier than the Superstar.) Since using the Superstar Shampoo and Conditioner, my hair air dries a lot faster, has less frizz, and is soft, shiny and voluminous. I even have highlighted hair that is a bit damaged on the ends. This stuff makes my hair look like gold.

Fragrances -Bulgari - Eau Parfumee au The Blanc

I'm currently in love with this perfume. I typically wear very woody scents, but felt the need for something light and fresh for spring! I sampled this once and then forgot about it until I was browsing Men's fragrance at Sephora. This is considered a unisex scent, but for some reason Sephora only has it in the Men's section. This is the perfect scent. I'm not great at describing perfume notes, but all I can say is I found the perfect mix of wood and freshness that is still feminine!

Mascara -Maybelline - Great Lash BIG

This mascara didn't do much for my lashes. I wish I could compare it to the original Great Lash, but it's been so long since I've used it that I don't remember how well it worked! The brush is very large on the GLB and typically I like this in a mascara. The formula is very thin and absolutely does not clump or flake. The problem for me is that it did not lengthen or thicken my lashes whatsoever. It basically looked like I used a black lash tint. Other reviews say the product is buildable, but I used several coats and still could not achieve the look I was going for. The GLB is pretty cheap though, which is a plus. Also it comes off easily with cleanser, but when you splash your face with water it doesn't budge. I bought the non-waterproof too! Sadly, I will not repurchase. Mascara is such an individual product and this obviously works for other people! It may be worth trying since it's inexpensive!

Mascara -Smashbox - Lash DNA

This is just okay on my lashes. The formula doesn't do much except make my lashes darker and a little more full. It doesn't seem to hold a curl well. I bought it because my bff loves it and they had it on sale for $9 at Sephora. I should have spent the extra five bucks to get my usual, Clinique High Definition mascara. I will use this for work, but it's not dramatic enough for evening or special occasions. I'm wondering if the brush has something to do with it. It bothers me that it's not tapered at the end and it's completely messy. I had mascara all over my eyelid and lashline after a few swipes. I gave it three lippies for how dark and glossy the formula is. I just wish it actually acheived the ultimate "fanned out" look it claims to create.

Fragrances -Tocca - Brigitte EDP

This initially smelled fantastic. I'm not great at describing perfume notes, but it was a very creamy "skin" scent. Within 10 minutes the perfume turned into the most horrific cat pee smell. It smelled okay from a distance, but when I put my nose up to my wrist, it reeked!! Glad I got to try it in a Sephora sample first! I would definitely not purchase this!

Deodorants -Tom's of Maine - Long-Lasting Natural Deodorant (with hops) in Apricot Scent

First of all, this smells AMAZING! I wish it actually worked for me. I've used this for about a week and it doesn't last more than a few hours on me. I smell like BO by lunch. I would have to reapply this at least 3-4 times a day to keep my pits from stinking, which is time consuming. The deodorant has a gel-like consistency and goes on smoothly. I feel like it takes a bit to dry, but doesn't rub off on your clothing. I recently switched to aluminum-free deodorant. I was using the Adidas absorbent-deo and it works fairly well. It holds all day, but I usually smell a little by the next morning, which doesn't bother me much. I just ordered the Lavanilla Healthy Deodorant from Sephora and will review that once I get it. I haven't had any problems with irritation from any of the aluminum free deodorants I've tried. EDIT: Literally right after I typed this review I got into the shower and noticed my armpits were burning while I washed them. When I got out of the shower my underarms were bright red and peeling. I noticed another reviewer stated the irritation may be caused by your body adjusting to the lack of aluminum, but I've been using aluminum free deo for several months now. I guess I won't even try to use this anymore. I removed a lippy!

Masks -mark - Shine Fighter Oil-Control Mask

This is seriously the best mask ever!!! Kicks Queen Helene's Mint Julep Mask in the booty! I got a full size for free with a Mark moisturizer purchase. This stuff dries faster than Mint Julep and pulls more blackheads out. If you use this about every 2 days it will definitely help with blemishes. My skins has improved so much because of this mask. The mask is green and smells like cucumber. It dries to an almost white color.

I purchased the "Magic Wands" set with the Fresh Supernova and Firebird minis. It's hard to pick a favorite, but I would probably go with Firebird. I just wish it was more black. The Supernova looked deep black and shiny, but didn't lengthen as much as the Firebird. Both seemed to provide adequate volume. My lashes did feel super soft to the touch and both formulas wash off easily. I don't know if I would want to pay $25-$26 for mascara that was just "pretty good". If you layer them, it does look really nice, but that would require $51to accomplish that look. You can get the same effect from cheaper mascaras. The packaging it too cute though!

Mascara -Prescriptives - False Eyelashes Plush Mascara

I used to wear the regular Prescriptives False Eyelashes mascara several years ago. They've added the word "plush" to it since the last time I've worn it. I feel like the brush may be different. I absolutely love it. My lashes look fierce, long, and thick. It applied very quickly too. I bet I could make them more fierce with a second coat. The brush has really dense bristles and doesn't clump whatsoever! My lashes are touching my eyebrows, no joke! I think I may like it more than my former HG Clinique High Definiton. Think I found a new HG!

I received a sample of this from a recent Macy's online order. I'm really glad I got to sample it before purchasing. I first smelled this in a Sephora catalog and loved the smell on paper. On my skin, it's awful. I typically love woodsy scents, but all I'm getting is the floral part. It smells way to mature on me (and I'm 28!). I've had a headache all day. The scent never warms on my skin and smells sharp and almost hairspray like on me. I've seen a lot of complaints on the lasting power, but this is still going strong on me after several hours. I've had at least 3 co-workers comment that I "smell like an old lady today!" Will not purchase.

Misc Beauty Tools -Tweezerman - Eyelash Curler

This is a great all round eyelash curler. I found that it seems pretty small and it's hard to get all my lashes inside to curl. I always miss the corners. Other than that, it doesn't crimp and gives a nice curl. Also, it comes with extra pads, which is great! I have noticed that if you start to see crimping, its probably time to change the pad.

I use this spray morning and night as part of my cleansing routine. It tones and refreshes. It's also good for refreshing your face on really hot days when my makeup feels gross. Love this stuff!

Polishes -Delux Beauty - Delux Beauty Nail Polish (any color) [DISCONTINUED]

I really wish they wouldn't have discontinued most of the Delux polishes. I still have Star Daisy, a bright coral-red, and Pink Squirrel, a sheer peachy pink shimmer. I love the brush, which makes application flawless. Star Daisy is my favorite all around polish color for toes and the color lasts at least two weeks without chipping. I've never found another polish that goes on as smoothly.

Powder -Clinique - Clarifying Powder Makeup [DISCONTINUED]

I really like this powder. I purchased this to see how it would do with controlling breakouts. I get little bumps on my forehead and this powder seems to have gotten rid of them! I typically use the almost powder makeup, which is also fantastic, but will continue to use this because it keeps my face clear. My only wish is that they would add SPF.
