Kind of expensive, but for someone that has never tried Stila e/s, it was a great chance to try them out. The packaging is really cute, slim enough to fit in a purse or bag for touchups & since it's hard metal, I don't worry a/b it getting knocked around & breaking the shadows. Texture of the e/s are great, they go on so smoothly & blend easily. I might not buy this palette again, but I'm sure this won't be my only Stila e/s purchase!

I got a mini in the realness of concealness set. It was the one thing in the kit that I thought I wouldn't actually end up using & I actually love it! I have been searching for months for the right tool to give me a nude Jennifer Lopez/Angelina Jolie lip & this delivered. It wiped out the color of my red pigmented lips allowing me to just swipe some nude gloss & viola! It also filled in the lines on my lips, letting the gloss go on smoothly & it was a great base to help my lip gloss stay on for hrs. I will definitely buy it again when I run out of the mini.

I received a sample from Sephora (which lasted me 4 days!) & loved it so much I had to go back & buy the full size bottle. I love that it's gentle enough to use everyday, but still gives me that smooth feeling after using it. A little bit goes a long way & I like that it's not scented so I'm not stuck smelling flowers on my face all day. I will definitely repurchase after I use up my bottle (although I don't think that will happen for a long time!)

This may be my HG mascara! It is another tube mascara & it delivers everything is promises on the Sephora website! It gave me tons of volume w/o clumping, no flaking or smudging throughout the day, and it comes off easily w/just a little makeup remover (no rubbing necessary) & I didn't lose a single eyelash when I was taking it off @ night! (to me that is a small miracle). I will definitely buy this mascara again! [continue for pic]

Wow I love this brush. I really only use the the filler end, which I love b/c it is small enough to give me just enough brow powder to fill in the sparse eyebrow spots w/o dumping a lot & making me look like Brooke Shields. Also, it is just stiff enough to give me control over shaping my eyebrows w/o being too hard & scratching my face.

This is my HG body care, esp in the dry winter months. I love that it doesn't make me feel greasy & slimy after putting it on & I love the scent- it smells like real coconut oil instead of that fake, synthetic coconut scent more other body care companies use.

This gave me the worst clumpy, spidery looking lashes ever! I expected a lot more from a Sephora mascara, but I get better results from cheap drugstore brands. Definitely does not live up to the hype

Loose Powders -Shiseido - The Makeup Enriched Loose Powder

I bought this after I fell in love w/my Shiseido dual foundation. This powder is the best I've ever used- it's not chalky, & although it is translucent, it does not make me looked washed out or ghostly. I love that it helps set my foundation all day w/o giving my any extra color. Although it is a little expensive, a little but goes a long way & I will definitely buy this again. **I had to go back & change my rating b/c I found that Shiseido conducts animal testing. I will not purchase any Shiseido product again.**

I bought this after returning the Anastasia all a/b eyebrows kit & I'm so glad I found this! This powder is not chalky @ all & blends very easily & the wax keeps my eyebrows in place all day, I love it & will definitely buy again (although next time I will prob buy on eBay b/c it's so much cheaper)

I used this kit when I was getting ready for my wedding, hoping it would give me the perfect skin that the infomercial promises. No such luck, it dried out my face so badly that I broke out even worse! And if that wasn't bad enough, the skin around my mouth was so dry, it was cracking & hurt too bad to open my mouth.

I was suckered into to buying this since it was one of the Best of Sephora winners. I think I may have gotten an old kit (the inside box had a Best of Sephora 2006 sticker on it), but the pencil tip broke off the first time I used it, the powder was chalky & didn't blend well & the tweezers had no point & didn't pull out any of my hair! I can't say anything a/b the other items b/c I took it back as soon as I noticed those 3 things weren't going to work for me.

I bought this set for the cute pink handled Faced & Body brush (since it was $57 on it's own anyways), & find myself using the Soft Lights way more often! This set was a great deal & both products are wonderful. Plus the proceeds go to a great cause :)

Eye Shadow -Bare Escentuals - Guilty Pleasures Kit

I tried BE foundation & hated it but after using this kit I have fallen in love w/their e/s! The e/s go on smoothly & blend easily. I'm not sure of the lasting power on their own, as I've always used it w/UDPP so I've never had a problem w/creasing or color fading. I will say that I prefer the glimpse & glimmer colors more than the e/s ones b/c I feel like they are more chalky feeling. I also purchased this set online & will say that the picture makes the kit look way bigger than it actually is.

Makeup Brushes -Smashbox - Foundation Brush

I bought the Mod Chic brush collection b/c I really wanted the angled blush brush from the set but now this is turning out to be my favorite brush from the collection. It has not lost a single hair & helps blend my foundation evenly. I used to always use foundation sponges but I love that this brush blends the liquid foundation easier & keeps me from getting those awful streaks across my face. I hope this lasts me awhile, but if it doesn't I would definitely buy it again.

Palettes -Too Faced - Lights, Camera, Glamour! Palette

Such a cute & cheap way to try out TF! I bought this to try out the brand & see if it lived up to the hype & I am so glad I did! The box is adorable & I love that the actual palette can be taken out of the box & you can take it w/you. Everything is very well pigmented, no cheapie palette here. The e/s go on smooth & do no crease, even when I do not use UDPP. The blushes & bronzers are not chalky @ all (something I've noticed a lot w/palette blushes) and the lip glosses go on smoothly & last longer than any other lip gloss I've used. I would definitely purchase this palette again!
