Cleansers -Darphin - Purifying Foam Gel

I love this cleanser! I bought all my Darphin products from a pharmacy near the EIffel Tower (in France, their pharmacies have all the skincare lines we in the US have to go to upscale dept stores for) when my skin started breaking out. If I wet my face first, then rub the gel briskly over my face, it removes all traces of makeup and doesn't leave my oily/combo face feeling tight. Only complaint is that if I store the tube upright, every time I open the cap, it looks like the gel has leaked out of the tube and collected in the cap...not great packaging for a relative pricey cleanser!

Lipstick -MAC - Coconutty

I only bought this b/c a MA convinced me I would wear this color all the time. It's too frosty for me for everyday though. Of course, I only use it to give a gloss to my really dark colored lipsticks (like Diva or Media) when I want to lighten the color a bit. Otherwise, it just sits in my makeup case.

Blush -Tarte - Cheek Stain in Flush

gives my cheeks a great post-gym (or other types of cardio) workout looking natural flush. Pinkish but not fake looking on my medium to darker skin. As for application, I have learned the hard way, to use a very gentle hand to apply a very small amount of gel (a swipe on a fingertip)....otherwise, it's time for clown school!

Lipstick -Christian Dior - Addict Lipstick in Abyss Red

great texture..goes on silky. On my NC 42 skin and naturally dark lips, the color goes on blue/red, but with almost dark pink undertones. I would wear this with a light eye as I tend to be past my strong eye/strong lip days. Just putting this color on makes me feel ready to go out on the town!
