I will buy this over and over again. It is a great cream for the undereye area if your skin is dry-very dry. Leaves the undereye area very moist and comfortable. Better than BB's eye balm (that one is too tacky), better than Cle de peau's eye balm (that one is verrrry expensive), I even like this better than Mario Baduscu's olive eye creme. I have bought this over and over again since it first came out. I have yet to find something better in any price range out there for my dry under-eye skin.
I remember when this was launched in Macy's in 1992! A friend of mine gave me a bottle, and I loved it then. Just sampled it at a perfume discounter's recently and it smelled just as good now as it did then! It is a very strong scent, so if you like the fragrances of this day and age, you should sample first, and this is a EDT no less. Incredible lasting power. Anyway, it can be too cloying for summer wear even though it is a floral fragrance. This would be a wonderful Fall-Winter floral. It has a warm dry down that I love, cedar, amber and vanilla, Very unique fragrance. The notes all work well together. Of course it is no longer sold in dept. stores, but can be found at the perfume discounters or on the internet for cheap. This is worth checking out especially if you have skin that litterly eats up fragrances as mine does! Will purchase!
I so wanted to like this, but after sampling it a few times on my skin, I just think it's awful, (thank God for samples). It's nothing like the original Obsession. I never liked the original on me, but it did smell great on other people and it was definately sexy, a classic scent. This new fragrance however is a big disapointment. Don't buy unsniffed.
This is a beautiful tuberose fragrance. It goes on strong at first, but dries down lovely, and it lasts. Jo malone fragrances are known not to last. But this one wore very well on my dry skin. Perfect for the end of Summer going into Fall fragrance for me. I like this one much better than Fracas or that awful Marc Jacobs and Michael Kors fragrance. Just my opinion. I still like Carnal Flower better, but Carnal Flower is much more expensive. Worth sampling if you like tuberose-gardenia type scents. DH noticed right away and said how pretty I smelled.
I will definately buy this again! I love this sunscreen. Easy to use, no white cast, moisturizing but not greasy (I have very dry skin). A lot cheaper than Clarins (which I love also). Just a great product. This will be great to use all year round. No scent to interfer with perfume. What more do you want. spf 30. spray bottle.
Clean and fresh on me. I don't think it's a sexy scent on me. But very pretty, long lasting also. It's youthful and modern. Can wear this anytime of the year, any occasion. I still like the original Coco, and also Allure Sensual better than this one. Just my preference. But I did get compliments on this one!
This is a great smokey, bourbon-vanillic, sandalwood, mixed with soft spices fragrance. It doesn't smell like Angel to me, as other people have said. Totally sexy. Perfect for late Fall-Winter. Very long lasting, also. Update: Received decant and I absolutely love this fragrance, definitely full bottle worthy. adding 1 more lippy.

This is a softer Pink Sugar without the burnt cotton candy dry down. I don't think of this fragrance as floral. It's sweet, ambery powdery on me. I like the EDP better than the Extreme version. EDP lasts longer on me than the extreme. Very expensive though. Will sample a few more times before purchasing. There's just so many perfumes out there I would like to purchase!
A kind SA at Nordstrom gave me a few samples of this. I was dieing to try this fragrance since I love classic fragrances. However this stunk on me. Smelled dated and musty on me. Didn't wash off! Great lasting power if it works for you. I love classic fragrances such as Shalimar and Femme by Madam Rochas. I also love a lot of the 80's perfumes that most people on MUA find dated, loud, or too old lady. Alot of the newer fragrances don't seem to have the lasting power as the older ones. But I'm glad I only sampled this. It lasts, but smells awful on me. Get a sample first before you buy, as it is very expensive. I only see this sold in Nordstrom. They promote it as being very elegent. Not on me. But maybe on someone else. Chemistry is everything.
This fragrance I sampled in the Winter, and did not care for it. This summer I sampled it again, and it is gorgous on me, very tropical, gardenia, tuberose, coconut and vanilla is what I smell on my skin. It is also very long lasting on me. I received a ton of complements while wearing this. You have to like these notes though, but for me while expensive is FBW.
I only sampled this because I love tuberose-gardenia scents. However it made me so nauseous I had to scrub it off. Very few fragrances are scrubbers for me. This was one. I guess it's my body chemistry, because it seems to work for so many on this site, and you can buy a small bottle for cheap in Sephora. It also lasts a long time on my skin, it figures! Glad I sampled, but obviously no sale for me.
I bought and I like this fragrance for that beachy suntan oil sccent for the summer. However, when it's gone I will be buying Bond's Fire Island fragrance instead. BB's Beach scent doesn't last at all on me, even with the lotion. Bond Fire Island is better blended and lasts very long on my skin, though more expensive.
I don't see all the hype about this fragrance! It's nice but just too "meh" on me. A soft woody-honey type of fragrance that lies very close to the skin. Not very long-lasting like most of EL's other scents. I can see the appeal to people that want a very soft fragrance, and are tired of the fruity floral's out there, and this is definately better than those summer citrus fragrances also. Those whose skin eats up fragrances like mine does, I would not recommend, or at least in this case to purchase the lotion to go with it. I prefer Dior's Addict or Organza Indecence for my sensuous woody fragrances. Glad I tried samples, but won't purchase. Oh, and my husband and friend who smelled it on me just said it was o.k., nothing special. Hey body chemistry is everything. At least I'll save my money on this one, lol.
I have received this fragrance in EL free gift with purchase. To me it is a pleasant, middle of the road fragrance, for the office, the pool, casual days, etc. It's not too strong, lasts an average amount of time on my skin. It's just nice, but to meh for me to purchase. There are so many other ones that I like better. However if I received it as a gift I would gladly wear it.
I have to give this fragrance a 3. I liked it when I first tried it, smelled so different, like grape wine, with undertones of musk. It did go on strong, but lo and behold fell flat on me in no time, and of course did not last. Even tho I kept reapplying and reapplying, it justs goes flat on me. Thought it was kind of sexy initially, and different, but will not repurchase. There are a lot of better fragrances out there and need I say new ones coming out CONSTANTLY.
