EDIT: I have to take away 1 lippie due to the flavor is this lippie, it's very perfumey and makes everything I eat taste perfumey, also it's very dry, and my lips are very dry now, so this lipstick doesn't help them. I also clicked NO on repurchasing. Jordana lipsticks are nice. They come in a huge variety of colors and have 3 formulas: SHEER, REGULAR (this one has the largest color selction and comes in CREAMS and FROSTS) and MATTE. The SHEER formula is the least drying, but REGULAR and MATTE are dry, so use a lipbalm. These lippies do have fragrance, but it's rather light, although it could be unpleasant for some. the packaging looks cheap, but it's convenient. The cap is clear and closes tightly, so it's easy to find a certain color and you can toss them in your purse with no worries. ICED PINK is from the REGULAR formula and it's a FROST. The color is a soft mauve with heavy gold frost. I would say the color is neutral. I'm a LLL/MMM and when I tried this on all I could see was the gold frost, and since I'm not really a fan of gold lips I put some clear gloss on top. This helped a bit. Now I can see the mauve, but the color is still very gold. I really don't think I'll be using this one much, but I'm sure there are plenty of people for whom this color would be beautiful. So, if you are looking for a gold lipstick with a bit of a twist, then give this one a try. it's dirt cheap!

The packaging looks cheap but it's convenient. The cap is clear, so you can find a certain color easyly and it closes tightly, making these lippies purse safe. LATTE is from the REGULAR formula and is a CREAM. The color is a medium pinky brown, perfect for everyday. It's the type of color that doesn't distract, looks polished and can be paired with any color eye shadow. I would say it's a neutral color. To me this is much more of a "natural" color than NATURAL also from the REGULAR formula and also a CREAM. NATURAL has too much coral to look natural. I'm a LLL/MMM and this looks very pretty one me, but I think it would look great on anyone. I would repurchase.
Jordana lipsticks are nice. They come in a huge variety of colors, and have 3 formulas (that I'm aware of): SHEER (not very sheer, IMO), the REGULAR kind (this one has the largest number of colors and they come in CREAM and FROST finishes), and MATTE. The SHEER formula is the least drying, and the REGULAR and MATTE are dry, so using a lipbalm under these lippies is a must. These lippies do have fragrance, it's rather light but can be unpleasant to some. The newer MATTE lippies have a very different fragrance, kinda like vanilla cookies. The packaging is the standard cheap looking thing, although the cap is clear, and closes tightly. This is a big plus as these lippies will never open in purses and the colors are easy to see. The price of these lippies is also a big plus, since they are dirt cheap. MALIBU is from REGULAR formula and it's a FROST. The color is a light golden peach. It's a warm color and I haven't yet figured out how to use it well, since I'm rather neutral, but prefer cool toned lipsticks. I'm a LLL/MMM but believe that this color could work for anyone with a warmish complexion.
Lipstick -Revlon - Colorstay Lipcolor 265 Raspberry Mousse

Yes, Yes, Yes! I love this color! I got fired from work yesterday, so I needed to do something that required all my attention to distract my mind. So I went to Wal-Mart. I was looking at the cosmetics they had and saw this lipstick. I wanted to try one of these, so I picked it up. Ok, I usually like fuchsias, berries and hot pinks, so I knew I would like this color. But I was concerned with it beeing dry. Well, when I applied it I was surprised because it felt creamy, then, after a couple of min. it kinda dryied down, more like grabbed my lips. So it doesn't feel dry at all, but it does feel different from regular lipstick. I also tested it yesterday, before making out with my DH and it survived pretty well. I also wore it to bed and woke up with lipstick on, although the color looked a bit more muted. So, as far as it being long lasting, I say it performs pretty well, although not as well as Colorstay Overtime, but then, I hate the feeling of CO because it's so dry, it actually hurts my lips! Now, the color of this lipstick is fabulous! It's very similar to MAYBELLINE'S FAR EAST FUCHSIA (Moisture Whip) Which I love and I believe it's discontinued. So, yes, I will repurchase this lipstick.
I don't own this fragrance personally, but I've sprayed it on myself countless times. My sister has it, her boyfriend gave it to her as a Christmas gift, and she hates it, but won't give it to me because it was a gift from her boyfriend. Don't you think that's the most unfair thing in the world? When someone gets a lovely fragrance, and they don't like it but won't give it to someone who does? Perfumes are meant to be enjoyed! Oh, well, I guess I'll have to purchase a bottle myself. It's a great warm fragrance, a bit strong at first, but not unbearable. I don't know about notes, but to me it smells like a very warm sweater or smelling the inside of an elegant woman's purse. Maybe you can't picture that, well, it smells elegant, expensive, femenine and warm. Try it.
Oh yes! This is MLBB. I love it. The color is a very light mauve, so if you have pink or mauve lips this will surely match them. The quality is the same as other Jordana liners. It's softish and goes on creamy, lasts for some hours, sharpens easily, doesn't melt in the pencil and I've never had a Jordana pencil break on me. Plus, it's dirt cheap! What more could a girl want? I will repurchase this pencil forever!
I really love this cream! I was looking for something to use instead of soap or face wash to clean my face before sleeping. I have terrible allergic reactions to most soaps and face washes. This works great. It takes off all makeup (except any type of mascara) takes off dirt and oil and leaves my skin feeling soft and fresh. Doesn't look or feel greasy and I still woke up with soft skin. I love it and will use it for a very long time. I will repurchase.
Cleansers -Ponds - Deep Cleanser and Makeup Remover With Cucumber Extract

I had a jar of this cream some time ago. But I don't seem to find it anymore. Hope it's not discontinued. I like this cream very much, I think it did a good job of removing my makeup, dirt and oil from the day. The packaging is convenient, but I'm sure some won't like to dip fingers in a jar to get to the product. It felt refreshing and didn't dry out my skin. It never left my skin greasy either. Great product. Hope I can find it soon.
Mascara -Cover Girl - Professional Mascara-Smudgeproof
colorfulme 5/13/2007 11:25:00 PM
I think this mascara is ok, it's not a favorite, but it's pretty decent. I have the black one that comes with a curved brush. The formula is good, IMO. It doesn't smudge or flake on me, my lashes don't feel stiff or dry, and it doesn't smell weird. The brush is too curved for my taste, I like less curved brushes, and actually wanted to get this mascara with the straight brush, but they only had this one at my local Wal-Mart. It gives more of a natural look, a little bit of lenght and hardly any volume. I wouldn't use this mascara for going out or for special ocassions, I want more lenght and volume for that. Overall dencent mascara, but I'm not impressed with it. Won't repurchase.
Conditioner -Pantene - Brunette Expressions Conditioner

This is ok, I guess. It does make my hair feel softer, but I can't use it every day, it makes my hair limp. I also hate the smell of this stuff. I won't repurchase.
EDIT: I have to take away 2 lippies due to the flavor of all Jordana lipsticks. It's very perfumey and it makes everything I eat taste that way. It's also very dry, and my lips are dry now, so this doesn't help them. I also clicked NO on repurchasing. Jordana lipsticka are nice. They come in a huge variety of colors and have 3 formulas: SHEER (not very sheer IMO), REGULAR (this one has the largest color selection and the colors come in CREAM and FROST finishes) and MATTE. The SHEER formula is the least drying, but REGULAR and MATTE are drying, so using a lipbalm underneath is a must. These lippies do have fragrance, it's rather light but can be unpleasant to some. The newer MATTE lippies smell better, though, like vanilla. The packaging looks cheap, but it's convenient since the cap is clear and closes tightly. This makes the lippies purse safe and and you can also find a certain color easyly. The price of these lippies is also a big plus, they're dirt cheap. SCARLET RED is from the MATTE formula. It's a true red with no blue or orange undertones. I'm LLL/MMM and this lipstick doesn't look very bright on me (as some reds do). I think this color would look great on anyone.
Oh, I love this lipliner! I got it for free when I bought an eyeshadow trio. I love that fact that it lasts longer than other lipliners and it's also super long, so one of these should last for a very, very long time. The color in't really MLBB, it's a bit darker, but it goes so well with many lip products. I will repurchase this one for sure!
Moisturizers -Clinique - Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion
colorfulme 5/7/2007 3:21:00 PM
A friend gave me a sample of this lotion along with other clinique stuff. I have the one for dry skin. My skin has become very dry in the past 6 months, so much so that I had to go to a dermatologist. And even thought it's for dry skin I didn't help my skin much. I'm giving it 3 lippies because it's not greasy, doesn't break me out and feels lightweight. The packaging isn't so bad IMO. But it's not very moisturizing.
I have had this fragrance for almost a year now. I hated it at first, that's why I hadn't reviewed it. But I have been wearing it recently and love it. I really know nothing about top notes, middle notes, etc. But to me it smells like vanilla, carnations, and a dentist's office. It's a fresh scent, IMO. It could also be a bit "foody" from all the vanilla in it. I think it has great staying power, as I've been wearing it since the morning (right now it's the early evening) and I can still smell it. It's not a strong overpowering scent, not even in the heat. It's been 33-35 degress Celsius here all week, and the fragrance hasn't turned on me. I will repurchse this fragrance for sure.
Fragrances -Unlisted Brand - Perfumers Workshop-Samba Red
colorfulme 5/5/2007 9:05:00 PM
i love this fragrance! It's a soft powdery floral. It has some warmth to it, too. Smells very lady-like IMO, it whispers. I can be worn by anyone, even in places/situations where you have to interact with other people because it's the type of scent that doesn't bother anyone. It can be worn all year round too. I have a lot of fragrances but reach for this one very often. Oh, I bought it at the drugstore and it was cheap. I totally recommend it.
