Primer/ Corrector -Make Up For Ever - ALL MAT Matifying Base

I used this once and had a few pimples and one huge acne cyst popped out. I thought it was a reaction to a new foundation so I gave it another try a few days ago and yet again, another two cystic acne came out, one on my chin and another on my nose. I've also tried Stila and Smashbox primers, but they too gave me cystic acne reactions. Maybe it's just me, but a warning for those with combination/sensitive/mild acne-prone skin, please stay far far away. I still love other MUFE products but this was just not for me. : (

Eyeliner -Make Up For Ever - Waterproof Eyepencil in Pearly Brown 2L

When i was in Singapore i passed by Sephora and picked one up to try since all the reviews were so positive. I was skeptial since EVERY freakin waterproof eyeliner pencil has always smudged on me. And i religiously put eye insurance and powder around my eyes but every eyeliner from drugstore level to expensive high-end level has failed me. So to my shock and amazement, this actually livs up to it's hype!!! I've now gone and bought the taupe and bronze as well and they do not disappoint. Highly recommended!

Tinted Moisturizer -TheBalm - BalmShelter Tinted Moisturizer

My friend recommended this to me and I thought, "why not?". Well, baaaad idea! This has castor oil in it which I should have checked up on before slapping it all over my face. I'd been having clear skin for a couple months now but the day I put this on I ended up with 2 pimples by night time. HORRIBLE!! To girls who have oily/combinationzit-prone skin: STAY FAR FAR AWAY!! But to girls who have normal skin amd want a good medium coverage for everyday like my fiend, I say go for it.

Foundations -Maybelline - Dream Matte Mousse

I like this product for those days where I am running errands and need a quick cover. It keeps me matte for maybe a couple hours and looks natural. It won't cover all blemishes or broken capillaries but it's great for people with quite even skin tones. I would buy again jus cos of the ease and price.

Foundations -Stila - one step makeup [DISCONTINUED]

I loooove this product! I've finally found a foundation that doesn't make me shiny and greasy after a couple hours. It looked natural and it was easy to put on. I use a foundatin brush but when in a hurry i used my hands and spread it like moisturiser snd it still looked natural. So impressed. And i've tried Chanel, Estee Lauder, Revlon, Maybelline, and many others and none compare to this!!! I'm a fair skinned Asian and i bought it in Light, UPDATE: it's now winter in Australia and my skin has gotten drier. The product doesn't work for me as well as it used to in autumn. It just seems to highlight every flake and dry bit of my cheeks and chin. I bought a full size bottle so i hope that it works again for me come spring time or else i'd be upset about spending money on this.

Powder -Rimmel - Stay Matte Pressed Powder - Transparent 001

It's the curse of a person with oily skin to search high and low for a mattifying powder. The problem with this product is that yes, it mattifies my face for a couple hours then after that it's slick city. The flimsy packaging and price don't help its cause either. If you were someone with an oily t-zone that needs constant touch ups and blotting, this product is NOT for you.
