I had to come and change my whole review due to how much I love this product. I bought this in medium deep at Walgreens for around 3.75 because it was 75 percent off. I was not expecting to like it because of all the mixed reviews it had. The first time I put it on I used it for a finishing powder on top of my color stay, I noticed it gave a really nice airbrushed look to my skin, but it also looked extremely natural. I thought about going to get one more since I knew it was being discontinued in favor of the new mineral aqua powder that Revlon had just released. When i went outside, I couldn't stop looking at my skin I just looked so perfect. But, another day I went out and a person I was hanging out with said how my skin was glowing. That was it for me. I normally use E.L.F HD powder which I love. But this is completly different, my skin is just beautiful with it. Now mind you I do have really good skin, it is just oily (which does not bother me). This had my face as if I was about to shoot a magazine cover. Just perfectly natural. Not thick, very airy and light ( i hate thick makeup). I have never used it as only a foundation, but as a setting powder is is outstanding. I have now bought a total of 8 and may not stop until I reach twenty. I know that is a lot, but when you love a product that is everything you are looking for and then it is 75% off, you cannot beat that. I was only going to buy one and then just switch to the aqua powder. But the aqua powder is 13-15 dollars. I love this and am so happy that I got to it in time for this sale and am happy that I have found so many so far I have saved over 100 dollars on this wonderful product. Also, the container does not bother me. I like it. I do not use the brush because it is to small. But I could care less about that. I do not use the brushes that come with make up anyway. I had not problems opening container, and wouldn't have problem if they made another one with this same container Update: I was bored one day and decided to try this without my liquid foundation. It looked great. I would use this during summer days when it is just to hot for liquid (but because I love liquid, I would still use it during a summer night). I can use two coatings or I began to look ashy but other then that this is a outstanding product. I would say use a concealer with this also if using it only as your foundation.
Hair -Sacha Cosmetics - Sally - Hair One Hair Cleanser and Conditioner

I tried this product for 2 months and this did absolutely nothing for me. I wanted to like it, but I saw no difference in my hair. Actually, my hair was not as soft as usual and it took to long to wash my hair. I like the idea but not every thing is for everybody. Honestly, I have never had a problem with sulfates in my hair. My hair is not dry, and I like a clean scalp. I have natural hair that is soft even with washing with traditional shampoo. I now use it for shaving my legs
I really saw no difference in my hair after 1 month of conditioning. I gave up and will not buy again. It was not a bad shampoo, it just didn't do anything extraordinary for my hair. Also, it is such a small bottle for almost 10 dollars, it just isn't worth it. My hair was not any smoother or straighter, or any stronger. My hair was not in horrible condition to began with, which my be the reason why I saw not difference. (I used this along with the shampoo)

I like this sponge. My makeup does look really good with it, and it feels good on my face. It is nice to get right under my eyes. It is a nice feeling to be able to buy dupes of products, because I am not about to pay 20 dollars for a sponge
Palettes -E.L.F. - ENDLESS EYES 100 EYESHADOW PALETTE
atbmeg 10/24/2010 12:14:00 AM
I bought this at target, and took it back the next day. I was not really amazed with it. I have so many palettes that I guess I didn't see any reason to keep this one. It reminds me of the coastal scents palette ( I bought mine on Ebay), which is probably why I felt as if I had no need for it. I paid 10 dollars. I do think that the coastal scents was a better buy because the matte colors were much more pigmented, where as the e.l.f ones where not at all. I am not a big fan of e.l.f eye shadows, they are okay, but I feel like there are better ones out there like, Jordana, Wild and Crazy, LA Colors, etc. These are inexpensive single eye shadows that perform very well and are very pigmented. But do not get me wrong, E.L.F has other items that are absolutely great for a terrific price, like the mineral eye primer, some of their brushes, HD powder, etc. I even liked their back to school 5 dollar palettes. So when it comes to E.L.F (just like many brands, you have to pick and chose what you like by trying the items out)
I bought 5 colors of these eyeshadow sticks when looking for the sweet thing collection. I couldn't find the sweet thing maybe because it came out in the spring and I guess everyone has bought them all or people just are not selling them. Anyway, this is not a US product and I bought them on eBay. I love them, they are just like my other eyeshadow sticks by Maybelline. They are waterproof, easy to blend, and last all day. I wore my from 7am to 11pm. I do put primer underneath ( I use elf mineral primer). The colors are beautiful and very will worth it. I paid 14.99 for 5 colors (free shipping). I am one of those people that love eyeshadow sticks
I love Jordana. But I have tried quite a few nail polished through the brand and they chip and peel the first day. EVERY SINGLE ONE I have tried. I use a great top coat and base coat, that last with all my other polishes, but no matter what I do, it sucks.
Palettes -Unlisted Brand - Profusion 180 eyeshadow palette
atbmeg 10/11/2010 9:40:00 PM
I cannot believe I finally found it. One day on a random trip to Ross, I found the palette I have been searching months for. Profusion reminds me of Dior 5 iridescent eyeshadow palettes. I know for some people they may not like the Profusion, but it is not about the money, or it being cheap. These shadows truly perform well. They blend easily, and stay on me all day. I love them. I wanted to buy two, but stopped myself, because then I would have been being greedy. It has 180 eyeshadow and they are not matte, which does not bother me. I like my shadows any form. If you do not like a shimmer, use a matte base underneath. I love it. This is great if you are just starting makeup or if you just like doing your makeup. I love it
Blush -Maybelline - Mineral Power Blush Fresh Plum
atbmeg 10/10/2010 7:03:00 PM
I bought this at the dollar store on a impulse. This is the best blush I have ever used. I have never thought about buying a mineral blush, but I will go back and buy two or three more and I think they may be continuing it because it was in the dollar tree. It show up great on my caramel colored skin, and it last all day, looking extremely natural. Update: went back to dollar tree and bought five. I know they are discontinued and I have a heard time finding a blush I like.
Top/Base Coats -Sally Hansen - Double Duty Base & Top Coat
atbmeg 9/7/2010 1:07:00 AM
I have never found a Sally Hansen product that I liked. I have tried and tried again to no avail. This no different, I bought it without checking reviews because I forgot my phone. The polish chipped on the first day. I went and bought Essie first base instead and haven't chipped after three days and I am rough on my polish. I do not act like I have any on. I had read not to use a base that doubles as a top coat because they are used for two totally different things. This crap sucks. I hate sally hansen

Very Pretty color. Two coats and it is perfect color. This line seems to have some really pigmented colors for a great price. Bought it for 1 dollar at dollar tree
Top/Base Coats -Borghese - Clear Fast Drying Top Coat
atbmeg 9/1/2010 1:48:00 AM
I am just getting into nail polish. I am African American and have a tendency to have oily hands which have to be washed constantly. All my life all the female family members wore polish, but I could never get it because it would chip on me the same day. I never knew that there were steps one needed to take to keep polish looking good. I used sally hansen double duty as a base because I see so many reviews saying it takes forever to dry as a top coat. I then used to coats of the polish, and then this top coat. I couldn't believe it, the difference was amazing. I will not lie I did chip in three places, but did not really put a good coat of the top coat, and I was overly rough with my hands by sticking them into a purse that needs to be cleaned out so bad that it probably has living creatures in it. I cannot stand chips, I think it looks tacky as hell (just my opinion). When I say chips, I mean like the polish is damn near off the finger, you have more natural nail showing then polish. I cannot compare this to a more expensive brand because I have never used one, but for 9 dollars at rite aid, I thought it was worth it, because I know this will last better then I have ever had nail polish last. If I can get 3-5 days out of a polish I am happy because I know I used to cheap the same day. I liked the brush, when I did the touch up I made sure to put a lot on it because I know it can drag, but my personal experience has been whenever I use a clear coat it will drag if not enough is on the brush. This also dries like in 5 minutes. I am not saying go and start zipping up a multitude of zippers, but it is pretty hard in 5 minutes.
Eyeliner -Wet 'n' Wild - Coloricon dual-ended eyeliner
atbmeg 8/20/2010 1:07:00 PM
I am surprised no one has reviewed these yet. These are the limited edition wet n wild eyeliner pencils with liquid liner glitter on the other end. The pencil is not the softest pencil that I have used, but if you warm it up it is okay.I already basically have all the colors in creamier pencils anyway. What i bought it for was the dual ended glitter liner. They are so pretty and the glitter is micro-fine. It is even finer the the NYX candy glitter liners. They are pretty and they do not flake, and they dry quickly. I am surprised at how good they are that it makes me look at wet n wild a little different. It is a steady stream of glitter also. If you can pick these up before they are discontinued. I bought all for the colors are purple(with purple glitter), green(white glitter with specks of green), black(silver with multi-flecks of other colors)teal(blue glitter). These are gorgeous and only 3.99. I bought mine when CVS was having a wet n wild BOGO half off
