Lip Gloss -Nivea - Nivea Lipcare Caregloss and Shine

This is my all time fave lip product, besides the MAC Tendertones. I love the subtle shimmery gloss, and they fact that it moisturizes my lips. The tube is a perfect size, and lasts a good month or too (with constant application) The scent is very subtle and appealing. I purchase this in the neutral as I don't like the look of my lips with a tint, only full on colour. Highly recommend, I am a fan for life!!!

Lip Treatments -Blistex - Silk & Shine

This is a decent product, not a life saver or anything but does the trick. It glides on smoothly, offers a minimum satin shine and moisturizes slightly. I'm a huge blistex fan, especially the Lip Medex, which I can't live without. This stuff isn't as great. Smells good though!!

Nails -OPI - Axxium Soak Off Gel Nail Lacquer

As an avid DIY-er when it came to my nails, I never tried or heard of Axxium until recently. I have a coworker with gorgeous nails, and I asked her secret, she said Axxium. Her nails were long and strong, and all natural, no tips. Mine are super short, flake like crazy, split, bend you name it. I went to her nail salon and my new nail guru Mary was soooooo helpful and applied the Axxium beautifully. My nails are stronger than ever before!!! The axxium holds up so well to all the abuse that I out my hands through on a daily basis. There's not a single chip, and their still shiny, 2 weeks later!!!!! I highly recommend, but as everyone here has said, don't allow your nail tech to use a nail drill. It defeats the purpose of growing long and strong nails and ruins the nail bed.

Lip Treatments -SoftLips - Lip Protectant

I live in Canada, but on a recent shopping trip to the states I found the Mint Vanilla SPF 20 flavour at Big Lots for $1. This stuff is usually $5.99cdn so needless to say I picked up quite a few tubes. I always loved Softlips but never bought it because of the ridiculous price. The formula hasn't changed from what I remember. Its slightly oily, but that always helped with my super dry and flaky lips. The smell of mint and vanilla is so good. I love how thin the tube is, it's perfect for slipping into a small clutch or even my pocket without bring noticed. I'll definetly keep using, as long as I can find it cheap here or in the states. Love it!!!

This scent is ahhhhhhmazing!!!!! I had no intentions of buying a new perfume as I have a ton of bottles I need to use up, but after getting a whiff of this at the beauty counter, I just couldn't help myself. This scent is severely sexy, one of the most seducing scents I have encountered (besides Euphoria by CK) It is deep, woodsy, creamy and musky. I admit its not for everyone, but I always lean to the musky then floral or fruity scents. The first day I wore this, I got a ton of compliments, from men and women. It is a very strong scent though, so just a small spritz on the wrist and neck is more than enough. The scent lasted on me for about 5 hours. It lingered and barely faded. I will definely repurchase, my new favorite scent, possibly even my signature scent. That's BIG!!!

Skincare - Body -Bath and Body Works - Signature Coconuts - Coconut Pineapple

This is a new scent from the Signature Coconuts being launched for the summer. I picked up a trial size bottle in all three (Pineapple, Passion Fruit and Mango) of the three Pineapple is the best. Smells just like a beach with a fruity drink in hand. There is nothing unique about it and is simple. Not my all-time favourite scent, but its nice and perfect for summer.

Skincare - Body -Bath and Body Works - summer vanillas coconut

I am obsessed with the Lemon Vanilla, and decided to change things up a bit. This year I have been going crazy over anything coconut, and this really satisfies the craving. It smells just like the beach. Its a true coconut scent with just a mild hint of vanilla. The Coconut Vanilla is definetly going to be in heavy rotation use, its a perfect coconut!!!!!!

This is the most perfect summer scent, and cannot wait for warm weather to wear this beautiful scent all the time. I love Kors' perfumes and he has done it again with another stunner. It smells so clean, fresh and summery.... it's truly intoxicating and vibrant. I have never had issues with the longevity of perfume, and this one is no different. I apply in the morning and again late in the evening if I am going out and I always catch a wiff of it in the breeze or when I move around. This may be different come summer with warmer weather, but now it lasts and smells great all day. Like most perfumes it does warm up and dial down to a musky scent, but it still smells fresh and sweet. Another great perfume to add to the collection, love it!!

Fragrances -Bath and Body Works - Secret Wonderland

I bought the purse sized lotion and instantly fell in love. The scent is complex and starts out flowery, sugary and super sweet. Within minutes of contact on the skin it warms into a musky yet sweet amber scent, very beautiful. Another gorgeous scent from BBW that has a permanent spot in my collection.

I love BBW and I have a collection of staples that I always buy everytime I go. I love all the scents, but I am loyal and dedicated to only a few. Country Chic is now part of my staples from BBW. I picked up a Country Chic hand lotion for $1 as a promo until it launches...... wow! It's soooooo pretty. Fresh, clean and lightly fragranced. Perfect for Spring. It smells of Wildflowers and sweet Meyers Lemons, and slightly musky when it warms up. A great new addition to the BBW Signature Collection!!!

Gels/Soaps -Philosophy - Classic Fudge Cake

Wow!! This stuff is pure decadence!!! This is my first encounter with Philosophy products, but certainly not the last. I can't believe how close to real fudge chocolate this smells like!! Leaves my skin soft and lathers really well. The smell doesn't linger quite as long as BBW products, but amazing still nonetheless. The smell is pure heaven to me, I will continue to use for a long time!

Polishes -Sally Hansen - salon effects

I have a love hate relationship with SH products, but this may have just changed my whole outlook on the company. Salon Effects are amazing!!! I saw them in cosmo and thought they looked so cool, but figured it was SH so must be poor quality. They finally came to Canada and ran out to Walmart to pick up a box. My heart was set on the lace design, but they were sold out and options were limited. I managed to snag the last box of Kitty, kitty and I am in love. Application was super smooth and pretty easy. My right hand was slightly awkward, just as if you were painting so no surprise there. The strips were easy to apply and had no problem finding a perfect fit. I used a larger size buffer that I get great results from so I used that instead of the one in the box. Strip applies smoothly with no bubbles or wrinkling. I'm on day 4 and not a chip in sight. The strips colour lasts and has not faded. Great product!!! Will continue to purchase!!!

Hair Color -Clairol - Nice n' Easy -new formula

This is by far my favorite at home hair colour. I have tried all brands and Nice n' Easy is by far the best. I use the Natural Black shade (122) and the colour is so rich. It's not a Blackest Black, but is a true natural, velvety black. The formula leaves my hair super shiny, and in great condition. I am addicted to the after colour conditioner. It smells sooooooooooo good!!! I noticed the other day you can buy that seperately, so I'm definetly going to pick up a bottle of it. I am so impressed with the quality of my hair after using this kit. The smell is strong as with any dye, but not quite as "nostril burning" as the other brands. Great product and fantastic results.

Loose Powders -Cover FX - Cover Fx Setting Fx

I have been a faithful Cover FX user since their launch. Their products are the only thing I can use and feel confident that my skin will react well. Every now and then I drift to another product. Usually a cheap drug store brand like Cover Girl that claims to be hypoallergenic and for sensitive skin types. After several days use of the cheaper brand and a face full of redness and spots I reach for my trusted Cover FX products. The setting powder is a miracle to me. It sets my Cover FX foundation all day and provides a smooth and clear complexion. It's soft as silk and makes my face luminous It's never caused a . I also love the fact it diminishes dark or enlarged pores. I applied it to half of my face and showed my friend the difference, she was so impressed she bought a jar of it that very day. The price of this stuff is what makes me reach for cheaper brands, but I always faithfully return. The only downside is the price, and I wish the jar was bigger for the amount your paying. But....... it lasts forever, and it works.

Lotions/ Creams -Curel - Sensitive Skin Remedy

I spotted this at my local SDM after a recent Allergy flare up. I have horrendous allergies to everything. On a typical flare up I pop some Benadryl, use the Benadryl itch cream and then slather on Curel Itch Defense cream. Up until today that routine worked for me. SDM was out of Itch Defense as it was on sale. I saw the Sensitive Skin Remedy and thought, “What the hell?” I am so glad I reached for that white bottle. The product is truly amazing. I loved the Itch Defense but always found that it was just too thick for my skin, and never fully penetrated, it is definetly a barrier cream. Sensitive Skin Remedy actually works instead of just acting as a layer on the skin. On application it instantly melts into the skin and leaves a really nice cooling sensation. It has a thin, watery consistency which helps it glide. My skin feels amazing after. Well hydrated, super soft and happy because there’s no irritants to piss it off! I have Nummular Eczema which is caused by allergies and over dryness and irritants. I was concerned at first but this stuff worked miracles. The Itch Defense would just sit on the skin. The new Skin Remedy works quick to instantly soothe and prevent over dryness in the future. It's helped with my Eczema flare ups as my skin stays moisturized. I can’t speak enough praise on this stuff. I have written dozens of reviews on creams and this product blows them all out of the water. Anyone with problematic skin needs to pick this up.
