Cleansers -Kate Somerville - Purify Cleanser

I got a sample of this cleanser and I really like it. I like the ingredients list, the scent (fresh, invigorating, minty). It is silky and cleans well without leaving my skin overdry. I used this with my Clarisonic Mia. I understand $32 is a little pricey for a cleanser for many people, however, if you already by HE products over DS, then you're used to paying higher prices. I find the quality is nice and a tiny bit goes a very long way. So, I could justify spending money on this in the future. Ask for a sample from Sephora or another store that carries Kate and try before you buy if you're afraid of the price. It may not be my HG, but it's nice for a little luxury.

At first I loved this...and if I didn't polish my nails or get regular mani/pedis, I'd probably still love this. WARNING: This will ruin your manicure/pedicure...I think it might be all of the spray sunscreens that do this. Other than that, this sunblock is very effective. Not sure how safe it is regarding chemicals and ozone, etc. I have been using a biodegradeable sunblock more recently...

Moisturizers -Clinique - Even Better Skin Tone Correcting Moisturizer SPF 20

I really liked this moisturizer. It has a smooth application, seems to absorb well, and protect my fair/sensitive skin from the elements. I don't know if it actually does anything to make my skin tone more even, but it's a nice lotion. I'm not sure if it's really worth the price tag of $40, but if I can't find a SPF that is comparable (smooth application, asborbs well, no burning) then I may have to repurchase. EDIT: I went to Sephora and purchased a full sized container of this today. I love how smooth the application is and how my skin glows and my foundation wears well over it (MAC studio fix liquid and powder). EDIT: 9/18/2010 I am still using this daily and LOVING it. Great product for my skin!

Blush -Laura Mercier - Fresh Ginger

I have always gravitated towards pink blush. However, I got my MU done at the LM counter and the MU artist used this natural peachy/gold/pink blush on me and I love it. It looks really natural, fresh, and glowing. I am so glad I tried something new! It really makes my skin look nice (I'm LM porcelain) and my blue eyes pop. Will definitely repurchase.

Conditioner -Matrix - Biolage colorcarethérapie Delicate Care

This conditioner just doesn't fit the bill for my hair. I like the shampoo and the serum, but not the conditioner. i have not really liked the Biolage conditioner and prefer more hydration/moisture...like Kerastase, Bedhead Brunette Goddess, or even Matrix Sleek Look conditioner. But, I think if you have more fine hair or hair that is easily weighed down this may work for you? I need a bit heavier conditioner.

Hair -Moroccanoil - Moroccan Oil

This product is amazing! I have used so many oil treatments and serums, it's ridiculous. I noticed a huge difference in a reduction in blow-dry time, the softness of my hair, the overall look of my hair, and how the rest of my products work...after just my first use! I will continue to use this and will definitely repurchase. It's a bit pricey, but most hair products are...especially good ones. I like to use high end products, such as Kerastase. So, I am willing to pay for a product that works. It is a great serum without weighing my hair down. I have not had any issues with greasiness. The bottle is not great...it's glass and awkward and you have to be careful when you pour it out...you don't want too much! I probably use a nickel-sized amount of product and my hair is past my shoulders.

Shampoo -Matrix - Biolage colorcarethérapie Delicate Care

I like this shampoo a lot. My scalp gets really dry in the winter and nothing seems to help...not Kerastase, not Head and Shoulders, nothing. I don't want my hair to be greasy, either. I really like this an I also really like the Delicate Hair Oil...fabulous.

I love this lipgloss! I am so glad I got this. I actually got it for an after Thanksgiving sale...40% off. I wish I had gotten more than 1. It wears well, looks great, has a lot of color, is not sticky. This is a really fabulous lipgloss! I am very impressed.

Moisturizers -Alba Botanica - Sea Lipids Daily Cream

So far I am really enjoying this product. I don't think it smells bad or fishy. I prefer sea products over botanical/flower products. This is very light, clean, fresh. It absorbs quickly and is very basic. My skin can't usually take products that have tons of junk in them and I was really interested in something organic/healthy. I'll try to update later as I continue to use this. Oh, and the price is amazing! I bought this for $15 at a health food store, but I think it's cheaper online or at Target or Walmart. EDIT: 10/11/12: Lippies went from 4 to 1. Sorry. They must have changed this from when I bought this years ago. It's waxy and awful and I just threw away the entire jar of it. Gross. I'll be going back to my MAC oil-free lotion, as that is the only thing that seems to work for me lately.

I love this eyelash curler. I have used several drugstore brands and I finally splurged on the shu curler and I am so glad I did. It never crimps my lashes or makes them look funny. They are perfect every time! Fabulous!

Lip Gloss -Chanel - Giggle Glossimer

I love love love this lip gloss! It looks fabulous and feels great. It does not have any shimmer, it's a good nude/neutral color. I also read somewhere that this was the lip color that Sarah Palin's makeup artist used. I think whether or not you like SP, her lipgloss rocks! Anyway, I find myself reaching for this gloss over and over. It's great.

Eye Makeup Remover -Bobbi Brown - Instant Long-Wear Makeup Remover

I feel that this eye makeup removed is comparble to the Mary Kay or Lancome eye makeup remover. You need to shake the product before using it. I don't know if I prefer BB over the MK or Lancome, I just know it works and I love BB products and packaging. I'd probably buy it again.

This candle is amazing. Malin + Goetz really makes amazing products, but I just adore their candles. All of them are great. I like the Mojito one the best and I also like the Dark Rum. Mmm!

This is my HG moisturizer. Love it alone and love it layered over another moisturizer for extra oil-free hydration. So silky smooth!
