This is exactly what I've been searching for, it's sheer, creamy, long lasting, sheen but not shimmer and a lovely basic nude colour (number 12 I think). Like my lips, but better!Certainly the longest lasting lip colour I own. It's comfortable and doesn't
I have to say this is not as bad as some make out. the colour is a nice rich black, and it defines my lashes nicely. Negative side, it smudges and it doesn't thicken at all, which I like to have whn I go out. Too runny, but good colour
Makeup Brushes -The Body Shop - Redesigned line of brushes-ALL

I love these, they are soft and apply makeup perfectly (esp like the eyeliner brush). Don't irritate and pick up the right amount. What is particularly great is the price, as the quality is as good as high end brushes. The new design is great, with wider weighted handles at the base so you can stand em all up in a line! Looks pretty on my shelves, and makes my makeup pretty on my face.
Nice big pack, with decent sized mirror, even the little applicator is nice. What I love is the natural/medium that doesn't sparkle or shimmer which is what I've been desperately searching for. Gives me a nice daytime look, lasts well, only gripe is the colours aren't always what I expect (too dark/too light/too sheer...)
I have this in a sample. It may be coincidence, but I have been breaking out since trying this. Also it doesn't erase anything, and it moisturises poorly. The only thing I like is the packaging, with its little dripper.
Very expensive for the amount you get. The sales assistant told me you couldn't feel it once it was on but I could, and that is one of the main reasons I don't wear foundation. This is sheer though and it does even out my complexion but it doesn't hide the fine lines on my forehead or the blemishes. It's ok but not too amazing for me
on the plus side its lightweight, smells good and absorbs well. On the bad side it has no sunscreen and its a bit on the expensive side. I won't be buying again as i can probably find something as good for less money
youch! not for sensitive eyes this one. my eyes got more puffy not less! steer clear!
The ingredients list state it contains water, witch hazel, alcohol, colourings, menthol and some sort of sodium cleanser. That's it! The cleansing is from the sodium, the witch hazel tones, the menthol gives skin that tingle. And the alcohol - well that dries out your skin, so it's "primed" for the crappiness that is DDML. OF COURSE it sinks in after the Clarifying Lotion, because all the moisture has been stripped from your skin and it's dying of thirst. Get the ingredients separately it would cost you a 50th of the price. And have much the saqme effect (read - none)
This is at best average. It cleans ok, stings my eyes a bit, makes my skin feel tight though it's usually ok after moisturizing. All in all, not much to rave about, better off using a normal unfragranced bar of soap. The three step system is ok, but not worth the hype. It doesn't improve my skin, doesn't make it break out any more or less than usual.
Mascara -Avon - CURL-ASCIOUS Maximum Curling Mascara

I got this free. It doesn't seem to curl much but it is a nice natural mascara. I have dyed dark red hair, but blonde lashes and this colors them and thickens them, makes them look "there". Having said that, it's not much use for anything more dramatic than day to day use. it's ok, but i wouldn't buy it
Hmm. Complete opposite to below, this did Nothing for my eyes. It just sort of sits on my skin and even makes my eyes a bit weepy. If I rub it in more it just bobbles off.
this is nice, it cools the eye area but not much else. No change in puffiness, circles or lines. Maybe a slightly preventitive action, so the lines don't get worse, but I'm sure there's cheaper about for that.
Shampoo -John Frieda - Sheer Blonde Highlighting Shampoo

didn't do anything for my blonde hair. no difference, except maybe a bit drying which is a DISASTER on bleached hair. yeuch.
Toners -Christian Dior - Refreshing Cleansing Water

just finished a bottle of this, is excellent. same idea as everyone else really, gentle cleanser that is great if you have sensitive eyes (mine get all puffy and watery with most eye makeup removers). My skin can get a bit oily, in which case i prefer a wash off cleanser. I love this after a night out, just wipe it over my face and dive into bed, voila!
