Doesn't blend well and looks obvious and orange against my skin. And the finish is kind of...chalk looking. I can't think of another description.
Cleansers -Neutrogena - Deep Clean Facial Cleanser
Whiteday 4/1/2012 9:40:00 PM
Found better cleansers. Leaves skin feeling tight and it didn't really help with the breakouts I'd sometimes get. The smell is pleasant.
Lotions/ Creams -The Body Shop - Mango Body Butter
Whiteday 4/1/2012 9:37:00 PM
Wouldn't go near my face with it but on body, yes. It smells so nice and the moisturising effects are definitely felt. I don't really find it greasy, maybe a bit long to soak in if you use too much, but otherwise, no problem.
Lip Gloss -Maybelline - Shiny Licious - Lolly Pink
Whiteday 4/1/2012 9:34:00 PM
It's too sticky for my liking. Feels heavy on lips as well. Points for pretty colour and nice smell (and taste, kind of, oops).
Conditioner -Pantene - Pantene Smooth and Sleek Conditioner
Whiteday 4/1/2012 9:31:00 PM
My hair is very smooth afterwards so I would use it sometimes. But I find it hard to wash out and I suspect that the reason it's so smooth is because of what's left behind in my hair. It's not 'cleaning', more...covering.
Lotions/ Creams -Nivea - NIVEA body Intensive Moisturising Lotion
Whiteday 4/1/2012 9:26:00 PM
When i went overseas for the winter my skin was terribly dried out because of a combination of freezing, cold wind and hot air blowing continuously from the heater when we were indoors. My friend had a tub of this and I stole some from her to use on my hands and face. Not two days later my skin was back to normal. Intensive moisturising indeed. The smell was great as well.
Eyeliner -MISSHA - The Style Dual Eye Tip Eyeliner/Eyeshadow
Whiteday 4/1/2012 9:16:00 PM
I don't like the eyeliner as an eyeliner. Instead, one day, I discovered that the ease with which the eyeliner smudges makes it look like an alright eyeshadow, blended in with my actual eyeshadow. The dual colour that I got is the brown one so it works quite well. Note that I don't like heavy makeup at all, so this won't be for everyone.
I bought the taupe and I really like how it looks and how easy it is to use. I don't use very much so I'm not that worried about how small it is. However, I suspect that using this daily might have begun irritating my eyes. I'm not sure though and I've stopped for now, but I will try again soon as I really like this product.
Treatments -The Body Shop - tea tree oil Cover Stick
Whiteday 4/1/2012 9:08:00 PM
I think this cover stick is a great deal softer than some other ones I've tried. It applies easier as a result but at the same time, it looks a bit...spongy? The colour looked nice against my skin though. No comment on the tea tree effects, it didn't make me break out though so it might've done something.
Moisturizers -The Body Shop - Tea Tree Oil Blemish Fade Night Lotion
Whiteday 4/1/2012 9:04:00 PM
Did the opposite of what it was supposed to do. My skin appeared red and was slightly itchy after using this.
Treatments -The Body Shop - Tea Tree Oil Blemish Stick

I might buy this again if I can't be bothered to go and get Differin. It did help get rid of blemishes if it was one or two but if it was a large area then it sometimes made it worse. I think my skin eventually became more sensitive to it. The smell was strangely appealing and the liquid itself was cooling. I didn't like how small the bottle was, though.
Liquid -L'Oreal - True Match Super-Blendable Makeup SPF 17
Whiteday 4/1/2012 8:59:00 PM
This was my first liquid foundation. It's coverage is okay but it looked a bit obvious and was not very smooth, finish-wise. I also didn't like how I had to take to it with a small brush. Things got very messy, very quickly. Nonetheless, I think some people might like this since the colours are indeed very blendable. Unfortunately for me, I have very pale skin that calls for asian makeup brands.
Definitely very moisturising, without the greasy or heavy feel afterwards. I don't use it on hot days because it makes me break out but when my skin is feeling a bit dry, this is all it needs. The fragrance is a bit strong but not unpleasant.
Lipstick -The Body Shop - Delipscious Sheer Lip Colour
Whiteday 4/1/2012 8:51:00 PM
Love the colour range and some in particular give a very natural look since my lips tend to be pale in the morning (I appear to have some blood flow issues). However, the drawback is that there isn't much of a moisturising effect unless I put something else over it. The result is that I'm always instinctively moistening my lips and the colour doesn't last me very long anyway. Flaking, coloured lips also doesn't look very nice.
I apply this with a flat sponge and it hides (or fills in, hmm) pores very well. It is an excellent base under my other, more heavier makeup since it gives an impression of smoother skin but by itself it doesn't hide other blemishes very well. Unfortunately, it seems I've grown more pale over the past year and none of the colours really seem to work on my skin anymore. They appear too orange on me. Nonetheless, I may be tempted sometimes to use this to hide those pesky, large pores. EDIT: I stopped using this for 2 weeks and my skin has already seen dramatic improvements. I never realised it was this that was causing my pores to become larger (noticeable when the makeup is off) and clog other pores. Will not be going back now that I know this.
