This is the perfect red for the holidays. I am on my second tube and love the color. It isn't a blue red but it isn't an orange red either. There is gold pigment in it and makes the lips just sparkle. I love it.
Lip Gloss -Shiseido - The Makeup Lipgloss - Champagne Sparkle
Sweetcaroline98 11/3/2006 10:31:00 AM
I do love this color. It is a light weight gloss that is not sticky at all with no taste or fragrance. I love it over my SL1. This is G1 and I would buy again.
This stuff matts my shiny face brilliantly. The smell is wonderful and fresh and it goes on light and sinks in immediately. It leaves me matt..yet not too matte during the day. I don't have to reapply my powder as I normally do and I don't use an oilfree foundation persay. I love this stuff. What I love best of all is that it is made with Nature in mind. Not chemicals...not alcohol. Just pure wonderful natural ingrediants which is what your skin needs.
OMG...as soon as I used this on one side of my face and it instantly flared up like a huge red beacon. My friend gave me hers to try as I was raving about another product I just tested. She was so taken with the diamond particles in it that I said....Hmmm..diamonds..so the hardest substance in the world - the most durable of all ROCKS....is now ground super super fine and used to exfoliate skin. So I had to try - It was awful. Not only did it leave awful glitter pieces on my skin (and I'm sorry..when I cleanse in any manner - I don't want to be glittery) but it was cut up on the side I used. They aren't round sphere shapes that are suppoes to be used on the skin to role off the dead skin NOOOOO they are finely milled pieces of diamond which anyway you put it...is glass. You can use St. Ives peach scrub if you want to damage your skin, why pays upwards of $150 for it. Awful. It's the name...that's all this product can say for itself....it's the name. I spent a better part of a day trying to calm down my face due to this. never again.
yuk yuk yuk. I hate it. It smells like old plastic on me. I want it off and it won't come off. Now I do like LIve though..just not this at all.
Lotions/ Creams -Bath and Body Works - Black Currant and Vanilla
Sweetcaroline98 8/23/2006 1:49:00 PM
OMG...I just tested the NEW scent by the Aromatherapy line and am in love totally. I was looking for something warm for going into fall and I found it. It's Red Current and Vanilla and isn't out yet. I got a small bottle of the introductory size in the lotion and love it. It smells of warm vanilla and you can pick out the current. It is awsome.
OK. I loved it when I smelled it on the Rep. I had to have it. I sprayed it and loved it allllll day. It is a romantic warm scent that reminds me of a summer night.HOWEVER....the lotion is awful. OMG Passion Flower on me and others I smelt it on smells like an old lady at CVS. Sorry older women... It is rancid...awful. I would never in all the world buy that lotion again and immediately returned it. The perfume, however quite pricey at best, is utterly beautiful. I don't think I'll repurchase as I use this so sparingly that it'll probably outlast me.
Conditioner -Bath and Body Works - Signature Hair in Cherry Blossom
Sweetcaroline98 7/27/2006 2:26:00 PM
Awsome..just like the shampoo. The scent is clean and fresh and makes your hair so soft and manageable. And the shine - it is wonderful. You don't need too much of it and the container is great at preventing the gobs that build up in the nozzle. I will definitly buy this again. It added volume and made my curls soft and pretty. Now they need a gel and hair spray.
Shampoo -Bath and Body Works - Volumizing Cherry Blossom Shampoo
Sweetcaroline98 7/27/2006 2:23:00 PM
Awsome. I absolutely love this Shampoo and Conditioner. The smell alone is clean and fresh and lasts through out the day yet doesn't interfere with what perfume you may have one. My hair was soft and silky and felt fuller than before. I know it's good to switch shampoos so maybe this is the "new" feel for my hair since it is new BUT I will definitely buy this again. I love the cap - this cap prevents the conditioner from clumping and becoming a big gob in the nozzle. All in All I will definitely repurchase this (and hide it from hubby) at the original price. Now they need a hairspray
Blush -Flirt - Peek-a-Blush Sheer Powder Cheek Color in Heartthrob
Sweetcaroline98 5/24/2006 2:38:00 PM
This is my second purchase of Heartthrob. I love love love the color. It is the perfect shimmery coral on me. Flirt's blushes have a wonderful pure pigment quality. They are, imo, comparable to MAC
This is the HG of highlighters for me. It is perfect. I love it and am so sad that its LE. My Mac counter only had one left and I didn't grab it...kicking myself. I have to have this as back up..at least a few of them. You have to try it - to me it is the ideal highlighter.
AWSOME AWSOME AWSOME I Love the vanilla scent as usual. It gives you a warm feeling - lol But the color is just splendid. I wanted something fun for spring and this color is it.
HG of brushes. I have been using my Borghese brushes since 1996 when I worked for them. That is a long time but they are still fab. BUT.....I picked up the blusher brush by SK and the eyeshadow and I am in love. The new style handles in black are so easy and comfortable to hold and the bristle feel like pure heaven. I love them. I'm going back to get her foundation brush to apply my mineral makeup and the powder brush (which has been sold out so I'm hoping....) Awsome brushes. I'll never underestimate the quality of her brushes.
I think this is an awsome black eye shadow. The consistancy is that of what I feel MAC is. A true pigmented color with an iridescent sheen to it. I have one by MAC that is like that I am at a loss for the name of it. However, this seems to go on more black than it's MAC twin. Would repurchase...however I cannot see me blowin through black eyeshadow all that soon. I love it with Feeling Hot.
Concealers -Flirt - Pretty Easy Quick Cover [DISCONTINUED]
Sweetcaroline98 1/23/2006 9:45:00 AM
Wow.. I read the comments AFTER I bought it and they are everything I feel. I too thought this was a stick foundation (and I am NOT a fan of that) I only tried this cause I had gone to Kohls w/o makeup and felt awful but thought "hey..lets play" So I went to Flirt and saw these sticks. I usually really only wear moisturizer and powder but my eyes looked tired. So I put some on. Then I used Aloha underneath as I thought it was a skin brightner ..not blush..and dapple apple on my cheeks. So I walked around a bit....caught a glimps in the mirror and WOW..flawless. "damn what was that awsome stuff I used".....I bought it all. It is small enough to carry...doesn't crease....doesn't cake....it is great and I never wear concealer.
