I LOVE THIS! I'm not really a lipstick fan, I prefer the sheerness of a gloss. After reading rockstardiaries blog and saw that the woman ALWAYS wore this gorgeous pink, I took the plunge and purchased it.. I am so glad that I did. It is perfectly pigmented with many skin tones.. Extremely flattering. If you are looking for a pop of pink that is not over-the-top. LOVE IT

Gels/Soaps -Dr. Bronner's - Peppermint Castille Soap

I guess you can say I have never been "conscious" about what I am putting on my body... For whatever reason, I have started paying attention. All of the high end fashion gurus in New York and California swear by this stuff.. And believe me, I definitely did my research before I purchased it at Target. The price is definitely worth the product considering it is extremely concentrated and you only need to use a few drops (YES, I SAID DROPS!) to get a great lather. Dr. Bronner's is 100% organic AND it's sensational! I was a bit leery as to how much I was supposed to use (the bottle says DILUTE! DILUTE! DILUTE!) so I opened the cap and let three drops onto my shower puff. The peppermint creates and extremely invigorating experience in the shower.. Kind of like the feeling you get with Vick's Vapo Rub but not as strong. It's lovely! This stuff makes my skin silky smooth and there is no doubt that it is clean. My boyfriend says I smell like a walking peppermint patty!! The religious jargon that is written on the bottle is rather odd, but I enjoy reading it in the shower while my body soaks in the peppermint goodness. If you are eco-conscious, vegan, or just looking for a great body wash that will last you FOREVER, I don't think you can go wrong with a Dr. Bronner's purchase.

Moisturizers -St. Ives - St. Ives Timeless Skin Collagen Elastin Facial Moisturizer
rated 5 of 5

One of my HG products! This moisturizer is absolutely perfect for summer months. Not only is it light-weight, St. Ives prides itself on being a mostly natural brand. I love that. You get a HUGE tub of this product for under $5 at Walmart or any other drugstore. The consistency is very light when compared to the more heavier creams such as Ponds. The application is TO DIE FOR! The product feels extremely cool against my skin and I feel as though it soothes my face. I have extremely sensitive skin and this is one of the only moisturizers that work for me. Packing could be better as I feel that tubs are really unsanitary. Try it, you'll love it. ***EDIT*** Here it is, almost a year later, and I am still using this product. I tried to stray a couple of months ago when I could not find a tub of this in Walmart, I purchased a L'Oreal brand that looked like it was the same consistency... BAD DECISION! It made my eyes burn and made my face breakout.. I am now *thankfully* back with my St. Ives Moisturizer.. It is seriously a life saver. ***EDIT 10/23/2012 **** Sadly, I am no longer using this. St. Ives is no longer cruelty free, and the Propylene Glycol in the ingredients list is enough to make me shudder. Run away form this!!!!!!!!
