This is my first mac lipglass, I tried it on at the store and thought it looked very pretty, a simple cool, mauvy-pink with a slight sheen, though barely noticible. The texture is good, very smooth and comfortable, but I prefer stickier glosses that last longer because I find it a faddle to always have to reapply gloss. On the whole it's very nice , and I find I can pair it with a lot of eye looks. It doesn't scream "incredible", though, so maybe I won't be repurchasing.

Eye Shadow -MAC - Copperized Pigment (Rushmetal)

I got a samples of this because I'm quite weary of spending that amout for an eyeshadow (I'm a working student on a limited budget), but I think I'm just going to splurge and get the full size. This pigment is fantastic: it's complex, the green and the bronze and the gold are just "right", and it made my grey-blue eyes really look blue and bright. It blends really easily (I blended it with forest green and it looked amazing). Overall a great pigment!!

Eyeliner -Sephora - Jumbo Eye Pencil - 502 Beige

I just received this as an early christmas present from a good friend of mine, apparently the SA recommended this colour to her for blondes. This pencil is very smooth to apply, the colour is a soft grey-brown-beige, and it lends itself to a variety of uses: as a base for similar coloured eyeshadows, as a liner or on it's own. I personally prefer it as a base, as the true colour looks a bit sallow on my pale with yellow undertones skin. But it is definitely a good product to have around and I can see myself using it happily.

Cleansers -Vichy - Normaderm Deep Cleansing Gel

I like this cleanser: I have been using it for a month and a half and I think it has helped my acneic skin; I no longer have to use tonnes of powder to keep my forehead and my nose and cheeks form being really really shiny after just an hour from applying my makeup. The scent is really nice and fresh smelling, and I don't have to use a lot of product to lather on my face. On the other hand I do realize it can be somewhat drying, so I guess it's not really suitable for people with dry skin. I use it together with the normaderm hydrating treatment and sometimes need to put in some extra moisturiser to keep my skin from feeling tight. But that may also be because of the cold weather we're having at the moment. All in all I'm happy with this product and will keep using it, even though it's more expensive than other cleansers I have tried in the past.

Eye Shadow -MAC - Goldenaire pigment

I just received a sample of this and my first reaction was: I want more! I can see myself using this up very fast and getting the full size.... I love the fact that it's very soft and sweet but still has a good amount of colour to it. I paired it with NYX loose pearl eyeshadow in charcoal in the crease and it really brought out the blue in my grey-greenish- blueish eyes. Love love love!

Eye Shadow -NYX - Ultra Pearl Mania - Oro Pearl

Love this colour! I usually don't look good in gold-type eyeshadows, but this is both soft and luminous and just seems to "fit". I like to use this as a liner as well, and I love foiling it and pairing it with blue or green eyeshadows. Loads of product in the bottle which I have transferred to a watercolour set from a craftstore, so they are pretty easy to use.

Eye Shadow -NYX - Ultra Pearl Mania- Mink Pearl

I love these Ultra pearl manias: I live in Italy and I have to order them online, but they are definitely worth the wait. Mink is a beautiful soft goldish brown: I love wearing it on the lid with a matte neautral brown in the crease and nude pearl shadow in nude in the inner corner. It looks wearable for daytime and great paired with oro and a black eyeliner for nighttime. I hate the packaging but as others have done I transferred these into a watercolour set I found in a craft store for cheap. And there is sooo much product for what you pay! Can't beat that, can you :)

Moisturizers -Vichy - Normaderm Anti-Imperfection Hydrating Care

I have bought this product and I agree that it is a very specific product: it is very drying so should be used by people who really need to dry their skin up. After a week of using it along with the normaderm detergent, I really believe it has helped my skin: my pores look slightly more refined and definitely cleener, and my skin feels soft and dry. I have really, really oily skin and this is the only product I have so far tried that has seriously made a difference I can notice. It may not be a miracle, but it works for me.
