Hair Color -Revlon - Colorsilk

I normally use Wella colors or other more professional stuff from Sally's to get my naturally dark brown hair to my signature light auburn/dark strawberry blonde color. I couldn't get to a Sally's though, so I picked up this ColorSilk in Strawberry Blonde, hoping and praying it would work to lighten my hair about four shades at the roots. Well by god, after 45 minutes on the hair, it did! Granted natural pigment will lift much more in the roots where it's warmer, but I was really impressed! It matches the rest of my hair perfectly, and got rid of the gray at my temples way better than other color has. It's very natural looking and vibrant, and I'm very excited that it only cost me $3.

Conditioner -Bath and Body Works - Signature Hair in Cherry Blossom

I am so impressed! This costs the same or less than most drug store brands when you do the 2 for $10 deal on it, and works really beautifully! I use the "moisturizing" as opposed to the "volumizing" formula, and it leaves my hair completely detangled and has amazing slip that doesn't just rinse away. I have very long, damaged hair and this stuff really protects it and leaves it looking silky and healthy. The fragrance lingers a bit but doesn't scream, and the smell is of heliotrope (that powdery, cherry/almond/flour/play-dough smell) and a mild, sweet peony. I find it very pleasant and unlike anything else out their for hair. Its just warm, soft, and sexy in a very subtle way. I actually use the Japanese Cherry Blossom shower gel or bubble bath instead of the shampoo, just on the scalp, and it works just fine for me.
