Okay so i'm the oddball that didn't like this moisturizer. Even though it did sink in fast it still left me extrememly shiny but I thought well maybe it will die down after I put on my foundation. Left the house and it looked okay but just a few hours later, checked the mirror and to my horror my makeup had separated and was sitting on top of this moisturizer leaving my face a complete oily, blotchy mess! I'll stick with Eucerin Extra Protective SPF 30 for days when I want some sun protection.
Primer/ Corrector -Unlisted Brand - Monistat - Chafing Relief Powder-Gel

This did absolutely zero as a primer for me. It did not help my makeup stay on longer nor control oiles. My pores and fine lines were still very visible if not worse plus it felt really heavy. Oh well, at least it was fairly cheap.
Avon had better not discontinue this again...I'm in love. For the first time in a very long time I feel like I could actually leave the house without foundation, well maybe just a bit of foundation. No breakouts...just soft, smooth, glowing skin. I don't notice a smell at all but i'm not particularly sensitive to scents anway. It can be sticky if you use too much but just a pump and I'm set. It sinks in quicky so I've started using a bit under my makeup during the day. I'm not even using a night cream now because of this. Did I mention I'm in love...
To my nose and with my chemistry I get a more spicy/fruity scent...very light and pretty. I find the lasting power pretty good...a couple sprays in the morning and I can still smell it at bedtime. The more I wear Surreal the more I like it.
Well I echo most of the comments below accept for one big thing...this gave me breakouts and I'm not all that acne prone. Oh well, I do love it as a hand cream so I'll be able to use it up but won't repurchase as there are plenty of lovely hand creams out there. A big bummer as I loved the light feel and it really did moisturize well. The lotion also has caused breakouts for both my husband and I.
Other -Unlisted Brand - Listerine Whitening Mouth Wash

I was using this before I brushed morning and evening. It definitely whitened, even a co-worker commented on how "sparkly white" my teeth looked. Unfortunately, I overused the product and it started to make my gums bleed with each use. I'll try cutting back and hopefully that will help because it definitely whitens.
This was my first Vampy and I'm hooked. I use two to three coats to get the most beautiful deep, dark red and with a basic base coat and Revlon Colorstay Top Coat I can get 4 to 5 days wear easily...love it!
I'm running out to buy more of these today. Sketch Me If You Can is such a pretty bright corally color but not over the top, i would never have purchased this color if it hadn't been on sale and am so surprised to find that I love it. It applies like a dream, so smooth and creamy. I found it to dry rather quickly too.
Gels/Soaps -Unlisted Brand - Dial- Clean & Soft- Soy & Almond Milk

This is the first body wash in several years that I have purchased more than once. I reach for this the most amongst my bodywash collection. To my nose, this smells so warm and comforting and it does linger on my skin. It rinses clean and leaves my skin so soft...will be a staple in my shower until they discontinue it.
I think i've pretty much tried all of the towelette type cleansers out there including some baby wipes. Ponds Clean Sweep are by far my favorite because they seem to be a bit more wet than others and I can clean my face easily without too much pulling/scrubbing. Love these for camping, travel and for lazy nights which with these are becoming more and more because they really do leave my skin clean and soft without a lot of fuss.
Misc Beauty Tools -Unlisted Brand - Microfiber cloths
Daisy1012 10/22/2007 1:03:00 PM
Since finding the microfiber cloths at the Dollar Tree (in the bath section), I have tossed all of my chemical exfoliants. These things work great and almost too good if you rub a little too long so go easy and work up to find what your skin can tolerate. I use them anytime my face starts looking a little dull and flaky and they leave me soft and glowing again.
I conquered my fear of bronzers this past summer with NYC bronze gel but really wanted to find a powder for winter. Most powders I have tried left a very unatural dirty look or the ever so lovely oompa loompa orange. Not the Rimmel, it's so very natural looking and I reach for it everyday now!
I have been buying the Nature Made brand Omega 3 for several months now and on recommendation from our nutritionist, I keep them in the freezer. I have never had one incident of the dreaded fish burps but I never take them on an empty stomach either. My dh does get fish burps so I guess it's very YMMV. Before I began taking Omega 3, I had horrible dry, peeling nails and now they are back to the long and strong nails of my youth. I have also noticed that my skin doesn't dry out as much as usual and my mood is tad bit better. I will continue taking these not only for the health benefits but also for the cosmetic benefits.
I love plum/berry shades and this is so pretty and natural. Shiny and sheer just as others have stated...definitely a staple.
Lipstick -Wet 'n' Wild - Wild Shine l/s #326 - Luscious Shine
Daisy1012 9/11/2007 11:53:00 AM
I was getting tired of the gloss thing but don't particularly care for the heavy feeling of a lipstick so thanks to MUA, I found these little WNW gems. The color is perfect...on me it turns more of a berry with a slight bronze shimmer, very subtle and perfect for the office. This color and Plum Shine are my favs.
