In summer months, I like the idea of having a tropical -type fragrance when the mood strikes me. But, for the most part, that type didn't appeal to me upon the dry-down. Most too fruity, too sweet or sharp. Something would be too prominate. The opening of this is strong, but not unpleasant to me. Then I get florals, slighty sweet and somewhat salty, a little coconut. Then, finally the dry-down is a unique warm sexy fragrance. I look forward to the the special soft, sexy warmth in Deseo. And, this last about 6 hrs. on me. I really enjoy this one. So far it is not like any other fragrance I have worn.

Fragrances -Salvatore Ferragamo - Incanto Bloom

The notes are grapefruit flowers, Tea roses, freesia, champaca, cashmere wood and musk. This rose note in this fragrance is freshened-up by the other notes in Bloom. Also the cashmere is lovely with the rose note. I usually prefer vanilla type fragrances, but there's something about this fragrance that appeals to me. It just smells so good on; whiff-after-whiff. And, it is a good choice for spring/summer.

Blush -Ulta - Cheek Color

I really like this blush. The shade I have is heartbreaker. With my faux tan, this shade comes off as a natural looking warm rosey glow. This has minimal shimmer. Usually shimmer doesn't work for me, but the way this blush is done, the shimmer turns out to be more of a glow effect. Right now I am am really pleased with it.

Eye Shadow -Ulta - Key West

This is the blue e/s I have been searching for. Unlike other blues I have tried, this shade compliments my blue eyes. Love the texture and the slight shimmer in this one. Applies like a charm. Would purchase again.

The best drug store anti-aging product I have used. My skin has improved in tone, and seems more taunt. Lines are less apparent on my forehead. I don't care for the fragrance in this, but I can tolerate it for the results I am getting from this product. I will repurchase. I have used this for 3 wks. and loving it.

Powder -Sheer Cover - Sheer Cover - Mineral Foundation

I keep coming back to sheer cover foundation. I have used other minerals. This works best for me in all aspects. It covers redness, and minimizes my pores The shade actually matches. It did take awhile for me to learn how I needed to apply this foundation. Once I got a technique down, I really loved it.

Eye Shadow -Trucco - Eyeshadow in general

High quality eyeshadow in every aspect - great texture,pigment & easy to apply. I have the reflective eyeshadows in Calypso & Venus. These are meant to compliment each other... with venus used on the lid & Calypso in the crease. Calypso is a pretty bronze shade . Venus is It's a grey/silver shade with something else in there that I can't pinpoint/describe. They do look great together, and would be perfect for brown eyes. Unfortunately my eyes are blue. I will have to try other shades, since I love the quality of these eyeshadows. Can't wait!

Fragrances -Kate Spade - eau de parfum

I believe I've found my HG in fragrance. Kate Spade is a white floral that's the most beautiful fragrance I've ever experienced. Initially, when I first sprayed this, I wasn't impressed. Later it developed into a slightly sweet, fresh, sexy,yet elegant, predominately gardenia fragrance. It just kept getting better, and better as time passed. Apparently, this works well with my chemistry. I have tried hundreds of fragrances, and this is the first that I'd like to be my signature fragrance. If you decide to sample this, I hope it works for you as it did for me. It is so beautiful.

Conditioner -TiGi - Catwalk Honey & Oatmeal conditioner [DISCONTINUED]

My husband hated the way my hair smelled after using this. However, it is a good conditioner. I would repurchase if this formula was in a fresh, clean fragrance.

One of the harshest shampoos I have ever encountered.Also, after I dried my hair,my husband thought I needed to wash it. He said I smelled like I'd be cooking.

This is a beautiful fragrance. The dry down is a sultry warm vanilla that I get lots of compliments on. It is a very sexy ,appealing fragrance, and my husband's favorite.

Fragrances -Coty - NOKOMIS

I have been looking for a exotic-sexy fragrance, and I found Nokomis by Coty. Some notes are jasmine,tuberose,sandalwood,musk, and vetiver. First sprayed it seemed too sharp for me, then when the dry-down came,it became softer & I felt it was just beautiful with some lovely mystique. No doubt this one I will reserve for evenings when I want to feel sexy. Even though I do like this a lot, I had to omit a lipstick because the bottle is too plain for this type of fragrance.

Powder -Merle Norman - Luxiva Ultra Powder Foundation

Well, I keep comming back to this powder foundation. And I have tried many. This has a wonderful light silky feel on the skin which I love, and the medium coverge I need. It doesn't look powdery or cakey -even with touch-ups. I like the packaging too. It has the larger mirror which helps in applying the makeup. I have to say it is the best powder foundation I have ever used.

Cleansers -Neutrogena - Fresh Foaming Cleanser

This worked really great for me. It removed all my makeup including eye makeup. I think it does what a cleanser should do. And it wasn't harsh for me, because my skin tends to be a tad oilier in the warmer months. My skin felt wonderful and clean. I would repurchase, and I recommend giving it a try.
