Tinted Moisturizer -Neutrogena - Healthy Skin Enhancer SPF 20

Loved the texture, but it seemed a little drying at times. Made my skin kind of itchy and even the lightest shade was way too dark for my pale skin.

Liquid -Maybelline - Instant Age Rewind foundation
rated 5 of 5

I think this is the first 5 I've ever given to a drugstore foundation. I've been using a trial size of this for three days now and, so far, I just love it! My face usually gets greasy mid-day, but this seems to actually prevent it. My normally acne-prone skin has stayed remarkably clear and this stuff lasts all day long, even longer than my beloved Bare Escentuals! The coverage is light, but provides some serious coverage. I didn't even have to apply concealer to my acne scars when I put this foundation on first! Will definitely purchase the full size. ****Update...Something is up here. The foundation seems to be getting darker IN THE BOTTLE. How odd. I just noticed it yesterday when I put it on and it looked noticably darker. I didn't even leave the cap off or anything.

Foundations -Maybelline - Dream Matte Mousse

This reminds me of that thick pan-cake foundation from when I was a kid. It's really thick, greasy and it rubs off on everything! The name "Dream Matte Mousse" is just hilarious. These makeup companies have so many gimmicky names. They find out what we want and just slap the name on any old crap they have sitting around.

Crème -MAC - Studio Tech

I expected to really like this after hearing such high praises from people, but it was just another run-of-the-mill cream to powder foundation. The coverage was medium and somewhat buildable. I had a lot of trouble keeping it on my face throughout the day, no matter how much powder I used over it. It just seemed to fade right away. The worst part about it was that my face broke out horribly, which doesn't happen often.

Concealers -Revlon - Skinlights Illusion Wand [DISCONTINUED]

I bought this in Luminous Touch because all the other "skin" shades were too dark. I must say, this is a pretty impressive concealer. It hides flaws well (when layering) and doesn't cake up at the end of the day. Not the best, but definitely worth a look.

Liquid -Revlon - Skinlights Diffusing Tint [DISCONTINUED]
rated 3 of 5

I was so pleased with the illuminating effects of Revlon's Skinlights powder that I couldn't wait to try their new light-diffusing tint! Well, I did a lot of waiting for nothing. This foundation is nothing special. First of all, I see no light-diffusing effects at all. It's just a plain ol' tinted moisturizer. Also, it made my combo/oily skin feel really dry. Then there's the shade factor. Even the lightest shade is too dark for my porcelain skin. Needless to say, I was really disappointed in this product. I'm returning mine.

Very rich and pleasant smelling cream. I use it sparingly, as it is extremely moisturizing. It feels great after a long day at work. The aroma is both relaxing and refreshing.

Blush -NARS - Orgasm Blush

Ummmm...what is so great about this blush? Someone please tell me. It's so sheer that it barely shows up at all. I think this is another case of product name fascination. "Ohhh, it's called Orgasm! Hee hee". Get over it.

Crème -Vincent Longo - Water Canvas

Yawn. Just another sheer-coverage cream foundation. I just don't understand the fascination with this stuff. It has the coverage of a liquid, yet any normal liquid foundation doesn't dry up in a week and costs a lot less. This is purely brand-name hoo ha.

Too waxy and not enough moisture. Just a cute little tin.

I really love this foundation, though I can't justify spending $45 on something I will use up in a couple of months. If you really can't live without the benefits of this product, I strongly urge you to try Cover Girl's Fresh Look foundation. The texture, finish and oil-controlling properties are extremely similar!

I have to be the only person that doesn't like this. It provides sheer to medium coverage and almost instantly turns to a powder. The problem...it gets cakey almost immediately after application. An hour after I applied it, I looked in the mirror to discover it had migrated into every pore and line on my face. I looked ten years older. Big thumbs down from me.

I am in loooove with this product. It calms your skin, provides a natural barrier to the sun, relieves break-outs, prevents moisture loss and wrinkles and helps dark circles and puffiness around the eyes. The only thing I hate is the price, $32 for such a small amount, 1 oz, I believe.
