So here's the thing: I have been using this brand of liquis forever - this is probibly the only reason why i still buy it. (old habbits die hard) I have tried other liquid eyeliners, but none I've fallen in love with, so I keep going for cheap. Yeah, the formula is kind of crappy - It flakes, but at least it doesnt smear everywhere like others do. This brush is the best of any liquid eyeliner i've used, but i also feel it is tricky to get the perfect line that starts thin in the inner corner and gets thinker by the outter. I have found that whiping of as much as you can on the bottel and doing it in two sweaps starting in the middle and goin in each direction helps. Forget about using it alone - it will not stay on. I use it on top of pencil & shadow right against the lash line. It does crack a little, but i make my line thin enough that you can't really notice. I would rally like to find a better formula with compairable packaging and a reasonabl price, but until I find it, yes, I will repurchase.

Scrubs -St. Ives - Apricot Scrub

It's interesting to see such mixed reviews about this stuff. I have used this stuff for years. I have tried other facial scrubs, but I still find this one to be effective & cheap. It is more course then other facial scrubs, so you shouldn't use it every day, nor should you really scrub it on. Just apply it with a gentil hand and work in a circular mothion and rinse off - fast and simple! I use this on my body, too. Like before shaving to rid on ingrowns and bumps. I do not like the medicated version though, I think it's to touch on the skin. I love this stuff, but i will not repurchase because Equate (wal-mart store brand) makes the same stuff for a dollar cheaper, and i find it works the same.

Seams like just another cheap clear polish to me. It did not keep my nailpoilosh from chipping. I change my nail color often, so I still use it to give my nails a glossy finish, but I will not be buyin it again.

Polishes -Maybelline - Colorama 5 day nail color

I LOVE colorama. It's a pretty small bottle, but it's pretty inexpensive. (Not as cheap as NYC or wet n wiled, which give you a lot more product) What I really like about them is the color selection. They have so many unique colors, and they keep ot fresh by having seasonal collections - that's where I am a real sucker!! They also have awesome top coats that you can switch up - so you'll never get board of the same color. These also seam to go on sale a lot, which makes it even better. I've gotten some friendd into these, too. I tottally reccomed them.

Eyeliner -Wet 'n' Wild - Eye Pencils

Maybe it's the fact that I've been using this brand since I was in Jr. High, but I really like these pencils and not to mention they are super cheap so I dont have any problem replacing them. I have tried other brands here and there, none of them i really fell in love with. They go on really smooth (I can't stand eyepencils that tug!) and leave a nice, consistant line. No, they really don't last very long at all (I put powder over it, it keeps the top on longer. But the bottom- forget about it- you'll need to touch it up) - but reapplying is easy and at $0.99 what would you expect? Since they are so cheap I pretty much have one everywhere I could need one. I LOVE the automatic pencil! I'm on my 4th one. (They run out on me fast) I love the packaging! It's got a smudger on the end to create a smoky effect and the when you pull it out, theres a sharpener inseide!! (I didnt figure this out for a long time - it was such a wonderful suprise!) This way you can get a tinner line, and keep the pencil clean (powder always rubs off on it) I also love that it comes in lots of colors - it's the pefect way to complete any look! I have about 4 different colors. And they are MUCH better then the other brands at this price (wild & crazy, jordana, ect) so to sum it up - they aren't great, but great qualtiy for the price. However, lately i have been thinking of giving other brands a try again. . .

Eye Shadow -Wet 'n' Wild - Mega Eyes Trio - Mojave Mauves [DISCONTINUED]

I must say i was greatly impressed with this eyeshadow. The colors are amazing and the staying power is good, too. The color goes well with my eyes (hazel/brown/green mix) and I have gotten compliments while wearing this eyeshadow. That's my eyes are pretty, NOT my makeup is pretty - very big difference. It's perfect for my 'natural look' day. What's really good about this product is it's mobility. It may not last as long as some high-end products, but it's got nifty case with a pull out mirror for the girl on the go - great for quick touch up or when you trying to do your face on the go. After buying this one, i got two more. I love them all but this one is my favorite. It's cheep, clever, and beautiful.

Liquid -Rimmel - Natural Sensation All Day Makeup
rated 3 of 5

I often try differnt foundations and I often come back to this one. (I am still on the search for the 'perfect' one.) My skin tends to be a little shiny, and after putting on my sunscreen/moisturizer it's really shinny. This product really helps get rid of a lot of that sine. I think it is a little on the heavy side - My skin is clear so I have no need for heavy coverage but mixing it with some moisturizer or wetting my foundation bush helps it go on much smoother and thinner. It looks a lot more natural then a lot of more expensive brands and it's pretty cheap for a foundation! I will deffintly keep using it until i find my dream product.

Bronzers -Rimmel - Natural Bronzer- 21 Sun Light
rated 5 of 5
kissjacksparrow 8/7/2006 11:36:00 PM

My first bronzer was one my mother passed down to me when I just starting my makeup obsession. I never could seem get it on without looking bad. Since then I have found more creative ways to give myself the tanned look which have been much more succesful. I wouldn't have thought to buy a bronzer, but it came free with a Rimmel foundation, and on top of that it was super marked down, so I decided - the heck with it - I'll give it a try. It was worked out very well for me! I use put it on after liquid foundation and before my regular powder under the cheek bones, forhead/hairline and a little near the nose area. It lookes very natural (hence, the name) and people have told me i look more tan! Not to mention it's got a cute sun design! It's got no sparkel, which I like in a face product. I've always been found of Rimmel, I think this product is great and 'econimical.'

Crème -Physicians Formula - Le Velvet Film Make Up
rated 3 of 5
kissjacksparrow 8/7/2006 11:27:00 PM

This is not something i would reccomend as a foundation. It's very rich, thick and creamy. It goes on really smooth. It would best be used as a concealer if it matches your skin tone. I don't get many blemishes, but i use it daily as a primer for my eyeshadow. Since i only use it for this, it has lasted me forever! It works really well for this purpose, but considering the price when I run out I will likely look for something else.
