I've had problems with other shower gels causing skin irritations so I decided to try this one. So far, its been great to my skin!! Nice, light scent, lightly foaming, leaves skin very soft and comfortable. Will repurchase.

Fragrances -Fruits & Passion - Lemon Vanilla Eau de Toilette [DISCONTINUED]

I love the scent of vanilla and now I've finally found a vanilla EDT that smells natural and not like chemicals. It's a beautiful, light scent that wouldn't offend anybody. I like to spray it in a big cloud and then walk through it. Out of all the scents from Fruits & Passion, Lemon-Vanilla is definitely my favourite. My only complaint is that the scent doesn't seem to last very long on me, so I wear it with the matching Lemon-Vanilla Body Milk Lotion.

Liquid -Estee Lauder - Ideal Matte

I've been using this foundation since it first came out. (Unfortunately I will have to find a new kind of foundation soon, as I am moving to a city with extremely humid summers and this foundation does not have good staying power in humid weather.) I really like the texture, it's really easy to put on, easy to blend and it goes on really smoothly as long as you've put moisturizer on beforehand. I apply it with my fingers. I guess the thing that I love the most about this foundation is the fact that I found the perfect colour for my skin (ivory) and I had been searching for a foundation that matched my skintone for a long time. The finish looks very natural and fresh. The packaging is pretty horrible, though. When I can't get any more product out by squeezing, I cut the top of the tube off so I can use my finger to get the product that wouldn't come out, which is quite a bit of product that would be otherwise wasted. After, I store the remaining tube in a ziploc bag. The product will start to dry out.. but at least you get more of the foundation!!

Primer/ Corrector -Biotherm - PURE BRIGHT Moisturising Make-up Base

I was disappointed with this product... the "brightening" effect made the pink undertones in my face even more noticeable and that was definitely not what I wanted. As a make-up base, this product didn't do too much for me. Using this along with my normal moisturizer did not make a difference versus just using my moisturizer. Some positive things I can think to write about this product.. it didn't irritate my sensitive skin at all and I was worried that the SPF would cause my skin to break out but it didn't. Anyways, I won't be repurchasing this!!

Moisturizers -Shiseido - The Skincare Day Essential Moisturizer

My favourite moisturizer. Absorbs quickly, smells pretty, has SPF (although not as much as I would prefer), works as a good primer for foundation, and doesn't irritate or make my skin break out at all. Wonderful!!

Cleansers -Shiseido - The Skincare Extra Gentle Cleansing Foam

EDIT: Eventually, this cleanser proved too harsh for my skin. Made my skin drier and more sensitive - plus I think it caused some breakouts. Will not repurchase. I love this cleanser!! It does an excellent job of cleaning my normal/sensitive skin without drying it out. It foams really well so you only need a tiny amount of product for your entire face. It is expensive for a cleanser, but the tube will last for a long time. After using this cleanser for about a week, my skin definitely does look better. Also, the fragrance is sooo nice!

Blush -Shiseido - Accentuating Color Stick - S2 Peach Flush

I love this stuff. Beautiful, natural colour that goes on sheer and is extremely easy to blend. Great on cheekbones! I will definitely repurchase this product, although maybe in a different shade for the summer, such as the Bronze.

Pressed Powders -MAC - Tahitian Sand Hello Kitty

While I can't say I'm too fond of the design scheme of this compact, I think that the product is amazing and the price is good, too! I have a significant amount of natural pink in my face and this really helped to tone it down and even everything out. It has a nice, fine texture that is fun and easy to work with.. The end result is very natural looking with a great glow. I apply it over my foundation and blush with a powder/blush brush.. I don't use the little powder puff that the compact comes with. Anyways, this product really works well for me and I'm glad I bought it!!

I really like the colour and the scent of this product.. the colour is so sheer and beautiful and it smells delicious! My only complaint is that for a lip gloss, this is difficult to apply. It's really a pain to apply since it is so tacky and sticky.. it's a lot easier if you are using a lip brush.

I love Aveda's Blue Malva Shampoo! I have highlighted/dyed my naturally dark brown, long, thick and strong hair to ash blonde, and this shampoo keeps my hair from turning orange/brassy. I use it around 3 times a week with Aveda's Damage Remedy Intensive Restructuring Treatment. Great product! I will definitely be repurchasing.. I don't want orange hair now, do I?

This is the best deep conditioner I have ever used!! My hair is tortured quite a bit.. highlighted from dark brown to ash blonde.. but this treatment really works to make my hair silky, shiny and healthy once again. It does a good job of detangling and doesn't weigh your hair down at all. The price is high, but you only need to use a tiny bit of product each time. I have very long hair and I can make the regular-sized, 125 ml tube last for a few months. This is a great product that everyone with damaged, dry hair should try.

Mascara -Lancome - L -extreme Mascara

I have short eyelashes and this mascara did make my lashes a lot longer. There was no smudging or flaking, and I can put several layers on as long as I apply it carefully and use a lash comb for separation. I took off a point because I don't really think it was worth the price.. you can probably find a mascara that will give you the same results for less money.

Lip Gloss -MAC - Lustreglass in Love Nectar

I love this colour! Love Nectar is a pretty light pink, a bit peachy, with subtle shimmer and a great shine. I find Lustreglass to be less sticky than Lipglass, which I like, but it doesn't have as much staying power. While Lipglass has a sponge-tip applicator, Lustreglass has a brush applicator, and it goes on a lot more sheer and glossy. Looks very natural when worn by itself.. also looks great over a lipstick that is close to your natural lip colour. This was the first Lustreglass that I have purchased, and I will definitely re-purchase it when it runs out!

Lip Gloss -MAC - Lipglass - Lovechild

This is one of my favourite shades of Lipglass. I love the little flecks of gold in Lovechild.. it is such a pretty colour! It lasts for hours and it has a pleasant scent. Lovechild is just a bit more plum-coloured than my natural lip colour.. it is very flattering with my fair skin and adds some drama!

Eye Shadow -Shiseido - Silky Eye Shadow Quad - Earth and Sky

This is a really nice compact! The colours are beautiful and work very well together, the texture is so soft and silky, and the applicators that it comes with are decent. All of the colours look great with my dark brown eyes and you can use the colours in endless combinations. It is very blendable and you can achieve either a dramatic, bold look or a softer, more subtle look. The only thing I am unhappy with is the fact that this shadow wasn't as long lasting as I would like.. the colour seems to fade away gradually, so I need to do a few touchups throughout the day. But I didn't take off a point because although it isn't so long lasting, it didn't crease at all. And the colours are so beautiful and the texture so lovely!
