This is a pretty standard gloss. It's better on people with pigmented lips (like myself), but I find that there's really nothing special about it. It's a decent color, kinda sticky, and the name "Baby Pink" is cute. That's about it. Wouldn't repurchase again, because it cost me $10 on ebay, and that was waaay too much for such a boring product.
I love this stuff. I recently bought my second bottle, and added water to the remaining vinegar from my first bottle. It's a toner now, while the new bottle is just for dabbing on blemishes directly. I love the lavender smell, and the way it feels on my face. My only problem with it is this: The cap is a real pain in the butt to open and close. I know their thing is to make it both functional, and nice-looking, but I really would be happier with a plastic bottle, maybe so you can squeeze out a tiny bit at a time, so it lasts longer. As it is, a bottle doesn't last very long, so I find myself having to shell out another $10 in less than a month. While we're on the subject... For the price, I think there should be lots more vinegar!
Moisturizers -Purpose - Dual Treatment Moisture Lotion with spf 15

I bought this to go along with the purpose cleansing wash that I use twice a day. I sometimes get dry spots, (usually on my forehead and the corners of my mouth) and I needed something that would be gentle-but-effective. It hasn't knobbed up on me, even when I've used it over makeup. I think you should just not touch it for about 10 minutes, let it dry completely, and your face will feel silky and look matte (with no flaking or balling up). That's just what I do, though. I can see that this stuff might not work the same for everybody. I'm sticking with it, though, because the bottle is great (you can lock the pump and take it with you without worrying about getting a purse full of lotion), and I like the way it makes my skin feel when it dries. Also, no fragrance. A definite plus for those of us whose skin is very sensitive to that sort of thing.

I love this stuff. The exfoliator is lovely (they say to use it a couple times a week, but I think I'd use it more often than that), and I love the balm! It was expensive, but I got mine as a gift. I'd never be able to afford it otherwise! ;) I love the way it makes my lips look and feel, so even if I were to buy it myself, I don't think I'd regret it. My only wish is that they'd sell the balm separately, so that you can get more when you run out. UPDATE: Actually, I find I go through the exfoliator MUCH faster than the balm. So, I can use the balm at night, as well as after exfoliation, without worrying that I'll run of it first. Really, you only need to use the tiniest bit each time.
This is by far one of my favorite glosses. People say it's gritty, but I guess I'm one of those people who likes that sometimes. Plus, it looks so good, even if I didn't like the grittiness I'd be able to overlook it. The color isn't as dark as it looks in the tube, but it's every bit as glittery! I love the color on my lips, it's hard to explain, but the name Diva fits it very well!
This is a great gloss. On me, it's kind of nude with a silvery shimmer. The reason the packaging gets a 4 instead of a 5, is that I wish the tube were bigger, and I think this would have been awesome with a brush applicator. But, it really doesn't change my opinion on this gloss in general.
Lip Treatments -The Body Shop - Coconut Lip Butter

I gave this a 4, because I usually HATE coconut, but I really like this stuff. It's smooth, and it smells a bit like sunscreen. :) The drawback is that I usually don't like balms in a pot, and if you aren't careful, this turns your lips a tiny bit white. Otherwise, it's great. Although, the Shea smells kind of similar, and deposits no color. But, I think I actually like Coconut best.
Lip Gloss -Prescriptives - Moonbeam Reflective Gloss
hiyashinsu 4/17/2004 6:48:00 AM
Bought this in "Hi-Velocity," which is a shimmery pink. My lips are very pigmented, so pinks generally don't show up too well on me (I usually stick with mauves for this reason), but this gave my lips a very nice, soft pink color. I LOVE the brush applicator, and the tube looks really futuristic and cool. But, it's also designed in such a way that you're in no danger of the wand slipping out of your fingers by accident, so it's cool and functional at the same time. The shine is awesome, and if you make sure to put a balm on before the gloss, it's very smooth. I like how it's not as sticky as Lipglass, although I might like Lipglass even better if it had a brush applicator like this does!
It's just soap. Very drying soap. If you want a better soap (for a little more money), try either DHC Mild Soap, or DHC Washing Powder. Purpose is cheaper, but can irritate and dry out your skin. Not worth it, IMO. I won't be purchasing again, now that I've found soaps that work better for my skin.

I really like this pencil. The color looks very nice on me, but not too "goldy." It looks nice when I just swipe a tiny bit on my lips over a lipbalm. The only reason I say I wouldn't repurchase is because I've had the SAME stick for about 4 years, and I've still got about 60% of it left!
Lip Gloss -BeneFit Cosmetics - Lipgloss in Kiss Me
hiyashinsu 4/17/2004 5:55:00 AM
It breaks my heart to give this gloss such a low rating, because of the things that I love about it. I love the color, and I love the strawberry scent. However, I cannot overlook how LEAKY the tube is! I can't even take it anywhere unless it's in a tiny plastic bag! Normally, I wouldn't bat an eye at the price for such a pretty gloss, but I don't think I'd spend this much again on a gloss that leaks more onto your purse than you put on your lips!
I love this balm. I used to use the regular benetint on my lips, but I didn't like how it felt when it dried. I was so excited when they finally came out with a balm, that I just had to have it! It smells like roses, it gives your lips a sheer, healthy tint, and it seems to last forever. I say I'd purchase it again, but I'm not sure when I'll ever have to.

When I got married, I bought this specifically so that my eye makeup would not run if I started crying. Wouldn't you know it? The one time I come prepared, I didn't shed a single tear! Anyway, I still use this when it's rainy out, or when I am wearing a mascara that isn't waterproof. It is fabulous for keeping everything in it's place! I also love the little sack it comes in, and the brushes are so cute! This is a great product, and definitely worth the price, since it's lasted me many months now without any sign of running out.
Ugh, I HATED this cleanser. I bought it because they said it was for combination skin. I had never had blemishes, but my skin did get oily sometimes, so I got this stuff. Oh my god, it completely MESSED UP MY SKIN! I started GETTING blemishes! I returned it when the blemishes started popping up months ago, and they still haven't gone away completely. This stuff is frickin' terrible! Also, it smells like dog shampoo. If you can handle putting that on your face, have fun.
I love dandelion! I know people say the packaging is impractical, but I find it easy enough to carry it around at the bottom of my purse. There's also the matter of the color, which I like because it is sheer, and I have received many compliments since using it about how bright my complexion looks. The scent is a lovely floral, it smells like their "Maybe Baby" perfume, and the brush is very cute (although I don't actually use it; I use a blush brush).
