Eye Shadow -Wet 'n' Wild - Mega Eyes Creme Shadow

The past few seasons I have seen green eye color touted in the mags by the fashionistas, and you know how that goes. But, here I was in the grocery store of all places, and this little tube of kiwi colored shadow cried out, "buy me!" I kept walking by each week, but like a siren , it kept calling me back. I kept saying to myself, "Buy the beige or bronze, it will get more use." But for the price, why not go for my heart's desire? This shadow goes on sheer and liquidy, and dries to a very transparent olive shimmer -- maybe a bit too shimmery, but for the money, a slam dunk of a fun product.

Good, serviceable product that does not disappoint. It will not bowl you over, but it works just fine. The texture is fine -- not too greasy, not too powdery dry. Colors are limited.You will not swoon with delight, but no one will know you have on the cheapest cream blush on the market.

One of my all-time favorites. I think it smells fresh and green and people almost always comment on how good I smell.

Liquid -Christian Dior - Diorskin Fluid

I have "blonde" which is a warm, yellowy shade. It has a great texture for mature skin, or skin that is dry. Oily girls will not like this. Covergage goes from sheer to medium, and the finish looks like skin -- neither too matte nor too luminous. It can feel a bit tacky while drying, but it is worth it. People tell me I have great skin -- that's the best review I can give this product.

The soft yellow color is a decent way to get a "Bobbi Brown yellow" for a good price -- provided you have fair to medium skin.It is heavily fragranced, and a bit oldfashioned smelling -- like my grandma's makeup. It is not as luminous as the product decsription would have you believe -- it is more matte.

Zero color on my face. Just some faint shine. A complete "why bother?" of a product.
