Skincare - Face -Jason Natural Cosmetics - Vitamin E Pure Beauty Oil

I was so excited when I bought Jason's vitamin E oil, because I know it can be used for many things. It is pricey for the small bottle you get. The bottle says you can put it on your hands, body, face almost anywhere. I wouldn't put this on my face though because it is way too oily and will clog pores. I REMEMBER Estee Lauder coming out with this vitamin "e stick" which is pure vitamin e(for the lips), so I used Jasons' on my lips and it made them nice and not only smooth but toned it out a little because I have a few scars on my lips. I was very happy with these results. I also use the vitamin E to moisturize my hand and they do a hell of a job. It's too bad the container is small, and it runs for 11 bucks, But a great product in general.
Cleansers -Neutrogena - Healthy Skin Anti-Wrinkle Anti-Blemish Cleanser

I love how this product isn't HE so my expectation were low. I blew through my expectations. I was mailing back and forth betyween an MUAer and she was telling me spending more doesn't mean better, which I agree. I heard Neutrogena has some great cleanser. Although salicylic acic doesn't do the trick for me (i'm using 10% bezoyl peroxide) I like that this cleanser has AHA in it. It help calm down my skin. I've used all sorts of cleansers and masks and this one along with the Deep clean which contain beta hydroxy has made my skin look great. I am very happy with this pruduct. I use it with my clarisonic at least once a week. I can't believ Neutrogene has been given my skin such great result.!! My acne has been calming down and my skin has been looking better overall,
I forgot but I believe this bomb has some ginger base in it.. This bath bomb comes out during the holiday season. It's enough for one bath. I'm starting to dislike the packaging because I am finding out that my bombs are breaking into pieces. Anyways, asides from that, it does in fact turn the water a sandy color, and it is moisturizing. I would probably recommend this to more experienced Lush users because it's appealing but you have to read about each bomb or bar before you buy it. People just buy based on what the SA tell them. But the SA's although very helpful and knowledgable at LUSH only tell you 2 or 3 ingredients that are in it. I generally like to know everything in each different bath bomb so I know what creams and scents I can play off with it etc..
This foot creme does exactly what is says it's suppose to do (make your feet super soft). It doesn't add much scent to your feet so don't let the word coconut fool you. What I generally do with the foot cremes I buy whether it be from l'occitaine , lush or more recently the more affordable BB is I drench my feet with the lotion and I place them in what they call cupcake socks. These cupcake socks are Shea infused and the ingredients in them last about 20 washes or so. I bought them at BBW and they look adorable, not bulky but cute enough to be noticed. So I started using foot cremes to enhance the shea inside the sock. My feet are incredibly soft and they never smell. I don't need to use any peppermint foot creme a la Body Shop to keep them smelling good. I just have several cupcake socks and outdoor socks (which I never where indoors). I also use Sally Hanson foot scrub which is really tough on your feet to take that layer off. But the coconut BB creme does make your skin super soft if that is what your looking for. It is almost like the Vaseline for feet.
Moisturizers -Kate Somerville - Nourish Daily Moisture

I was excited when my boyfriend came home with a big ks bag. It was my first experience with kate's products. The nourish I feel wasn't anything special. Overall it's a good moisturizer but it didn't change my skin from the very precious immortelle cream by l'occitaine I was using prior. I love the circular pump. I think that is very unique. The texture is lightweight. But it is nothing I will repurchase in the near future.
This product is 4 treatments for 80 bucks and they only sell it at sephora. Each treatment looks like a syringe each. You have to uncork it and press it in the palm of your hand and gently blend it together till it gets warm. Then you put it on a clean face and leave it on for 10 minutes. It is a professional strength glycolic acai anti oxidant facial treatment. You leave it on your face for 10 minutes and it does WONDERS. I have very problematic skin, a lot of it has to do with my hormones, but this really helps sooth and clear up my skin. It is very expensive for 4 treatments so I use half a syringe and throw the rest in the fridge (to save) and I haven't noticed a difference in treatment. Even the lady at Sephora said that a whole treatment is too much and to save it. It also tightens the skin. You can actually feel it do that. A lot of people walk away from this product because of the price, but it's a great product. It has the highest glycolic strength you can get without a prescription plus many other benefits. 2 thumbs up for this product.
not my color. Too bright!!
This goes great with the EL sheer minerals. Alone I wouldn't like it. But the lady at the counter matched me up with fresco. Then she used the minerals on my face. It was too pale. So I asked her to go one shade darker and It gives my skin a great color. I apply the foundation with a brush. I put it in a small plastic tester bottle that snaps shut. This way I don't waste any liquid. Then I use a kabuki for the minerals intensity 4.0. The liquid is in fresco. IThen I apple my bronzer and or blush if I need to. I've asked a couple makeup artists to tell me if I need to change my makeup and they told me what I'm wearing looks great on me. I get pimples but only a few of them and they're BIG round and disgusting. Using both of these, esp. applying the foundation with a brush has basically made those pimples disappear!!!! This is my new HG foundation. And boy does it last a long while with or without a primer.
Visually this is a pretty cool bath bomb by lush. It fizzles when you put it in the water. The water turns a light blue. I used this with the king of skin bar which is super moisturizing. But I didn't feel anything else out of this bomb besides the cool fizziness when you drop it in the begining which is why I wouldn't buy this again
Moisturizers -First Aid Beauty - Ultra Repair Cream

I have only used two samples from sephora but I am delighted t say that this cream is great. Most of the reviewes (at least the past 3) have had dry skin. I have combination and at times can get oily, I am surprised that MUA doesn't have this as a produst on its list. I don't have eczema or any skin problems besides acne, When I use this with my C.O. bigelow Tonic the cream just seeps right into my skin after a few minutes and I can't stop touching my skin it feels so great. It doesn't clog my pores or anything like that. It's vry hydrating and makes my skin feel silky for hours. However I noticed that this cream isn't for the face only. I don't want to use it on other prts of my body but I imagine what would happen if I did!
Orgasm Orgasm Orgasm. Consistently that is everyones answer when is comes to what is eveyones favorite blush. So let's just say my expectations were very high with this blush called orgasm. I would have bought it sooner or later, little did I know I had it in my house I grew up in (I just moved out a year ago) all brand new barely used sitting in the back of one if my makup drawers. Iknow I have way too much makeup considering there's still a whole pile left behnd. When I discovered it I immediately put on my foundation and used the laguna for my cheekbones and the orgasm on top. I guess I had set me expectations too high cause I was expecting this to be THe blush.. I thought it was pretty good but I was let down. I wanted more color out of it. I liked the shimmer and the peach tones. I also really liked the laguna. I also have to swipe it heavy with my brush to get the desired color on my cheeks. I used to use smashbox prizm and guerlain bronzer and they both worked fabulously together. But all in all I'm happy I didn't go out and buy orgasm even though I did buy a Nars kit which came with multple orgasm in a stick and a tiny palette of laguna and other goodies. So in fact I did buy it cause I really wanted to see this reptitive answer to everyones HG blush. Good blush, but way too much hype.
The name of this product sounded cool, venom in blush. So before doing any sort of research I just added it to my basket. Later I found out that this is a lip plumping product AND stains your lips. On my small journey to find lip plumper, I found out that almost all of them don't work. They do give you a tingling feel like something is happening to your lips but thats just it and same goes with the DUWop. As for the color I didn't know it was a stain but it was a really nice color, it gave my lips a pinkish red color.. This product didn't give me a nice finish. I still have it and I'm still waiting to go to BBw and return it.
I use this product about twice a month. Each time I use it my skin looks 5 times better. I swear! I accidentally found it at the Rite Aid for 20 some odd bucks and today in particular I was paying close attention to my face before and after. It shrunken ALL my zits, and made my face look clearer. A lot better than the peels that I spend btwn 60 to 80 bucks for. This one you notice the difference after the first few times. They could do better with the packaging, Your suppose to use one tablespoon of the crystals, but I just estimate and take out a glob but for 20 bucks who cares. Just make sure you close the lid real tight.
This is one I didn't want to try because it looked way too dull. Sex bomb and blue skies gaves you promises of a bath tub filled with cupcakes and unicorns, but this one is white circular ball BLEHHH. After using Lush products for a year (spending about 2 years worths of products though) I decided that I haven't tried this one and the sale people had mentioned in the past that this was an all time fave. So i put in my online order and just hopped out of the shower an hour ago. Definitely smoother skin, love the cocoa butter in it. I can actually see a significant amount of oil in the tub so the bath water was very tender.
Moisturizers -L'Occitane - Almond Apple Velvet Concentrate
prissy973 11/16/2010 6:14:00 PM
I think the word apple made me want to buy this product 2 years ago. I was in love with the store l'occitane and needed to own everything in it (at the time, partly due to my mom living in France and telling me how she used to shop a L'Occitaine so I felt a unnatual bond to it) The immortelle line is much better than the Amande. The almond extracts and sicilium are suppose to help the first signs of anti aging. So this moisturizer is geared for women in their late 20's. The immortelle line uses flowers in the creme for collagen and microcirculation and has a lot mmore added benefits for just a few more dollars. So I won't repurchase this product again, even though I like the old school glass . I wouldn't repurchase the Amande that I'm using right now though cause I feel they have better lines and even the consistency (maybe it's pieces of apples) is weird and nothing special,
