Fragrances -Bath and Body Works - Midnight Pomegranate All Items

I have this fragrance in body wash, body spray and lotion. The formulas of all these products are nice and very pleasant to use. The fragrance is where MP loses points...it smells like cough medicine. Now I like Dimetapp as much as the next person, but do I really want to SMELL like it??? No, I don't. If you don't either, skip this one. (The new B&BW packaging is very nice...love the new black labels!)

The lotion texture is nice, as are all B&BW lotions...they always work well for me, nice and light, not heavy or greasy. The fragrance is another matter...this smells like COUGH SYRUP! Seriously. I'm not sure how this one made it beyond the R&D department. Yuck!
I bought this for my husband for Christmas, and he HATED it at first sniff! I, of course, adore it! So I've confiscated it from his side of the medicine cabinet, and I'll be wearing it, and loving it! So clean and fresh, with a hint of sweetness, the scent is fleeting on me, gone completely within 30 minutes or so.
Expensive and messy, but seriously, one of the best scrubs I've ever used. Leaves my skin baby soft and smooth, with no oily residue (I do need a lotion after scrubbing with GBM). Really nice product, and the salt is never too harsh. By the way...this smells nothing like gingerbread. The scent is a pleasant citrus-ginger blend, much like the Origins ginger products.
Smells nice, but I can't stand the thick, gooey texture, or the crappy slant-tip applicator (very difficult to control the application of the gloss). Overpriced, too. Why do I keep falling for the philosophy hype?
Really nice peppermint shower gel (this is not a 3-in-1 formula!). I like the cooling, refreshing feeling of this product in the shower...never enough of that peppermint 'cold' rush to be uncomfortable, just enough to add a little zing to your shower. I do wish it had a bit more sugar/vanilla added to the fragrance, but it's still very nice. Bright and cheerful holiday packaging, too. This one would be nice in the summer, not just for the holiday season.
Love the fragrance and slightly sweet flavor, hate the slant-tip applicator, the gooey, viscous texture, and the horrid gold sparkles. Expensive, nothing special lip product.
A philosophy disappointment. I put this on my Christmas list after reading the raves here, on the Q board, and the reviews at Beauty.com. This shower gel does have a slightly sweet cinnamon fragrace, but it is completely overwhelmed by a yeasty/doughy note. I wanted sweet, sugary cinnamon rolls, not a doughy BREAD fragrance! It's actually somewhat unpleasant to use, imo. The gel itself has a nice, thick texture, and it's non-drying, which is a plus. Over-priced as are most philosophy products.

Smells great, leaves my hair flat and limp, so this one is a no-go for me. I do plan on trying the shampoo when it finally shows up at my PX (if it ever does). I'll try it again with the matching shampoo...till then, it's permanent home is under my sink with the rest of the rejects. :(
Very cute, if over-the-top packaging. The fragrance is a strong, warm floral. It reminded me of every other heavy, sweet mall/department store scent. I tried it on, to see if the dry-down improved my initial impression. Nope! I'll be skipping this one for sure.
Smells good, clean and floral fresh, and it has that fantastic Avojuice texture...completely non-sticky. Totally unique textured lotion, and worth a try, especially if you can't stand that sticky lotion feel on your skin.

Smells good, and the texture is great, especially if you don't like sticky body lotions and creams. This has such a unique texture...it's like water, and leaves skin silky and smooth right after use, no waiting to get dressed. However, I don't really think it moisturizes the skin, I just think it makes the surface feel better for a little while. Definitely unique and worth a try, because I don't think there is anything else out there quite like this product.
Such a pretty color, but so streaky...this ruins the product for me. It's not worth the hassle and frustration to try and get a pretty manicure with this polish. Such a disappointment!
Perfect white tip shade for French manicures...applies perfectly and completely opaque, does not get thick and nasty. All around good product, and a staple for my weekly French manicures. It just doesn't get better than OPI Alpine Snow.
This is a miracle nail product for me...I love having pretty nails, but I do not enjoy doing my own manicures. This product helps my manicures last days longer than they did before I used Bonder. I won't be without this stuff...it's that good!
