Cleansers -Derma E - Glycolic Facial Cleanser with Marine Plant Extracts

I love this cleanser. It is very gentle and my skin is much clearer and softer. Unlike other glycolic cleansers this does not dry out my skin. Here is the list of ingredients: Purified Water, Chamomile Extract, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Glycolic Acid, Glycerin, Glyceryl Sterate, Cetaryl Alcohol, Cetareth 20, Priulina, Sea Weed, Aloe Vera Gel, Hydroxyethyl Cellulose, Citricdal, Phenoxyethanol. This is my favorite cleanser in years.

I thought this was a good product, but for some reason it did not work for me at the time I tried it. I found it to be hydrating, but I think it created clogged pores around my nose and inner cheeks. I do love some other derma e products. This may work for you if you have non-fussy dry skin.

Concealers -Delux Beauty - Concealer [DISCONTINUED]

I love this concealer. I have the Buttery shade. It is appropriately named - as it melts into my skin just like butter! I love it under my eyes and to hide any imperfections. I alos use the Pink flush stick and Norris lip gloss. I love the packaging of these products. Hats off to Jillian Dempsey- she is brilliant. Update: after a while I found this to be drying. I switched to MAC Moisture cover in NC20 - Loving that. I love the natural look - slightly dewy - and convenient and elegant packaging is important to me. I don't like having tons of clutter in my makeup bag. Keep it simple and fresh! Delux Beauty provides that for me.

Blush -Delux Beauty - Pink Flush Stick [DISCONTINUED]

This is my holy grail blush. I love that I do not need a brush, it is natural looking, it is mineral oil and lanolin free, it is in a convenient package that is portable and so easy to use. I love all of the colors, but feel this one give me a pop and still looks very natural. It is scary looking in the tube and when you first apply, but blend it in and you will look refreshed and look as it you have that natural rosiness children have.

Lip Gloss -Delux Beauty - Norris Lipgloss [DISCONTINUED]

I have purchased this lip gloss several times. It is a sheer cranberry with gold flecks. I like a natural look with a little shimmer to it. I think it is beautiful and I love it. I also love Chanel's lip gloss that was out this summer (2005) - Cristalle gloss in Cafe Glace- it is very similiar with a tad more color and more brown than pink.

Surprisingly effective for how light the texture is. Brightens impressively and tightens without being drying. I also love the Rose Facial Oil. One pump is all you need for both eyes. Update: This looked good the first couple days - what it does is leave a shiny film on the surface to reflect light and minimize shine. A main ingredient is witch hazel - it was too drying for me and ended up emphasizing my fine lines - I looked years older.

I have been using this for one week and I love this stuff!!!!! Over the past year I have been trying oils for my face - Sundari, Dr. Hauschka, and Suki Naturals. This one really seems to calm my skin, where the others seemed to irritate my skin. Update: I ended up having an allergic reation to this product. I had to throw it out. I learned the hard way that sensitive skin products work better for me - the simpler the better. The smell is so wonderful, it would be easy to overuse. I just put my finger over the top and turn it upside down, to get just a little bit. I put about one drop over my entire face. It make my skin glows and seems to really like this stuff - calm and glowing. If it keeps working like this - I have found my holy grail moisturizer!!!! LOVE THIS STUFF! Just wish it came with an essential oil dropper top - or a pump.

Blush -Bobbi Brown - Pot Rouge for Lips and Cheeks in Summer Tan

I love this blush. It give that very natural look as if I caught a little sun. Blends seamlessly with my skin - In fact much better than Stila's Convertible Color. It is the most natural creme blush/rouge I have ever used. I love this stuff!!!! Bobbi Brown has the Best Colors - I only wish her cosmetics were more fliptops with mirrors. Update: The MA told me to press down hard on the product to break the protective wax seal. My cheeks started breaking out right where I wear this blush. I am sad now, because I really liked it.

Blush -Aveda - Petal Essence Cheek Tint - Oleander

Love this. Imparts a rosy, child-like glow! I was using sheer rhubarb lip color as a blush...then Aveda came out with this. I love it because it lasts longer than the lipstick, since it is less creamy. It is sheer, which I love because you get that lit-within look instead of this color apparantly sitting on top of your skin. I love the lavender, too - very calming. My new holy grail blush!!! Thanks AVEDA!

Cleansers -EO - 1 Clean- Virgin Coconut Milk

This product is made with virgin coconut oil. It smells great, is gentle and removes mascara. It leave my skin cleansed a fresh feeling, but not tight! I have pretty normal skin with a slight tendency to breakout here and there, but my skin is happy with this product. The packaging boasts that is has 10 times the antioxidants than what is provided in comparable products. I use the white tea and rose moisturizer, too. So far I think they are pretty spectacular and I love the price point, too. The cleanser was around $10 USD. The Moisturizer is around $16. I purchased at Whole Foods, but this is also available at www.eoproducts.com.

Lotions/ Creams -Burt's Bees - Shea Butter Hand Repair Creme

I love this hand creme. I picked it up at Borders bookstore and bought two for Christmas gifts. This creme is very rish and protective, yet I can still continue working without this feeling that I am leaving grease everywhere. I love the ingredients.. the smell is not that great, but it is much better than a chemical perfume scent and it really works.

Cleansers -Dr. Hauschka - Cleansing Cream

I achieve the best cleansing results with this product when I follow the directions, but apply it to a dry face. I leave it on for a couple of minutes after the shower while I am applying body lotion, etc. It acts like a gentle mask that amazingly keeps my pores clean without drying out my face.

I got a sample of this... and it really does help get rid of acne scars. If you are going to buy a lot of Hauschka products... you can get everything for almost half-price at www.bce-europe.com. However, you will pay $20 shipping. This mask is not drying or overly rich and it amazingly calms those occasional breakouts and brings your skin closer to bliss.

Lipstick -Aveda - Sheer Rhubarb

This is a sheer rose color. I think it very close to the Sheer Pomelo - which they categorize in spice. I love this color and I use it as my creme blush. It doesn't have lanolin in it like most lipsticks, so it is a dual purpose - lip color and cheek color. It also give great color and doesn't dry my lips out! LOVE AVEDA LIP COLOR!!!

Eyeliner -Aveda - Eyeliner

I have the Sepia. It is a light greyish brown. I use it for my brow and as a subtle eyeliner. I love the color. I have owned the Cacao, too... that color seemed to be much smoother...maybe they sell faster? This does tug on my lids a little. However, I love using something natural so I will keep using it and the color is very natural. I like using one product for two things!
