My HG face lotion. Most face lotions cause breakouts for me, not this one. It smells sweet and citrus, I love it's scent. It is non greasy and absorbs quickly. It's also inexpensive. I really love it and have repurchased several times. The only con is there is no SPF. I don't know what all of these other reviewers are talking about, this lotion isn't stinky at all. it smells like sweet oranges and is a fairly light scent. It's not floral at all. Maybe it varies in batches, but I have repurchased 3 times and have never gotten an over powering stinky smelling lotion.

I love this stuff. Have repurchased several times. Works great to repair and protect my long fine hair. After I put it in my damp hair it is easy to comb through with a wide tooth comb and when it dries it is soft. not heavy or greasy. no strong smell.

Lip Treatments -Burt's Bees - Beeswax Lip Balm

I've been using this since I was probably 10, or many even younger. My Grandmother loved it, so she is the one who started my affection with it. I remember her putting it on my lips when we'd go out to places like the Zoo or Balboa Park, to protect my little kid lips from the sun. It has a cool tingle and a minty flavor. it moisturizes like very few other balms on the market claim to do but don't. If you don't like mint, or things that tingle like plumping lipglosses, you wont like this. But I love it, always have, always will, because it WORKS. Put a thicker layer on before you go to bed, you wake up with super moist happy lips. Are your lips burning and stinging from being chapped, like , say, after you've gone snowboarding or hiking or going riding in the desert? This stuff will heal and soothe them right away. Burt Bees Lip Balm is great!

Polishes -OPI - So Many Clowns...So Little Time

So Many Clowns So Little time is lighter and sheerer than Step Right up. It's also less pink, but still in the pink family. It is a milky off white with a hint of pale pink. This color is a great basic color you could wear anywhere, really. Although I may have once thought this color was boring, I now think it's chic and classic, understated yet classy and polished... that goes for pretty much every color in the Femme De Cirque collection with the exception of the topcoat, although it is such a subtle glitter that it's almost unnoticeable unless you look very hard.

Eye Shadow -L.A. Colors - 12 palette e/s in traditional

The colors are okay, usable in a pinch I guess. I got this because it was recommended by a guru on YT. I think it would be nice if you were on a really tight budget, it has good neutrals that you could use to pull of everyday natural looks. I just can't stand the strong perfume scent and powdery chalky texture. it requires too much effort for me to get it blended because of my hooded slightly older eyelids. Having used some of the higher end brands, I think I might have spoiled myself with their smooth silky blending and impeccable staying power. Once again, I have to mention the strong perfume smell, medicated smelling almost. I don't like to smell my face, especially if I don't like the smell. I ended up taking all of the shadows out of this pallet and turning it into a lipstick palette, I even decorated the lid... I use it much more now that it holds lipstick. :)

Polishes -OPI - Step Right Up!

Step Right Up is a jelly-ish super light pink. There is no shimmer in this color. It's similar to Bubble Bath, but more opaque and a tad lighter (of course I'm talking about the new Bubble Bath, not the old lighter version) This polish has a very nice consistency and looks good when it is a bit sheerer or layered for a more opaque look. I really really like this color, it is soft, feminine and clean looking.

Lip Treatments -eos - Smooth Sphere Organic Lip Balm in Honeysuckle Honeydew

I was expecting a really great lip balm after seeing so many people who claimed to love this stuff. Frankly, I don't see why they like it so much. The only thing I am really loving about this is it's packaging, which is new a fun and makes application easy and interesting. The product you are applying to your lips, however is less than awesome. I switched from Nivea and Burts Bees to this and my lips got dryer and more chapped. It only lasts for about 10 minutes once applied. It isn't very moisturizing or healing at all. It's a sub par lip balm. Doesn't work well at all. I would recommend so many other balms first before this one because it just isn't that good at all.

Styling Products -Beyond The Zone - Super Sexy Styling Sauce

Every time I use this I have a good hair day. I've used it on wet hair, before blow drying for texture, I've used it to rough up dry wavy hair for a messy bed head look... no matter how I use it, it WORKS. I don't know if that's the case for every hair type, but for mine this is a HG product. I'm so glad I discovered it. My hair is to my bra strap, natural dark blond, thin but thick ( lots of thin hair), it's prone to getting greasy from most styling products even if I use only very little, refuses to hold a curl, but is not stick straight ( it will hold curls the form by wet setting though)... so yeah, this stuff works on my hair type like a dream. Constructive criticism: The packaging is tacky, the name is also sorta tacky (however fitting because that's how you feel when you have a good hair day, right? :)The smell isn't awful, but it's not wonderful either. Some of the Beyond the Zone products smell really good, this one not so much. that's all folks.

Mascara -Maybelline - Volum' Express The Falsies Waterproof Mascara

This is not my favorite mascara of all time, nor is it my least favorite. It has some things going for it. For example, It is very black. Blacker than most of my other mascaras. It has a nice finish too, not too matte when it dries. The waterproof formula is really waterproof (which is the only one I have tried and would recommend). You really have to rub your eyes pretty hard to get a smudge. No flaking for a really long time, too. The brush is alright. I think I kinda like it, but it takes some getting used to. I didn't like how goopy it was. I also had a little trouble removing it. It does come off with oil though. When you apply it to your lashes, it can get clumpy and spider leg-y really easily. But it looks nice if you comb through your lashes after applying. It builds easily. I would repurchase it if there weren't so many other mascaras to try.

I got all excited at the packaging and colors of these hard candy mascaras, so I picked up 3 colors. Boy was I disappointed. The fibers in this product are huge! and pokey. I actually got on in my eye and it hurt very badly. The colors are pretty, but not worth it because of how many stupid little hairs are in this stuff. real disappointment Hard Candy. Toners -Formula 10.0.6 - So Totally Clean Everyday Cleanser

This is a product I have repurchased because it does what it says it does. It smells really nice, like jasmine or something like that ( a sweet floral). It really cleans down into the pores well. It hasn't cause me any breakouts or adverse reactions like itching, burning or rashes. It's mild and gentle, yet strong enough to actually get the job done. It's a very nice product.

Moisturizers -Alba Botanica - Sea Plus Renewal Night Cream

This is a really really nice cream. I used it all up. It is super thick and creamy and feels so nourishing on your skin. Really nice for after a facial steam. I read a review below that said it stinks. I disagree. I found myself really liking the scent of this cream. I used it mostly at night before bed and I found the scent to be very soothing and calming. It smells almost earthy, I think it's all the seaweed and algae in it, because it almost smells like the beach. Not fake beach, but really natural smelling. I really enjoyed using this as a gentle eye makeup remover as well. Also as an eye moisturizer before undereye concealer. All around, a great buy and I plan on repurchasing again soon.

Overall, i really like this product. It definitely works and does what it says it will do. My skin cleared up from a bad breakout with the help of this product. I got a travel size from Sephora and loved it so much that after it was gone I ordered the full size. I couldn't believe I had found a toner type product for acne that didn't over dry my sensitive skin and cause a bad reaction. Most of the other product on the market tend to not really help very much. This product delivers results. I even felt and saw a difference after the first use. It calmed my skin, reduced redness and soreness, and after a few days my breakout had subsided and I was on my way to good skin days. The pros: It is cooling and refreshing. I deep cleans pores. After continued use, my breakouts began to clear up. If my breakout was painful or itchy, after using this it would sooth the irritation and make it feel better. The packaging is really high quality. The cons: More packaging than product. It has a bit of a medicinal smell. It's way too expensive.
