Lipstick -L'Oreal - Color Juice Stick - Post Modern Pink
ADH83 4/7/2007 2:53:00 PM
wow, the reviewer below read my mind!! I was gonna post this last night and I got tired. I love this color and I have two of them since I think that they are LE. This is a beautiful natural pink, the reviewer below really hit the nail on the head with her description. I think that this color would look good on anyone, I have caramel colored African American skin tone and it looks great, it really looks beautiful with a smokey eye and the teal eyeshadows that it was displayed with, it is moisturizing and it smells like a fruity airhead candy or something.
This is the color that I have had in my imagination come to fruition! In case you can't tell I LOVE THIS E/S!! When you first look at it, the color in the pan is a warm golden peach with pink and gold and burgandy glitter flecks on the top of it. It looks crazy, well really a mess. But you have to swirl the color around in the pan with your finger or a brush and it turns into this warm apricot/gold bronzey color with multi-color sparkle, but the sparkle is not over the top it is just beautiful and sheeny, and it brightens and casts a really beautiful glow on your eyes. This color is pretty universal it would look pretty on any complexion, and I highly recommend giving this a try! The pan is generous and the packaging could be a little better. Regular flip top E/S pan, but it is slim and portable.
LOVES IT!!! I have the Capuccino and the Caramel Latte and they are the most awesome MLBB shades that one could possible find under $2.50!!! They are a little greasy and slippery feeling, but I can live with that cause they are very moisturizing and they have great ingredients in there (a lot of oils and stuff). They make my lips feel soft and as with most gloss you have to reapply often, but I dont mind cause they smell so good and they feel nice. I will buy one in every flavor. I already have 2 of the Capuccino!
Crap, pure unadulterated crap, I got this a few weeks ago and I threw it out the 2nd day that I had it. It does nothing, and it smears. The Blackest Black is dark but that it is the only redeeming quality. This is horrid stuff and I would not wish it on my worst enemy.
Eye Shadow -Rimmel - Rimmel Underground-Stir It Up Eyeshadow in No Way
ADH83 2/27/2007 8:21:00 PM
This is truly the perfect shadow to rock with pale lips. It is a creamy smooth gunmetal gray color with a lot of dimension. The pan looks like black, white and gray confetti with silver sparkles on top. It is a very creamy consistency and easily blendable. I use it mainly as an eyeliner and rock it with my Volume Exact CG mascara, and it is the ultimate rocker chick look. This shadow feels and looks more expensive than it really is and I recommend it to anyone. It is highly pigmented and a little goes a long way. Only complaint that is when you first get it, the top is oversprayed with glitter and it can get messy sometimes, the glitter will fall everywhere, so start blending it in when you first get it to avoid all of that mess. The pan is generous and it runs about 6.00 USD and I would repurchase if I run out.
Eye Shadow -Rimmel - Rimmel Underground-Stir It Up Eyeshadow in Whatever

Okay, you all want pigment ?? Cause Rimmel Underground is giving some major pigment in this e/s. It is a very creamy shadow and it looks like cream, red, pink, and brown confetti with some gold glitter thrown in the mix. While it does look a mess in the pan, it looks really beautiful on the eyes. The color it gives is almost like hot pink with red mixed together, not really a color I have ever seen before, it is very unique. It is a dimensional color and when you look at it in the light you can really see all of the different colors that it's composed of. It is so pigmented that a little goes a very long way and the pan that it comes in is VERY generous 0.14OZ round flat compact with the logo on the top. I did take a lippie off cause when you first get it,the top layer of the shadow is textured to show all of the different colors and it is messy and the top is oversprayed with glitter and it gets everywhere. I like it and I would rebuy again, Oh it was 5.99 at my local Meijers.
Eye Shadow -Maybelline - Dream Mousse in Black Spice

I read the review below and ran out and got this, and the reviewer below is right, the color is awesome because of the multi-color sparkles. I do like the texture also. I used it with a cream shadow brush and it looked really good. But it does crease and with it being that mousse texture it can be difficult to judge how much product you are working with on the brush, that may take some getting used to, so a little really does go a very long way. it does a mean smokey eye and lokked great with my Rimmel Magnifier mascara, my eyes looked great and the sparkles added a special touch. I would like this product more if the packaging was less bulky, so I could take it with me for touchups.
Since I have been thumbing through the mags and I can see that one of the color du jours is purple I snapped this up as soon as I saw it at my local Kmart. This color is ASTOUNDING!! It looks like an electric purple in the tube with fine purple shimmer. It looks almost like a purple with a blue tint to it. It looks very bold in the tube, but when you put it on it is the most flattering beautiful berry purple shade that I can see looking good on anyone. The color is amazingly sexy and would look hot with a simple black eyeliner, even my boyfriend liked it!! It is very thick and glides on smooth and it has average gloss staying power, and it of course has that delightful graham cracker smell. I would highly suggest this to any lady looking for a sexy smoldering gloss, I thinks that this color is LE so hurry hurry!!
I got this today at Kmart, and ladies this gloss is really rockin my world right now!! It is a light purple/lavender shade with fine silver glitter that does not appear on the lips, the color is almost a milky lavender, it is really beautiful! Being an AA woman with caramel skin tone, I usually stay away from purple shades, but this looks awesome on me!! I really like that graham cracker smell also, it is shiny and it has average lasting power for a gloss, it is more of a summer color, but I love it so much Im wearing it now!!
I have this in Naughty Nude, and the color is awesome, that perfect nude MLBB shade!, it is a bit matte though (which someone may not like) and when you first look at this lipstick in the packaging you would thinks that it is very sparkly, but it is not at all, it is severely oversprayed!!! so warning to all those shimmer lovers out there, dont fall for it!!, the packaging is really pretty, but if you are the type of person who likes to tote their makeup around with them then you will not like it! The tube is very culky (the should have put a mirror on the bottom of it). Unlike the reviewer below, I did not smell anything at all, in face it is the only lipstick I have that in my opinion is unscented, so that earned it a lippie. Overall it is OK if you want to try something from the line (for the love of GOD do NOT try that swirly gloss!! read my review on the Taupe-less gloss) but it is overpriced, so only would get it on sale !!
Fragrances -Unlisted Brand - Thats So Raven cologne
ADH83 1/8/2007 8:52:00 PM
Okay seriously, this smells so good that I had to buy 2 bottles, no really, 2. I have some really nice perfume (Betsey Johnson, Juicy, Bond #9, Baby Phat, Clean, Creed, etc) and I wear this and people fall down to compliment me on it. This smells like Pink Sugar with strawberries, very sweet but not cloying, and it lasts all day on me !1
Lips -Neutrogena - MoistureShine tinted lip balm in #50 Natural
ADH83 1/4/2007 3:53:00 PM
This is the most pigmented "tinted" balm that I have ever tried. I have the MoistureShine gloss in CHIC, which is a really natural color, so i got this so I would stop using all my gloss, I figured it would just be like MLBB, ya know a little oomph or something. But when I slicked it on, WHOA! It is almost more pigmented than the actual gloss!! And I LOVE IT!! I can just slick it on and it will give me that great nude look without having to pull out the gloss and look in the mirror, and it is shiny and slippery. It even leaves a little color after it is gone. If you like the color CHIC you will love this too.
Lip Gloss -Neutrogena - Moistureshine Lipgloss in Chic
ADH83 1/4/2007 3:46:00 PM
The perfect lipgloss, for anyone, any shade. This is that "My Lips But Better" shade that I have been eternally searching for. I put it on with everything; jeans, dresses, heels, whatever cause it is that VERSATILE!! The color is this perfect pinky brown shade that is shiny but now like lipglass fake shiny, sexy moisturized shiny. I wear this with a dark brown smoky eye at night to sex it up a little, and it has no shimmer. It really is a great gloss, I paid about $8.00 for it, but that is a small price for perfection!
I like this as a hand cream it does an effective job, considering the cold Michigan winters, even when I come from outside my hands are still supple. But I did have to take a lippie off for the smell, to me it smells like cheap hairgrease. I like that it is not sticky and it sinks in fast. Got a travel sized one for 0.99 at Target.
Lip Gloss -mark - Glow Baby Glow Hook-Up Lip Gloss - Pink Crush
ADH83 12/24/2006 11:42:00 AM
I am not impressed, this gloss is freakin sparkly clear, if I wanted that, I would have got a Lip Smacker for a few bucks cheaper. I do like the smell and the consistency but I will stick with the more pigmented ones like Player and Sizzle. Update: Well the reviewer above me must have expensive Smackers in her area, cause here darling they are about $1.50 and that is cheaper than $5.00, and this gloss still is blah, they say that it has a color (pink) and it does not!! at least not on anyone whose lips have some pigment.
