Lipstick -Revlon - Colorburst in Fuschia

I did a general review of the line previously but not for this shade in particular. Ugh! I love this shade it is perfect not too bright like one might think a lipcolor in a fuchsia could be. The shade is wearable and is a perfect substitute for that pin-up red color if you want to venture in a non-traditional shade typical of a pin-up look. The upper color code indicates accurately the shade you will get in the tube. In addition is far more cheaper than mid-range lippies with the same shade. My only con is that sometimes the price of this lippie can be an off but is not enough to force to remove a lippie from this review. Also the shade coming from a drugstore brand makes worthy of if its own place among the lipstick in this shade among other lipsticks of higher brands. It has its own category plus I managed to only retouch it after 3hrs of wearing it, just to keep the color intense. Even without a retouch the color still goes strong by the hour not like it did originally but more like a lipstain.

Fragrances -Christian Dior - j'adore

I got this fragrance for my undergraduate graduation. You something to remember the day and what a better way to remember a day with a fragrance like J'adore. Smells feminine and luxe. What I do not like of this fragrance is the staying power of it. Is has a good punch of floral notes like rose, orchid and Champaca Flowers with a Mandarin touch. As the hours pass it dries softer and softer leaving the skin with some slight floral notes bathed in what it seems to be champagne scent. Edit: I like the scent but I do not think is worth the money if it does not have a good staying power on my skin. I use this fragrance during special occasions because on how it stays in my skin. And I tried to use during nightime.

Fragrances -Lolita Lempicka - Forbidden Flower/Fleur Defendue

I got this by accident. I told the seller I wanted the other Lolita Lempicka and she gave me this. I did not mind to return it since is a bit familiar to the other one but this one had more floral notes than the other one that has some floral woodsy notes. The staying power it last around 5 to 6 hours on my skin. At first when you spray it is strong but then as it dries out it soft cherry almond musk scent. Will I buy it maybe if I can not find the original one. Funny is almost the same perfume but with more floral notes with almost the same bottle the only difference like I said is the green color in the bottle with more floral notes. I admit I use this fragrance a lot when I am bore out of my season fragrance. Also is my transitional summer fragrance. Is a nice summer gourmand fragrance. Which is good if you follow up the next season with a sweet woodsy floral gourmand fragrance like Lolita Lempicka.

Lotions/ Creams -Victoria's Secret - Amber Romance Body Lotion

This is one of my favorites from the Victoriria Secret Garden Collection: I have been using it more time than Vanilla Scent. I have tried other scents from this collection but this one is my staple lotion scent. I feel spoil every time I put this lotion in my legs and arms. It doubles in my case as a fragrance which is good. It moisturize the skin does not let it feel stick or greasy. Is softly scent but this scent can carry on your skin for a bit more than an hour. So if you layer it with the gel, body splash and edt you are set for at least a good 4 hours. It has some vanilla and musk touches in this lotion.

Gels/Soaps -St. Ives - Oatmeal and Shea Butter Body Wash

I am loving this body wash. Is way better in terms of scent than it Soy Milk and Lotus. It not heavily scented neither after you wash with does not even leave a hint of scent. Does not dry my skin and it cleanses very well. Will recommended to anyone if they are searching for a cheap body wash.

Gels/Soaps -St. Ives - Soy Milk and Lotus Blossom Moisturizing Body Wash

I have been using this body wash for about 6 months. In comparison to other cheap brands like Rain or Soap Dial it does not dry my skin out. My skin after cleansing usually with other body washes turns a bit dry sometimes with dry patches. With this body-wash it does not turn my skin dry. I have to admit it is very fragrant but once you are done bathing and dressing all you have is a soft scent on your skin.Will I recommended only if you looking for a decent scented body wash that is cheap.

Scrubs -St. Ives - Apricot Scrub Blemish and Blackhead Control

Where can I begin with this scrub? I have been using this scrub since as long as I can remember well to be honest since age 12. I committed an infidelity with Clinique's 7 day scrub but only when back to this scrub because of the effectiveness plus the price. If I recall correctly St. Ives has reformulated already the formula 3 times. The first two in my opinion the apricot seeds were harsher. Now with the new reformulation the apricot seed are less harsh and yet do the work with a milder cream as a companion for the seeds in the packaging. Regardless if people will continue on in purchasing this because is for less, well folks if you have oily skin and home ingredients in which you can make your own personal scrub for way more cheaper than this product, yet still maintain a level of loyalty of customers like me. Is because the product indeed works Did I need to mention not only is a mass fave but also some mainstream magazine like Glamour, Latina, Allure and Marie Claire will not put the question mark for best scrubber that is available in the mark... that is because it is.

Liquid -Revlon - PhotoReady Makeup

I used this foundation on a daily basis on a oily skin. I used as a light foundation were a tinted moisturizer is not enough, nor I am in the mood to blot my MUF powder foundation or get a heavier foundation. It covers the redness in my cheeks. I admit that this foundation has a lot of shimmer is not noticeable until you zoom in with a mirror. But it can be manage with a matte translucent powder to help in easing the shimmer. Edit review: I wanted to like this foundation but I could not. It made me break out heavily after each use. If I build-up the cover it some how make me look like I was wearing a mask plus the it look kind of funny. There is no shade for me not even if I mix the shade number 4 or 5 it turns out weird. I guess I will continue on the search for the perfect liquid foundation.

Shampoo -TRESemme - Naturals Nourishing Moisture Shampoo

I used this shampoo for quite sometime. Is not the best but neither is the worst. It does not dry out my curly dry hair and it cleanses very well. I only use this shampoo for cleansing if I want moisturizing and nourishing stuff I get mask or a conditioner. I only buy it when is on sale at my local pharmacy. And if I will but it again well is the only brand that is accessible for me that does not test on animals at the drugstore.

Eye Primer -Urban Decay - Eyeshadow Primer Potion - Original (UDPP)

I was hesitant in buying this primer mainly because of the pice and the longevity that it has in my make-up case. I normally discard creams and mascaras within a year or less depending on the texture and smell. Pros: Does what it says Aids bright colors pop even more Eyeshadow stays longer and does not crease The eyeshadow colors goes on in true shade e.g you have a neon pink this is the primer you should get if you want that neon pink to pop! You only need a bit of if to make it work. Cons: Price and size Longevity of the product

Lipstick -MAC - Pink Plaid

This natural dirty pink shade with blue undertones is perfect for that natural lip color look for us people with light to medium complexions with beige undertones and/ or pink undertones. It matches my lip color but the only difference is two to one shade lighter than my actual color. Is perfect to pair with natural make-up look, smokey and even for a fresh look for those I am late moments. Did I forget the sweet vanilla like scent from the lipstick? Is a delight to pass it on my lips. I admit this is my very first MAC lipstick and I love it. In addition to that if you have some sort of yellow teeth the blue undertones helps to disguise them a bit. I will definitely buy it. As for recommend it to other well it all depends on the pigmentation of your skin but for me is a staple. One last thing as it occurs with matte lipstick you must have your lips in good condition. But unlike other matte lipsticks I've tried they do feel awkward as I apply this lip color shade.

Eyeliner -MAC - Liquidlast Liner - Point Black

I love how this liquidliner stays on, is a true waterproof eyeliner and glides smoothly. My only con is the price almost $15 for something that I have to toss away after 3 months since I am hygiene freak I will toss it automatically. Will I be buying it well if I find it under $10 with shipping included yes or when I find a real job that pays me well.

Lipstick -Revlon - Colorburst Lipstick

Is been over a month after I got my very first two lipsticks from this line. I am not fond of lipsticks but these lippies have force me to reconsider about my options for coloring my lips . My first tried was with Soft Nude. It was my very first nude shade I was a bit scare and crossing my fingers I would not regret my purchase. I was afraid it will make me wash out and make my lips feel as if they have been scrape with sand and enhanced the worst from them. Nope it was totally the opposite. I felt my lips moisture, burst in color and glossy enough to not reach for a lipgloss to compliment the feeling of moisture and hide the imperfections.Later that week I went again and got myself two more shades from this line. I got Fuchsia and Coral. Fuchsia nowadays is the shade I am using the most. It helps me revive my face with a burst of color and who says that I need to pimp up my eyes and wear blush when I am wearing this shade. In my opinion is a good shade depending on your skin color an acceptable bright electric pink for work, specially on those days that you feel you do not want to put on the best of your eyes and do an entire routine of make up. With this shade you just feel like putting on the foundation or the tinted moisturizer and dab a bit of tis shade on your lips and voila ready to go on the route for your daily routine with a op of color. Also with the passing of the hours is up to you if you want to re-apply it but for me I like the lipstain that these lipshade leaves on my lips still bright but not as as bright bright as it was on when you apply it. With the Coral shade. It does not look as a bright orange on my lips it kinda looks like a red orange if I build it up. I am looking for the occasion to wear it or when I fall out out of love of the Fuchsia shade which i doubt will not be any time soon. And recently I got the Carnation shade. I wanted this shade to be my second yet it was actually my fourth from this line. At first I was not impressed with the shade I thought oh God another blah pink and it looks a bit more brighter pink than my actual lips if I dab it only once over my lips. Then I build it a bit more and I got this pretty pink shade over my lips that is decent enough to go along with a neutral color make-up color or that lip shade that you go to when you want to put in a bit of a tiny bit of color on your face. Also is a soft-bright pink work- friendly shade. Did I mention this shade is the adult version of a girly pink? Also I think I found the lipstick version and with more color than my Avon's Glazewear in Tickled Pink. Did I mention it sort makes my teeth appear a little bit more of a lighter shade.:-) I think I will be getting when my pocket will allowed me the shades of Hazelnut, Baby Pink and True Red ( to compliment my matte red hot from Clinique) Pros - It glides very smoothly wait a second am I wearing a lipstick? And they stay a bit longer than some lipglosses. - Buildable cover, but with two coats you already get the full coverage. One coat gives you some color but not sheery. - Good and sturdy packaging - Has nothing to envy to the lipglosses( in fact they feel more moisturizing than some lipgloss brands that I tried) or the high end brands. FYI just because it feels like is moisturizing it does not substitute the lip balm neither daily hydration aka water the main moisturizer for the body. Cons - Price errr $ 8.99 bucks per lipstick. Even with a bogo of get one half-off is still expensive from what I am willing to pay but then again I got already 4 lipsticks from this line. Three with a bogo purchase and one with a cvs coupon. Just wait until they are in offer and hopefully there will be a price drop in this line. - Mind the pressure when applying. It already glides smoothly like butter on a crisp hot pancake! So you get the idea and place it somewhere where the sun or heat will affect it.

Liquid -Maybelline - Mineral Power Natural Perfecting Foundation ] ] [DISCONTINUED]

I will give it 2.5 lippies . This foundation is a bit watery so if you are not careful it can be a bit messy. Is a very good light foundation.The finish is quite sheer as the hours go through but what do you expect for something this cheap. Also this foundation actually matches my skin tone unlike others I've tried. Yet I will still prefer my tinted moisturizer over this. Will I recommended yes if you are not fond of tinted moisturizers.
