I found that this mascara aged very quickly. I liked it for a week. After that, all the little fibers fell into my eyes all day long. Didn't like, wouldn't repurchase.

Mascara -Rimmel - Extra Super Lash mascara

I'm liking this mascara very much. I bought it on a whim in black/brown. I prefer a more natural looking color and this performs perfect. It lengthens and adds volume without clumping or flaking. It lasts all day and washes off with my cleanser no problem. I think this is a great find and an unbeatable price.

Foundations -L'Oreal - Visible Lift Line Minimizing Makeup

I'm 28 years old with combo skin in the t-zone area. I have a pale pink complexion. The color pale is a great match for my skintone. Alone, this foundation can be quite heavy. I have found that a blob mixed with moisturizer works fantastic.

Moisturizers -Eucerin - Daily Control & Care Moisturizer

Price was ok. Packaging was really great. I really wanted to like this. The wash is working out great. This lotion broke me out almost as bad as mario badescu products. I had many many small surface red bumps and my face looked dull and waxy. I stopped using, switched to kiss my face obsessivly organic scrub, ester c and underage lotion (amazing smell!) and everything is going well. I've stopped breaking out and my skin is soft and smooth and alive again but it'll take a couple of weeks for the red marks to go away :(

This is an amazing product. It holds great without being sticky. It provides shine and movement while providing great control. It is very expensive but a little goes a looong way.

This is my all time favorite shampoo. It smells amazing and is very gentle. I color my hair frequently and this shampoo makes my hair smooth and soft.

Cleansers -Dove - Essential Nutrients Cleansing Pillows

These give me mixed feelings. On the one hand, I love how they make my skin look and feel. My face is soft and fresh looking. I like the duel textures. I think twice a day is a bit much for my skin so I use them at night before my rich moisturizer. The packaging is a bit clunky and the pillow is a bit uncomfortable but you get used to it. The trick is to hold it lightly and very gently rub over your face. It is less likely to become misshapen and slip from your hand. It is a bit pricey but using them once a day, it'll last a month so thats fine. I think the only difference between these and a buff puff is the disposability. A hygiene factor when you think of all the dead cells sloughed off in your buff puff every time you use it....other than that, unless I break out in the weeks to come, I'll continue to buy these.

Cleansers -Alpha Hydrox - Foaming Face Wash

I've been experimenting with products for around 15 years. I've tried sooo many facial cleansers. Some I've liked and some I've disliked. I've gone back to alpha hydrox for at least 8 years. It is gentle and effective. Doesn't leave my skin tight or dry. I'll continue to buy alpha hydrox indefinitly.

Moisturizers -Dr. Hauschka - Moisturizing Day Cream

I've tried countless products literally from A to Z and this is a definite keeper. I've been using this product for around 6 weeks. It is lightweight but does a great job moisturizing. My skin feels like velvet. My skin tone is more even and my pores seem to look smaller. It works like a dream under makeup. Priced around 20 bucks an ounce it's up there but there are much more expensive products that I wouldn't even use as foot cream. A jar lasts for quite a while, six to eight weeks. I will absolutly buy this again and again!!!

Styling Products -John Frieda - Sheer Blonde Highlighting Balm

I've been using this balm for almost 3 years. Sometimes my hair is blonde, sometimes it red, brown or black....I've used it through every color and hairstyle. You need to use a small amount, rub rub rub it in your hands and between your fingers and gently rake your fingers through your hair. You can use it on spots you want to texturize and chunk also. It smooths fly aways, adds shine and eliminates that fried look all while keeping hair soft and managable. The packaging is terrific. You can get every last glop. It's a steal and I hope they never stop making it!!

Powder -Bare Escentuals - Bare Minerals #1

This is hands down, the best foundation I have ever tried. Once you get the application down, it is such a bargain. I tried 1.2 but is was just a tad too dark for my very very pale skin. It evens out my skin and can even be used to very effectivly spot conceal. It gives my face a nice glow. I actually get compliments on how great my skin looks!! I don't normally like foundation but this is an exception!! I'll definitly keep buying this.

Cleansers -Aveeno - Moisturizing Bar

This is my new favorite winter cleaner. I normally use Alpha Hydrox foaming cleanser. I love alpha hydrox but I needed some extra moisture this winter. I've tried the moisturizing bar and the balancing bar and love them equally. The bar is very solid and lasts quite a while. The lather is so rich and creamy. It removes all my makeup including waterproof mascara. It feels like it is gently exfoliating. It rinses away easily and my skin feels soooo soft and not dry and tight after I wash. I was skeptical at first becuase it's under 3$ but I'm very glad I gave it a shot. I figured it was a win win situation for 3$. I look forward to washing my face with this bar.

Fragrances -Caswell-Massey - Lilac Signature Scent

The is such a great, fresh, clean fragrance. Perfect for spring and summer. It is unmistakably lilac. You get a great bang for your buck at 20$ for 1.7 oz. The bottle is very attractive with and etched lilac bouquet and a nice goldtoned cap. The spray is a nice fine mist. The cap is lined with plastic which helps reduce that metal scratch friction caused by opening and closing some perfumes. Great smell, long wearing. It's a keeper.

Fragrances -Cacharel - Anais Anais

This is one of my favorite smells. I've been wearing it for 11 years. I first discovered it at Ames department store. I bought one of the imposter fragrances. I had never heard of Anais Anais before and I loved the imitation so much I bought the real deal. It has a great floral smell but there is also a distinct leather smell about it too. It's beautiful.

Moisturizers -Aveda - Tourmaline Charged Hydrating Creme

This cream was very thick and not easily spread on your face. It has a tingling sensation once on your skin. Don't get it too close to your eyeballs though, it stings bad. It is expensive and doesn't last too long. It is thick and greasy. It made me break out and I don't have sensitive skin. I stopped using it and switched to Dr. Hauschka day lotion. My skin did a 180 in a matter of days.
