I adore this foundation, it's tough to find foundations for olive skin tones and my D30 works pretty well, especially for all the yellow in my skin. I'm still going to try to find a shade with more olive undertones, but for now this is fine. I was going to get a liquid foundation, but the Sephora SA recommended this for the buildable coverage and the oil control. I put this on and within 20 minutes my face is oily. It doesn't cover my freckles which is great, but doesn't completely cover breakouts either. Thats not okay. I like full coverage. Either way, since wearing this i've gotten more compliments on my skin, I still look glowy and it hasn't made me breakout. Will repurchase!
Bummmer, I really wanted to like this blush, I tried so hard to make it work but it never looks slightly good on me. Even applying it with a light hand and blending, it still looks orange and flat! I think this would look great on darker warm skintones, but on my cool medium olive skintone it just looks...off. It is a beautiful blush but I will not repurchase. My search for the perfect peachy blush continues = /
Okay, first off everyone should know that I'm super picky about my foundations. I change them alot, and my tastes change. I never really used to have any acne, but for a while back I was breaking out pretty bad. Usually I like the dewy look of tinted foundations, but it looked awful and drew more attention to zits. I was pretty surprised about this stuff PROS: -I noticed that after about an hour, it hadn't worn off but looked kinda dewy on my skin! -Excellent coverage! -Not drying (at least on my combo skin) try putting on lotion or philosophy's the present! -lasts pretty long (on face, and the jar) -not all the colors are perfect but at one point found one with yellowish tones (the medium 2.5 I think) that looked more like my skin tone than alot of other brands. CONS: -the little jar is not very hygienic -a bit more difficult to blend if you don't use enough well my acne has cleared up significantly, but I plan to continue using this, probably go back to tinted when it gets hotter and for daytime. But I'll still use this for night.

I LOVE this pencil! I'll probably use it for the rest of my life PROS: -It goes on super super smooth -the color is absolutely gorgeous -brings out every eye color -looks good on every skin tone CONS: -Expensive (but it lasts a good while!) Beautiful in the V of your inner eye around black eye liner actually it looks fabulous all over = )
I absolutely despise this mascara! I'd have better luck putting mud on my lashes. PROS: -My black was really black CONS: -My lashes stuck together really bad. I used a bit of chapstick, and a lash brush and no luck. - got spiders? -flakey -This is the worst. I couldn't get it off my lashes for the life on me. I used everything, eye makeup remover oil, Vaseline, I washed with cleanser twice, tried picking it off, used face wash cloths, even astringent! I lost so many lashes, and it took two days to wear off. Thats not healthy! I gave this to my friend who adores it. She obviously hasn't tried anything remotely better. There are cheaper mascaras that are 100 times better.
I've tried countless mascaras. I swear every brand from Nordstrom's to Sephora to rite aid! I tend to switch alot when they stop working as well or I want something better, I'm always looking! I went off to look for a mascara with volume, because i have length. One that wasn't spidery, heavy and stiff. I loved this stuff! PROS: -it hardly flaked for me at least (and I put like three coats!) -it was light, and my lashes are soft -one coat does a good job -thick and natural looking, perfect for every day wear -dried fairly quick which is nice, b/c my mascaras always smear on my upper lid. -PRICE! CONS: -wheres the waterproof? I live in the northwest, rain gets in my eyes! And it would be nice for summer. -may not be as fake looking as some would like (but you could build it up or put another mascara over it) Try it! 1 lippie off for not being in waterproof
