Lip Gloss -Revlon - Super Lustrous - Pink Afterglow 020

Every once in a while when I need a quick fix I head to the drugstore to see what's new in the low end world of cosmetics. This gloss quickly caught my eye. I hesitated because I don't really like Revlon but for $4 what the heck.. WOW!!! So happy I got this. I have tried many glosses low end to high end but I really like this formula and especially this shade. This is a beautiful shiny shimmery pink gloss. Not too sticky. High shine.. No funky scent... Doesn't dry my lips. I'm going back for more tomorrow on my lunch break...
Lip Gloss -Delux Beauty - Jasper Lipgloss [DISCONTINUED]

I have very pigmented lips so most pinks turn too bright or fuschia on me. This is PERFECT... Gives my lips a lucious shine. Jasper is beautiful. I know this will be a clear gloss if you don't have very pigmented lips but if you do and are looking for a YLBB gloss definately try this. My favorite take it up a notch shiny gloss.....
Makeup Brushes -MAC - #275 Medium Angled Shading Brush

I highly recommend this brush to all those out there who don't believe brushes make any difference in makeup application. This brush is fantastic. Picks up and blends shadows wonderfully. I use this everyday...
Midimauve is the only lipstick I own. I gave up on lipsticks about a year ago because I'm afflicted with severe dry lips and found that Mac lipsticks especially dried my lips. However I saw this shade and new instantly it would be a beautiful YLBB shade on me. I've been wearing this a few days now and it has not dried out my lips. Thankfully this is a lustre shade which is not as drying as Mac's other formulas. I'll definately repurchase this..
Highlighters -MAC - Iridescent Pressed Powder in Star!

This is fantastic..Gives my fair skin with yellow undertones a nice bronzey glow. At first I thought the shimmer in it would be too much for daily wear. Turns out the shimmer is very subtle... I really like this..
I'm so very disappointed in these. I've been having a great run with Philosophy products. I'm a lip balm addict so I thought these would be great in my line up. WRONG!! I tried the red one which doesn't have bad scent kind of like citrus but it stung my lips so bad. So I tried the pink peppermint one, same thing happend.. My lips hurt so bad. My lips were on fire. $25 for this junk. This is going back. I supposed it would be ok for someone whose lips don't dry so easy but if you suffer from eternally chapped dry lips as I do. STAY AWAY THIS WILL MAKE IT WORSE.
Very pretty WARM peach shade. Warmer than Gerbera. I have light skin with yellow tones so this looks very natural on me. I still prefer Gerbera because it's a little brighter, but for a no fuss everyday look this is great. Too bad it was part of the Spring Lip/Cheek duo limited edition. It would be nice in Stila's regular line.
The Ice Cream Man is an oil-free make-up primer that will help to diminish small imperfections and create a silky smooth finish for a flawless face. Helps makeup go on easily. This smells delicious. Like a fresh vanilla milk shake. Packaging is great and the product is awesome. Definately my favorite Philosophy product to date.
Palettes -Stila - Holiday 2003 Confections for Eyes and Cheeks

This palette is great. The wash is a soft white shade with hints of grey. The other 2 shades are a medium golden brown and a deeper brown. The blush scared me at first because I thought it would be to dark but it is very sheer. I actually have to layer the blush to see some color. Overall a lovely combination of shadows and blush. I think I need a backup..

I'm really happy with this palette. I love the 3 convertible colors Lillium, Rose and Narcissus. Narcissus is a little lighter and peachier than Gerbera. They are all so wearable and I don't have to feel guilty about spending $28 for each individually. I gave this a 4 because the lip shades are so sheer but pretty. I think I need a backup of this. RAVE RAVE!!
I'm really disappointed in this palette. I agree it's a great deal for 6 shadows but my gripe is they are way too sheer and shimmery. I have to layer this many times before I see anything on my lids. A little variety would have been nice. I know these shades are Stila's "most popular" but I find them boring. Nice packaging but nothing special here. Good starter palette for the Stila novice..
I like this and am glad benefit finally made a perfume out of this lovely scent. However last year I discovered the same exact scent at The Body Shop. It's called Indian Gardenia. Best of all it's only $14 for a cute antique like bottle. I even sprayed one
I've been reaching for this a lot lately. I got this blush in my Stila Mod Look 1 Palette. I love this color. Really brightens my face. I don't see any mauve in this, I see more subtle peach pink brown. That's probably because I have a warm peachy complexion. This shade gives me a nice everday look. Definate repurchase.
I like this shade because it gives a nice oomph to my lips. Love the way it smells. Like real cherries not like that synthetic cherry that other brands have. This should be part of Stila's regular line. I would probably purchase again.
This is a nice effortless shade. Doesn't chip and gives a pretty shine with a tiny bit of shimmer. A staple shade for me.
