The biggest waste of money for me. The colors look beautiful in the pan, rosy copper and plummy taupe, but they morph on my green eyes to muddy bruises. The silky texture is nice, but pigmentation is poor on me. I have tried NARS before, so I should have known better, but its too late for me. But at least I can warn you. Take those hard earned dollars and buy some Laura Mercier, Tarte, UD, Paula Dorf, BB or even MAC. Hell, even WNW would be better quality.

Pretty, warm, medium purple shimmery es. Really makes my green eyes POP. The texture is silky butter and very pigmented. When I do run out I will definitely repurchase.
Not a bad shadow, just not my favorite. Neutral shimmery taupe, nice for everyday, but many brands make something similar to this, and cheaper, too. Just not unique enough for me to repurchase. It is very pigmented and they do give a generous amount. For a more "WOW" taupey shade, try UD Deluxe es in Underground.

HG for me. Beautiful light sparkly golden taupe perfection on my lids. My absolute favorite go-to shadow. In a hurry? This is a no brainer. Add a little dark liner on the upper lid (maybe Mac dipdown) and you are good to go. Looks especially pretty layered over BB Galaxy or Benefit Skinny Jeans. Very pigmented, you only need a little. And the texture? MAC, BB, even Laura Mercier cannot compare to the texture of this shadow. Now I want to try other Deluxe shadows.
I'm not impressed with this curler at all! It doesn't work any better than the $5.00 Relvon one I used before. And I've pinched my eyelid a couple of times already. It takes me a few tries per eye to "slightly" curl my lashes. I think I'm going to look into the Shiseido one that gets raves here.
Love the texture, just wish it didn't wear off so quickly, but it is a tinted balm. Also like the fact that it comes with an SPF. The color is a sheer neutral red with a "hint" of brown on me, no shimmer, a MLBB with a little kick. For reference, my lips are medium pigmented. I'll definitely repurchase even though the $23 price seems a little steep to me. I definitely have to try out the other colors, too.
I bought the Prestige Vinylwear "Try Me Trio" in vw-01 Liquid (clear gloss), vw-02 Crystal (champagne shimmer) and vw-40 Gilded Rose (peachy pink gold shimmer). I wanted to like these, I really did, but I can't. The texture is thick, but the colors came across on me as pretty sheer. Now I could deal with that if the scent was not so awful. I can't begin to describe it, I just want to forget it. I'll stick with trying more CG Wetslicks instead.

I really like this color, so it's a shame I can't wear it. About 30 minutes after applying it as eyeliner, my eyes started itching, felt super dry and turned REALLY red. So red that my green eyes looked a freaky shade of aqua. This is really strange since I have no problem wearing Peach Melba. I won't buy this one again.

The texture is so-so, and the color much lighter on my lid than in the pan, but it was a pretty golden color with shimmer, so I'll probably use it a lot this summer. At least it didn't have that "Noxema" scent that the old CG e/s had before. I'll have to see how this summer goes before I decide to repurchase, though.
Lip Gloss -Cover Girl - WetSlicks lipgloss - Pink Sequin

As I have read the other reviews about the lack of pigment in these glosses, I decided to try this color instead of Patently Pink, and am glad I did. The texture did seem a bit thin (I am used to MAC lip glasses), but I can get used to that. The scent is very yummy (although I found it to be closer to marshmallow than vanilla). The color came out very natural blush pink with shimmer but shiny and my lips still felt great after it had worn off (no residue). For the price, I will definitely repurchase and try other colors, too! :)
I love this stuff! It's my HG for blemish control. Even large, cyst-like pimples shrink dramatically overnight. Although it is strong and can cause a burning sensation, I find it helps to use Burt's Bees Citrus Facial Scrub before, as it leaves a film that I feel "protects" my skin from the harshness. Because of the effectiveness and the low cost, I always keep this blemish treatment in stock and I probably always will.
Treatments -Burt's Bees - Lemon Butter Cuticle Cream

I used this at night, so I have no complaints over the texture mentioned previously. Moisturizes well, and my cuticles and nails have never looked better. Love the fresh lemon scent. I have also used this as lip balm in a pinch with success. I guess my only complaint could be that my puppy loves the scent too and is always trying to lick my hands. :)
It really reeks. I hate licorice and thought this was the one that DIDN'T smell like licorice. Apparently both blemish sticks do. It stings, and did nothing for my breakouts. I'll stick with Clean and Clear PersaGel 10%.
Love the texture and tingle. Not waxy to me at all. The scent reminds me of doublemint gum and my husband loves it (and uses it) too. Will definitely keep plenty on hand. :)
Cleansers -Burt's Bees - Orange Essence Facial Cleanser
pilotpickles 6/18/2004 6:46:00 PM
I love the orange scent but instead of using it on my face (too greasy), I've found it to be much more beneficial on my hands. I gave it that rating b/c even though I've found it not to be a good cleanser for my face, my hands do look much younger after repeated use. Will not repurchase though.
