Lip Treatments -Smith's Rosebud Salve - Smith's Rosebud Salve

I love this product and have back-ups of them throughout my house. The very adorable vintage tin contains a ton of lovely light pink balmy goodness. The rose smell was a bit off-putting at first but I am now used to it. I like to use it at night and during the day, it gives a nice gloss to the lips. The only downfall is that it does feel a bit unhygienic sticking my fingers into the pot, but I like the tin enough to get over that. Regardless, it's pretty cheap and a handbag staple!

Lip Treatments -MAC - Tinted Lip Conditioner - Petting Pink

This is my favorite tinted lip conditioner, it's a beautiful neutral pink that is very subtle but still enhances my lip color. I did take off one lippie because applying it with my finger means I have pink moisturizer on my fingers, which I then have to wipe off somewhere. So, it's not the most convenient packaging.

Brows -Rimmel - Professional Eyebrow Pencil

Great basic eyebrow pencil that comes with a little brush on the cap. I use the color 001 Dark Brown for my very faint eyebrows. I found if I hold the pencil at the end and very gently rub it against my eyebrows, I get a natural looking line. Unfortunately it doesn't last all day on me.

Bronzers -E.L.F. - Studio Warm Bronzer
rated 3 of 5

It is a very inexpensive blush, a mere $3 and in very nice black packaging similar to NARS bronzers. However, I found the product to be pretty hard, so I had to really rub my brush into it to pick up enough. It also didn't show up all that well on my skin. I used it up because it was so inexpensive, but I wouldn't repurchase.

Blush -Smashbox - Blush Rush in Paradise

I love this blush and have hit pan on it recently. It's a shimmery peachy color that applies smoothly and stays on for most of the day. I enjoyed using it for a subtle look that still added a bit of a glow to my cheeks. I'm NC30, I don't think it would show up vey well on darker skin tones.

Blush -Milani - Baked Blush in Luminoso
rated 4 of 5
pandagrl90 1/26/2013 9:50:00 PM

Finally bought this blush after hearing so much about it. It's a very light peachy color with finely-milled shimmer. It doesn't show up too much on my medium NC30 ish skin, but it does give a pretty glow. It's nice in the summertime. You can get Milani products on sale pretty easily, so it's a nice highlighting cheek product to have in your stash.

Blush -Tarte - Cheek Stain in True Love
rated 3 of 5
pandagrl90 1/26/2013 9:48:00 PM

This was my first gel blush, and I found that it doesn't last as long or go on as well as my other cream blushes. It doesn't go on well over powder for me, and it can get blotchy if I put powder over it, so I mostly used this for no-makeup days where I put it over tinted moisturizer. It is a beautiful color and it smells fruity and delicious, but it didn't last that long on my skin. I tried it on my lips and while it looks nice, it tastes awful. You do get a ton of product though! I can't imagine ever finishing it.

Blush -Illamasqua - Cream - Rude
rated 5 of 5
pandagrl90 1/26/2013 9:46:00 PM

I really like this blusher. It is a rather frightening orange in the pan, but it goes on a lovely pop of coral. It can be very natural if you only apply a bit. The product is quite soft and it can be applied directly onto skin or over powder, which is something I appreciate. The packaging is nice and sturdy, typical Illamasqua.

Blush -Bobbi Brown - Pot Rouge for Lips and Cheeks - Powder Pink
rated 4 of 5
pandagrl90 1/26/2013 9:44:00 PM

I really enjoy this cream blush, because it looks very natural on and the color stays put throughout the day. However, the blush is quite hard in the pot, so I always use my fingers to apply to warm it up a bit. This can make it a bit tough to blend. They repackaged this product and it now contains a lot less.... but I like the old version of it. You get TONS in one pot!
