Makeup Brushes -E.L.F. - Blush, Bronzing and Blending Brush
mmmarzan 9/2/2010 9:05:00 PM
When I first purchased this product, the bristles were so rough on my skin that it hurt whenever I applied blush or bronzer. But after a couple of washes, the bristles have softened up a bit so now the brush is decent. I do use this brush every time I apply my bronzer/contour and it does a pretty good job. Not much complaints about this brush besides the roughness of when I first got it but that's no longer an issue.

Misc Beauty Tools -E.L.F. - Mechanical Eyelash Curler
mmmarzan 9/2/2010 6:21:00 PM
I absolutely love this eyelash curler! Before I used the Revlon one, like most people, for the longest time. I first tried this when my cousin bought it and I liked it so much that I had to buy one for myself. I love how there's a spring so that it makes curling my lashes effortlessly easy. But when I first took it out of the package and used it, there would be something digging and poking into my right eye. Although the pokiness is gone now. I also haven't seen any of my lashes fall out due to the use of this. I definitely recommend this to anyone and for the price, it is definitely worth it.

Eyeliner -Wet 'n' Wild - Mega Eyes Creme Eyeliner - Black

I've never tried a cream liner before and since this product was so cheap, I decided to give it a try. I've had it for about a month and a half now and I have to say that this liner is my holy grail cream liner! It is so easy to apply and when I say it stays on forever, it stays on for-ever. I've literally had this eyeliner on for nearly 24 hours before and it still looked perfect. Once it's on and dries, it will not budge. And another thing is that you don't need a lot of the product to do your liner. I just lightly dip the brush onto it and the amount of product I get is enough to do a perfect line. And I personally like the brush that it comes with as well because I like my eyeliner thick. The only thing I don't like about this product is the packaging, it looks quite silly and the lid doesn't screw back on perfectly, I always feel like it's not on correctly. But other than that, I will definitely repurchase this product!

Tinted Moisturizer -Cover Girl - CG Smoothers Tinted Moisturizer - Medium to Dark
mmmarzan 9/2/2010 5:07:00 PM
This is the first tinted moisturizer I've ever tried and I must say that I love it! I don't have any other TM to compare it to but this product is perfect for me. My face doesn't need the heavy coverage for a foundation. I first heard about this on YouTube and after watching a couple of reviews I decided to give it a try and man I'm glad that I did. I don't have any severe scarring on my face and all I wanted was an even skin tone (which is what I got!) If anything, I would put on concealer before this TM on the days where I felt I needed more coverage. I love that it blends so good on my face and it doesn't dry up quick so you have time to blend it in. This gives a nice glow/dewy finish after applied but if you don't like that look it can easily be fixed with a pressed powder. The only thing I don't like about this product is that after you apply it, it feels sticky on your face as if it never settles onto your skin. But I just simply apply a pressed powder over it and it's all good. I've already recommended this product to three other people and they loved it!

Pressed Powders -L.A. Colors - Pressed Powder
mmmarzan 8/31/2010 2:15:00 AM
I bought this powder because I needed something to set my tinted moisturizer and to matify my face a bit, and I got it in the color Tan. I think it's a litttle bit light for me but it isn't noticeable. I love this powder because it really controls my shine for the whole day without any touch ups and it doesn't cake up at all. The packaging isn't the greatest but it was a dollar so I don't mind. I would definitely re-purchase.

Blush -New York Color - Blushable Creme Stick in 644U Plaza Pink
mmmarzan 8/31/2010 1:37:00 AM
Plaza Pink is the first color that I bought and I absolutely love it! It's perfect for summer because it's not so dark. The color is definitely buildable though. At first when I opened the product I thought it was going to be oily on my skin but when I blended it out (which blends like a dream btw) it was not oily at all! It hasn't broken me out which is great because I have extremely sensitive skin. I like to wear it alone but sometimes I like to wear a shimmery bronzer over it and it looks soooo good! I will definitely purchase all the other colors! And one thing I have to mention is that after I bought this product, I have yet to use all my powder blushes again. What does that say?
