I bought this in cotton candy cheer. It smells very nice. The balm itself is a blue-ish color, so be aware that if you put too much on, it can give your lips a slight blue tint. A nice light application though makes your lips subtley shiny and soft!
I love the little bungee cord that comes with it. You can clip it closed and clip the balm on it to wear on your wrist or to clip to a purse or backpack.
Another cool aspect of this balm is that it has an SPF of 24, and it doesn't taste yucky like my Hawaiian Tropic balm that I have (which, although it smells yummy, leaves a *horrid* taste in your mouth). I would definitely recommend buying one of these balms! :)
This is a pretty medium pink on me with some shimmer and a bit of shine. It comes in a fairly skinny tube, and has the same minty smell and tingling effect as the beeswax balm. Nice, pretty, easy to use. I would recommend these shimmers. :)
Around $4 USD.
Honestly, not my fave. It gives you a natural look, but that's not really what I'm after. I want Drah-ma! lol .. I won't repurchase.
This is a rosy gloss with sparkle. On my lips, it gives me some color and shine but not a whole lot of sparkle. These glosses are not sticky and have a nice smell. While I like this gloss "okay" I probably wouldn't repurchase simply because I'll probably never finish this tube. It's a pretty good size and I just don't reach for it that often.
If you are looking for a liquid lipstick type of gloss, I would definitely recommend the glazewears, though. They have such a nice smell and consistency, plus pigment, I think you'll be pleased. :)
Lip Gloss -Cover Girl - WetSlicks Lip Gloss - Wine Shine

This is a rosy/wine/plummy shade that goes on a bit sheerer than the color in the tube. It, like the other WetSlicks, smells divine and isn't sticky. These glosses are great and are cheap to boot. I'll buy this and others again and would recommend you do, too! :)
Lip Gloss -Cover Girl - WetSlicks Lip Gloss -Peaches N Gleam

This is a shimmery with glitter, peachy/pink gloss that is oh-so-pretty on my lips. The glosses have a wonderful vanilla-y scent that is so nice, plus the glosses themselves are not sticky at all. A very good gloss for a low, low price. I would definitely recommend!
I have this mascara in winegloss, a plummy/purple mascara that shows up a bit on my black lashes, although you have to be pretty close to tell. It actually does a pretty good job of lengthening and thickening. It is very small and would easily fit in a purse or even a pocket. Costs $5 USD.
Lip Gloss -Revlon - Super Lustrous Lipgloss in Raisin Glaze [DISCONTINUED]
melzie_fire 8/14/2004 1:44:00 AM
This is such a neat color - kind of a rosy/bronzish color with glitter and an iridescent golden shimmer underneath. It looks pretty on my lips, and like all the other SL glosses, it is not really sticky and smells nice. It gives me a nice shiny, sparkly smile. I would repurchase!
Lip Gloss -Revlon - Super Lustrous - Pink Afterglow 020
melzie_fire 8/14/2004 1:34:00 AM
This is such a pretty gloss. It looks kind of like a bright, bubblegum pink with glitter in the tube. On my lips, it looks like a very sheer pink with plenty of shine and sparkle. It is a teeny bit sticky but not bad at all. I really like the Revlon SL glosses, both the texture and smell, and have not been displeased yet. I think I have about 5-6 of these. Love 'em! :)
This mascara is fair: not great, but not bad. I RIS from a very sweet swapper this mascara in bronze green. It does a decent job of lengthening along with volumizing. The color of the green really doesn't show up on my lashes, though. I probably wouldn't purchase this on my own, but it will be a nice little mascara as long as I have this one. :)
This gloss looks like a clear pink coming out of the slant-tipped tube and goes on that way. It is very clear, though, so the pink is not noticeable - at first. After a while, the gloss is supposed to change to a pink tint just right for your lips. On me, it is a medium pink that is very shiny. The gloss feels kind of sticky on my lips but my lips don't stick together, so it seems kind of like a faux-sticky to me...if that makes sense, lol. I really like the fresh, fruity scent of the gloss, which does fade after a while. Costs $6 USD.
Lip Gloss -Maybelline - Wet Shine Diamonds Liquid - Shell Shimmer

This is a pretty, shimmery light pink with glitter and golden undertones. It looks very iridescent. On my lips it is a pretty golden pink that lasts for quite a while. It's not too sticky and it's fairly moisturizing. I have several of these glosses and am usually pleased. This is no exception! Costs about $5 or so USD.
Lip Gloss -Bonne Bell - Lip Frosting in Buttercream
melzie_fire 8/2/2004 4:43:00 PM
The lip frostings are so nice. Of course, it's not as if I *need* something like this, but it sure does smell good! It feels pretty moisturizing on my lips. I can't say how long it will last since I just applied it for the first time, but even if it wears away quickly, I can just reapply. After all, it's a pretty good-sized tube IMO and cheap, so it's easy to buy more! This comes in a squeeze tube with a rounded tip and has a little hole for a keychain on the other end. Overall, a nice product!
Did I mention it smells DELICIOUS?! :)
Mascara -Maybelline - XXL volume+length microfiber mascara
melzie_fire 7/26/2004 8:01:00 PM
This mascara is pretty good, but you have to work at it, lol. If you've tried Double Extend from L'Oreal or Lash Fantasy from Revlon, then you know what XXL is like. You put the primer on first then the mascara. However, the XXL mascara part also has some fibers in it, which you would think would make your lashes suuuper long. It can, but like I said, it does take some work. Also, you don't get much volume with it, just length. I don't mind working at it, but I seem to get better results with not as much effort from my Double Extend, so I think I'll stick with it. I don't plan on repurchasing XXL although others may be very happy with it.
Cherries in the Glow looks more like a dark mauve/wine in the tube to me with maybe a hint of dark red. Anyhow, on my lips it is a sheer, sort of "bitten" look with shine that is not too dramatic for me (and I'm a wimp when it comes to dramatic lips - I don't do 'em!)..
This is a wanded gloss with a sponge tip, and the gloss itself isn't sticky. The smell is okay, not unpleasant but not terribly appealing or anything. I have about 5 SL glosses now and have been pretty pleased with each. They cost around $6 or less USD. :)
