Hmm...jury's still out on this one. While I LOVE the scent of this shampoo and conditioner, I'm not sure if the performance meets my expectations. I really like the shampoo. It cleaned well without stripping. However, the conditioner leaves something more to be desired. My hair always feels tangly after using the conditioner and also feels "squeaky." Like the feeling you get when using a clarifying shampoo. I will use it as a deep conditioner and see how that turns out. I would recomend this to people with only moderately dry hair.

Good stuff! It has a heavenly smell just like it's matching shampoo. I only wish there was more for the price. It detangles my dry, highlighted hair instantly and makes it smell yummy all day long!

Mmm, I LOVE the scent of this shampoo. However, it has the tendency to dry out my hair a bit if I use it too often. So I use this once a week the matching conditioner and get very good results. I always have a bottle of this on hand, mainly for the delicious smell.

I love this shampoo! Love that pineapple smell. Plus, it leaves my thick, dry, highlighted hair feeling clean and hydrated. I'll always make sure I have a bottle of this stuff on hand.

Conditioner -Paul Mitchell - Super Skinny Daily Treatment Conditioner

Just like the shampoo, this horrid conditioner left my hair feeling extremely dry, tangly, and frizzy. A clarifying shampoo has more moisturizing properties than this poor excuse for a conditioner. Will definitely NOT repurchase-thank god it was only $7 online!

Eeek! This shampoo was BAD. It left my hair feeling incredibly stripped and FRIZZY. It was totally the opposite of what I thought it was going to do. I love the smell and price, but not enough for me to keep using it. The conditioner is equally bad.

I used to love this product so much. Then I started highlighting and flat ironing my hair and now my hair hates it. It feels like glue, it smells like glue. My hair felt like glue with it in. I barely had any shine and my hair just felt very heavy with no body whatsoever. I guess this stuff is good for people with super-curly hair that need extra weight. But it did not work for my thick waves. It was cheap, I'll give it that. I think someone with coarser hair would benefit more from this than I did. I would definitely not recommend this for fine-haired people.

This iron is amazing. Nothing comes close to it. It's the perfect size for getting to my roots. I have thick, dry, highlighted hair and this iron makes it look so smooth, shiny, straight, and healthy. I use Rusk shine spray before I iron so my hair absolutely SHINES. It feels so silky and smooth. I got it at a pretty decent price. If my CHI ever breaks down, I will definitely, without hesitation, buy another one.

Styling Products -Ouidad - Climate Control Gel

I got the Ouidad Holiday sampler pack about a month ago and was eager to try out the famed Climate Control Gel. I live near Houston and winters tend to be on the humid side. I spread this throughout my damp hair and blow dried it straight. My hair turned out to be very soft, straight, and silky! My hair did not gum up at all, and only frizzed a little around my hairline. I think I will buy the full size of this when I run out of the sample bottle.

Oh the horror. This shampoo was so bad. It stripped my hair and made it feel squeaky clean! The conditioner was just as bad. I wrote another review about that equally disappointing product. This shampoo was extremely drying and expensive. For $22.50, I'd better get a miracle. Even Suave shampoo works better on my hair than this overpriced junk.

Ugh, this stuff was horrible! This stuff stripped the life out of my hair. The only good thing about it was the heavenly smell. My hair felt so tangley and was full of static. My layers were so frizzy and ugly. Don't waste your money on this overpriced crap.

OMG!! This stuff is so great! I have dry, heavily highlighted just past my shoulders hair. I use this whenever my hair is starting to feel very dry and lifeless. The shea butter in this mask hydrates, smoothes, and makes my hair shine like crazy. It's pricey at $22, but so worth it. I use it with a heat cap and the benefits are even better. Plus it smells delicious!! Go get some and try for yourself. :)EDITED: This stuff sucks. I started using it once a week and it made my hair drier and drier. My hair lost its bounce and just looks heavy and weighed down. I'm selling it on Ebay.

This is an AWESOME product. I LOVE LOVE the texture of this. My eye makeup lasts ALL day and ALL night with this. Even at 11 p.m., my eye make up still looks freshly applied. Pricey, but you use such a small amount each time, it lasts forever. Great product!

I love this conditioner so much! I use it as a daily conditioner and it really softens and smoothes my hair out. It smells great too. I have dry, porous highlighted hair that I blow-dry and flat iron frequently. This conditioner makes it extra soft and moisturized. However, I have to be careful not to use this when it's really humid outside or else my hair will fluff up. It's great for deep conditioning and low humidity days!

Mascara -Maybelline - Great Lash Mascara

This mascara never ceases to underwhelm me. No matter how many times I try to like Great Lash, I always end up throwing it in the trash after the second use. I tried the waterproof formula and it was icky. It made my lashes really stiff and clumpy. It is very waterproof, I'll give it that. However, it does smudge a bit under the lower lashes. It's pretty cheap and probably good in a pinch but I will not repurchase.
