I held out, though dying of curiosity, when this first came out. Finally, Sephora offered a deluxe sample of it with an order and my chance came to try it. WOW! I loved it from the first second I put it on! Now, I don't know about the claims of improving my skin. All I do know is that my skin looks fantastic with this stuff on! It makes a tremendous base over which I can put my regular mineral makeup, either Larenim, Everyday Minerals, or Jane Iredale. And I wake up looking better than I ever have before. It seems to agree with my skin, witch is combo/oily most of the time except in the coldest part of Winter, when it can be normal or even combo/dry. I immediately ordered the full size. It's very pricey, but I am in love right now so who cares?it makes me look good and that's what I'm after! I find the applicator to be odd, but I think the purpose behind it is to give a very sheer and light application. You are not supposed to really pile this stuff off, but blot a small amount and gently press into skin/pores. Idon't know if this is for everyone, but I love it. I use it night and morning! UPDATE: Looks like the honeymoon is over. I started breaking out out of the blue, and I haven't for quite a while. Could be a coincidence, but the only difference in my routine was this product. Boo Hoo-I really like how it made my skin look. I will try it again, and see if using it less often works, and if I break out again.
I adore this soap. I have DREAMWASH, which is a LUSH product to wash your body with, and this is the face washing counterpart. It cleans thoroughly, leaves my skin so fresh, inhibits pimple-causing bacteria, and foams up well. I am a LUSH lover, and this is a winner for me. I use Aquamarina and Herbalism as well, and they really clean so well. Along with my DHC Deep Cleansing Oil, and Avene Diacneal, they keep my skin pimple free, with clarity and a minimum of fuss. Simple routine and it works! Gotta love that.
If you love a pungent, rich citrus smell (think orange marmalade meets pink grapefruit!) you'll love Sexy Peel. I know I do! It is so intense and good-smelling. The soap, as with all LUSH soaps, isn't hard milled and doesn't last really long-but it is gentle, non-irritating (unless citrus oils are a problem for you) silky soft and yummy to use! The DH loves this one-he has sensitive skin and all the LUSH soaps suit him-he likes them. LUSH soaps are on the pricey side, IMO. Worth it though, I can't stop buying them. A winner!
One of my favorite polishes. I got it on eBay and paid a lot for it, but it was worth it. As everyone has said, it does not show the green-gold property seen on the bottle, but I was glad of that. What is does show is the most glimmery, shimmery, bronzey burgundy possible....brownish but with plenty of coppery and deep red fire. I use it only on my toes-actually my manicurist does, and it seems to apply perfectly. One of my first choices these days.
I love this sheer, shimmery, pale peach blush. It is subtle and flattering-and I reach for it often, more than my expensive stuff. Just Great-worth buying and using.
Palettes -Too Faced - Quickie Chronicles - The Heartbreaker

I love this palette. I collect the Quickie Chronicles, and have most of them. This is by far one of the nicest and most wearable. I love the eye shadow colors and textures, and the TF blushes are some of the nicest, not too pigmented but definitely true to color and with just the right oomph. A must-have, and one I grab when travelling, going to gigs (I'm a singer) and just generally reaching for.
One of the few products I have actually hit pan on, and re-bought. I bought the Catherine Deneuve Collection LE one because the compact is so pretty. I would usually wear light, but this one is really formulated so lightly that I needed medium. A Must-have -hate to be redundant but it is a staple for me. I have a few others I like a lot, but this one is the best-great for getting rid of shine without cakey powdery buildup. Very light formula. Great for touchups.
I do like this product, although I wouldn't re-buy it. It isn't an ideal shade for me, but a very lovely one for someone of a cooler skin tone than me. I use it once in a great while. The texture of these blushes is on the dry/hard side. But a little "scoring" (scraping a little bit to use into powder with a small tweezer or scissor blade) and they work beautifully. Pretty shimmery also-I like a little less than this. All in all, I like but not love it. Color is a rosy golden glowy shimmer.
Powder -Everyday Minerals - Foundation Matte Formula

I am a Larenim fan....but this one is just as good. The color I got, Golden Fair, is excellent-perfect for me-and I love the way this goes on, the way it lasts (4-6 hours in heat, more in winter). It's inexpensive, and I reach for it a lot. Will re-order this for sure-usually that isn't an issue for I hardly ever finish a product, but with this one, eventually that will happen. I didn't like some of the other items in this line, but the foundation is awesome.
Love anything and everything Karma. This soap is great-love the scent, the way it cleans gently without irritation. One of my faves. This one and Rock Star are usually in my shower. Describe Karma smell? Well, kind of a light patchouly-meets-citrus with a hint of green. It's hard to describe. I don't like Patchouly generally, but this has such a fresh and light twist on it that I love it.
Gels/Soaps -LUSH - Creamed Almond and Coconut Smoothie soap

I forgot how much I didn't like this, and bought it again! Doh! What an idiot-the smell of this to me is like it spoiled or something. A mildly mildewy, rotten garbage scent. Yeecchh. I gave it 2 stars because I actually like the texture and it cleans well. If it smelled better I might call it OK, though nothing special. As it is who knows what I'll end up doing with it. Probably swapping.
Actually, I didn't buy this-I place LUSH orders from time to time, and they sent a generous sample of this with my last order. It looks odd, but I must say, it is great on my skin. Love the way my skin feels afterward, super clean and velvety and not tight or dry. I still use my DHC or Fancl Cleansing Oil first to remove my eye makeup, I don't think this would be a good choice for that purpose. But for morning cleansing it is perfect, and for use after my Oil. I plan to order it on my next LUSH order-I like it a lot. UPDATE: I got a tub of this and along with Fresh Farmacy soap, I use it regularly and love it. An HG for me.
One of the best foundations I have tried (and I have tried a great many!) Has a strange watery texture, but once you work with it with your foundation brush, it dries to an amazing finish and lasts through a monsoon! It's a very seamless look, and lightweight and natural looking, yet the coverage is superb. Yes, it takes some getting used to, but when you do, it is a fabulous formula.I have large pores and this one conceals them well, also lasts through the day well. Odd color choices, but the one I picked seems to work. It is the 2nd color of the ones offered.
Pressed Powders -Chantecaille - Les Papillons Poudre Delicate in Veil

My favorite powder to carry around is MAC Blot. But this one is a very close second...I keep it in my bag lately more than Blot. It is delicate, super fine and sheer, and the container is classy. A high quality item that works as beautifully as it looks! The color I have is very pale, but it is so sheer that it works all year round for me.
Wow! My HG Apricot blush-it's a perfect color. Richly pigmented, this should last forever. I use just the merest hint of it with my MAC 187, and get a really summery color-with a hint of glow. I love that it isn't overly shimmery-frosty. Won't be letting go of this one!
