I loove this scent! im not great at describing perfumes, but its an incense and rose type perfume along the lines of paestrum rose and amouage lyric. I really like it, but then again i love this type of perfume, very sexy and mysterious but wearable. Staying power was great, could smell it on myself all night and on my clothes the next day. If you love incense and rose combos, then definitely sample this one. Saving up for a FB now...
Lotions/ Creams -Burt's Bees - Almond Milk Beeswax Hand Creme

Ok i love this stuff. This winter my skin has been freaking out, getting very dry and chapped- which is a new thing for me, ive never needed lip balm or hand cream or face cram until now. So that being said, I havent tried a whole lot of hand creams, but i did buy/try a few, and this is my favorite so far. It is very thick, it almost has the consistency of a candle. It smells very nice, like milk i think. But the reason I am giving it 5 lippies and the reason why I love it is- IT WORKS! Yay a product that does what it says it will. My hands were flaking, dry, and chapped before i got this and now they look better than ever. It is a little slimy at first, but it sinks in after 15 mins or so and leaves almost a powdery finish (just a little). Plus the best thing is that it actually improves your skin. Most lotions only make your skin nice when you are wearing it, so you have to constantly put it on, but this makes your skin better so you need it less. I definitely reccomend. Also great on feet and elbows etc.
Blush -Smashbox - Tokidoki Soft Lights - Dolce Vita

I love this blush! I never wore blushes until recently, and this is a great one. Im a PPP and this shade looks beautiful on me- it is a cool toned, light shimmery pink. It is similair to Nars Angelika in color but does not have big pieces of glitter, it is more like a highliter and blush in one. It provides a beautiful, subtle glow and color. Plus I love the little heart and crossbones stamped in the blush- so cute! I have a tattoo like that on my neck hehe. I got mine on ebay for like $7, great deal. Go get one now while theyre still around!
I originally recieved a deluxe sample of this and the essential c daytime moisturizer from sephora and really liked both. I bought a full size eye cream off ebay for only about $35 so it was a good deal too. Im only 23 but have been experiencing very dry skin this winter so I bought this just to kind of moisturize my eye area, and also for preventative measures ( I liked the vitamin c and antioxidants as well as sunscreen), but dont have any wrinkles or aging really to speak of. I wasnt expecting for it to do anything but moisturize. Ive been using this product twice a day for about 3 weeks or so, and when i was applying it last night i noticed that my eye area felt more plump and full! The area underneath my eye had plumped up and my browbone had lifted a bit too, my eyebrows look a bit more lifted. Im not very good at describing it but the whole area just looks wonderful, like i got some collagen or something injected around my eyes. It even helped my undereye circles a bit. Great suprise- definitely was not expecting any results like this, didnt even think my eyes needed improvement. Its my 1st eye cream so I cant compare it to any others or speak of how it would work for more mature ladies, but i recommend it to any young ladies looking for a nice eye cream to moisturize, prevent, and provide visible lifting, firming, and plumping.
i guess im in the minority liking this product, but i do!I normally dont buy drugstore makeup but expensive mascaras dont seem a lot better than drugstore ones IMO, at least the ones ive tried. My eyelashes are naturally very long, but are blonde and need mascara. Since theyre long, usually a bigger brush seems to work better. This mascara has a big brush with a mix of soft and hard bristles. The hard bristles separate and keep the mascara from clumping and the soft deposit the product. I bought it in blackest black and its very dark and dramatic. I got a 2 pack for $9 so not a bad price, even tho it doesnt seem like theres a lot of product in there. Oh well i guess thats good since mascara expires so fast, it keeps you from using it once its gone bad. Sorry if im rambling, long story short, good mascara, does the job,, ill add pics soon. EDIT: OK im changing this from 4 to 5 lippies. Since ive been using it, ive never gotten so many compliments! People keep asking me if im wearing false eyelashes (in a good way) Even a guy, yes a straight guy, asked if they were fake and said they looked so big and pretty. Like i said, my eyelashes have always been long, but ive never gotten comments on them until now. I have a hunch this mascara prolly does work better for medium to long lashes than short ones tho. Tip: when applying the mascara use the old wiggle method or try twisting it as you apply (like a backspin)
I recieved a sample of this, and loved it! Its so interesting, different from my usual taste in perfumes but i think its great. Its basially herbal with a cherry smelling note. Like cherry tobbacco plus hay and moss but sweet. Good balance between the sweetness and herbal qualities. Im not good at explaining perfumes but you should try it. Also lasted a very long time on me, and barely any perfumes do for me. Definitely FBW but it is a bit expensive. Guess i better start saving...
yuck, i hated this. i tested in store and thought i liked it so i bought some. once i got home i was like "what was i thinking?" i dunno has a weird note to it, smells too green or soapy, i dunno cant describe it. plus the sprayer broke immediately. sold it on ebay. now a good gardenia is very hollywood, like that much better for a straight gardenia smell.
Eye Shadow -Coastal Scents - 88 colors warm palette
gypsylee333 10/27/2009 4:21:00 AM
LOVE!!! such a great value! ive always been into bright colors on my eyes so my makeup wardrobe was lacking in neutral eyeshadowes. not any more! i already had the 88 matte original which i love and use often, and this is the same great quality as that one. has basically every type of neutral u could ask for. its about 50/50 matte/shimmer. i like the light ivory shades personally. the 88 original's ivory colors werent great but this one's are. dont waste your money on a palette of mac if u like neutrals, just get this for $25. cant beat it!
LOVE! beautiful light pink blush, little goes a long way, you have to use a light hand. in the package it looks glittery but i never notice it on my cheeks which is fine with me. looks really pretty on fair skin. def my hg of blushes, need 2 try other colors.
i just got this the other day and am really liking it. i didnt at 1st sniff but its been growing fast on me since then. smells just like yummy honey with a hint of jasmine. plus cute little bottle and reasonably priced. def love as a new part of my fragrance wardrobe!
i got a bunch of samples of this and at first i thought wow i really like this but after wearing for an hour i realized it smells a lot like D&G's Light Blue. I bought light blue awhile ago and didnt like it at 1st so i sold it on ebay, but started 2 like it after the auction started. anyways this is a better version of light blue but for the big price difference id stick to light blue
