Eye Shadow -Maybelline - Plum Smokes Quad

I have brown/hazel-ish eyes and purple really makes them look amazing, much better than brown shadows. I bought this on sale at ulta on a whim. I really love this palette. The shades are gorgeous and they do make an amazingly pretty smokey eye. Lasting power isn't the greatest but with a good primer, it lasts about 6-8 hours before it starts to fade. I would totally buy this again. If you're thinking about buying it, just give it a try. Its cheap and I use it almost daily.

I'm reviewing the spf 15 strawberry lip balm which comes in a skinny tube. This is the best lip balm ever. HG for sure. It is so moisturizing and I absolutely love it. I want to try the mega balms next. This is just amazing and smells wonderful.. I don't even know what else to say. TRY THIS BRAND!

This lip balm is just average. I like the smell but the tube is so small that you hardly get any product. Also, it doesn't last very long on my lips so I'm always reapplying. Its not expensive but it's not super cheap either. I'd buy again (because it smells good) if I couldn't find my favorite lip balm in the store, which is why I bought it in the first place.

Bronzers -Wet 'n' Wild - Color Icon Bronzer Princess

This bronzer is so pigmented. I prefer the color over any other bronzer I've ever tried. It has no shimmer so it makes a great contouring shade. To use this, you definitely need a light hand. The packaging, as can be expected with this kind of steal, is crap. Lasting power isn't very good, even with primer and Ben Nye final seal. I would buy this again though, because it's so cheap I can travel with it everyday and not worry about having to shell out a bunch of cash for a new one if this one breaks or gets lost.

Polishes -OPI - Texas Collection 2011 Guy Meets Gal-veston

I haddd to buy this since I live close to Galveston. Anyway, I think many people don't like the jelly/sorbet finish of this polish. It is definitely one of those semi-sheer polishes that shows your nail line in the sunlight. I, however, love jelly polishes more than any other. The color is beautiful and looks great on nails and toes. It's a pretty summertime color. This jelly has a pretty thin formula, which I like because it dries faster. I find that it does need a topcoat though, to make it extra shiny and pretty. If you prefer cream polish formulas, I have a Borghese one that is almost identical to this one in color, so you may want to check that one out next time you're at the drugstore.

Masks -Freeman - Chocolate & Strawberry Detoxifying Mask

I have only used this product once so far, but I really enjoyed it. It smells like chocolate cake batter and it's really creamy when it comes out of the tube. It's a nice consistency that doesn't run at all while you wait for it to dry. I prefer clay masks to the peel-y ones. When dry, the mask doesn't feel uncomfortably tight or anything. Its pretty easy to rinse off by splashing water on your face, and it makes my skin feel really soft and nice. I'm not sure if this is an hg product, and I'll continue trying other masks, I do like this one pretty well. Give it a try, it's really cheap so if you hate it, you're not losing a ton of $. Or you could return it if you buy from Wags or CVS.

This does keep my highlights platinum but it dries my hair out so badly and it's pricey. I have almost the exact same results with the John Freida Sheer Blonde line, which works almost as well for half the price. I would not buy this again.

This, like Seche, made my polish peel up in big sheets. This one does last a little longer on me than Seche and it's easier to work with. But I won't be buying this again.

My nails are difficult to get polish to last on. I bought this because of the great reviews. I went home to use it and it was shiny, fast drying - fancy looking stuff. Two hours later my polish peeled up in big sheets. They looked like stickers. I tried all different kinds of techniques to try and make it work, but it just doesn't for me. I'm a nail addict and I paint my nails at least every three days so it's not even like a topcoat has to make it last too terribly long, but I'd like it to at least last more than a couple hours.

Lip Gloss -Victoria's Secret - Beauty Rush lip gloss - I want candy

I do not like the smell of this gloss. I love candy, but this is way overpowering. The gloss itself is rather sticky and it doesn't last long on me personally; maybe because I'm always talking talking talking. I'd buy this as a gift for a younger niece or cousin but not for myself. The packaging isn't bad; it's like Lancome Juicy Tubes kind of. I just am not a big fan of the beauty rush glosses.

I am on an eternal hunt to find the perfect nude for me. I picked this up because at the time I was really just getting into lipstick and I only liked matte finishes. It was much too orange-y for my skintone. Not to mention that it dried up and made my lips flaky even though I would exfoliate them before applying this. I think the square packaging is really cute and different, but I wouldn't buy this shade again.

Liquid -Victoria's Secret - Soft Focus Liquid Foundation SPF 20 [DISCONTINUED]

I love this foundation. i alternate it with my beloved revlon colorstay. It gives a satin finish and covers pretty well. For any serious blemishes I still need a heavy duty concealer or corrector to hide the redness. The fact that this foundation has a pump is so amazingggg. I love foundations that come with pumps, much less messy than foundations you have to pour out. This is a lot less liquid-y than colorstay, and I find that it doesn't dry/set as quickly which gives me more time to blend blend blend. I would reccomend this to anyone wanting an awesome foundation without having to shell out $40. AND IT HAS A PUMP!! c:

This is such a sexy fragrance. Seriously. If sex had a smell it would probably be this. It doesn't last very long though. The bottle is pretty. Nothing extra fancy or anything. I would buy this again even though it doesn't last very long just because I haven't smelled anything else that compares to this on me. Once I find a longer lasting version of this type of scent I probably wouldn't buy this again.

I love this scent but it just doesn't last very long. On me it smells like..chocolate and candy, which I really like. I love the packaging, the bottle is gorgeous. But I wouldn't buy this again.

Eye Shadow -Wet 'n' Wild - 8-pan Palette "Comfort Zone"

Not gonna lie; I bought this for that gorgeous brown in the lower right corner. It's a warm brown with a green sheen to it! Loveeee it. The shadows are very pigmented and great for the price, but they break really easily and the packaging is crummy so it's not really suited for travel. I've had big issues with the lower left definer shade. it broke and got all over the other shadows so I've had to dust them off every time i use this palette. But, all that said, I would buy this again. The shadows start fading after 4-6 hours, with a good base, but for the price, the pigmentation can't be beat!
