Powder -Everyday Minerals - foundation semi-matte formula

I really like this formula for EM foundations. I usually use EM Intensive foundation in Sunkissed Fair (my PERFECT shade), but I recently ran out and I am trying to not buy anymore makeup and just swap to get things I need. The only full size I could find in my shade to swap for was in the Semi-Matte formula. Although it does not provide quite as much coverage as the Intensive, I still love how it looks. I sometimes mix in Multitasking concealer to provide more coverage. This foundation formula doesn't last all day, but it is easily touched up now that they have a closable seal over the sifter. I feel that it does control my oil pretty well and I would definitely repurchase.

Eye Shadow -E.L.F. - Day 2 Night

I bought this based on youtube guru emilynoel83's review. I have bought 2 other e.l.f. eye quads and have been disappointed, but I really enjoyed this one. The colors are beautiful and surprisingly pigmented (unlike the others I tried). I do use a primer underneath and it lasts a long time. I especially love the highlight shade-a whitish gold shade that gives a unique glow to the browbone. You definitely can't beat the price of $1. This is a great travel item to just throw in your bag and you don't have to worry about it taking up a lot of space. Plus, this palette really can take you from your day to night look.

Eye Shadow -Maybelline - Stylish Smokes in Emerald Smokes

This is such a beautiful quad! I have hazel eyes and these colors are awesome when I want a dramatic smoky eye that is not black or my usual browns. It definitely creates a sexy going out look. I do recommend applying the colors with the sponge applicators first (as they deposit the colors better and with less fall out) and then going in with brushes afterwards to blend or to add more definition. This quad would look awesome on brown eyes as well. Highly recommended!

Fragrances -Bath and Body Works - Pink Grapefruit Body Splash

I absolutely love this body splash for summer! It definitely smells just like a pink grapefruit. It is sweet, but not overly so due to the white woods and musk. I think that adds just a little bit of depth to the scent that makes it really nice. I bought this at the semi-annual sale when they bring back classic scents and it was super affordable. Unfortunately it does not last long at all, so I want to spray this on me all of the time in the summer. It makes me want to bite into a juicy pink grapefruit :) yummy! I love it so much that I give it 5 lippies even though you have to reapply often.

Blush -Maybelline - Expert Wear Blush in Berry Sorbet

Although this is not my all time favorite blush or anything, I really like this blush for my fair skin. I have tried other Maybelline blushes in the past that did not have much pigmentation, so I wasn't sure what to expect from this one. It is pigmented enough on me and I don't have to apply very much to get a pretty glow. The color is a pinky berry shade that I think would look great on a variety of skintones. I really like that it does not have shimmer, it just imparts a nice glow to the face. I like to be able to add highlight where I want it instead of using a blush that puts it all over the cheeks. I bought this on clearance so it was a great deal! :)

Gels/Soaps -Dove - Moisturizing Body Wash - "Deep Moisture"

I LOVE this bodywash! I have extremely dry skin and this is awesome! It is thick and creamy, but it washes away cleanly and doesn't leave a residue on the skin. I used to use BBW triple moisture bodywashes, but they are too expensive and I honestly think Dove moisturizes better. I do wish it was offered with different scents like BBW, but I can live without that. I find it truly does moisturize my skin nicely and I follow up with Dove's Cream Oil body lotion. This combo has made my skin a lot better than it used to be. I have tried lots of other moisturizing body washes and this one works the best for me. I highly recommend it to anyone with dry skin.

Mascara -Cover Girl - Lash Blast Fusion

I really expected more from this mascara after loving the original Lash Blast volume. The formula of the Fusion is a lot drier than the original and I did not get much length at all out of this formula. The original made my lashes way longer and gave more volume too. I purchased both formulas in "very black" and I felt that the fusion was a lot lighter than the original. It was still a good mascara-separated nicely and gave a little more length, but did not volumize at all or add the amount of length that I get from the original formula. For those reasons, I will not repurchase and I will stick with the original in the orange tube since I get killer results with it and this one did not do as advertised.

I bought this w/o reading reviews unfortunately :( I was searching for the SH Mega Shine topcoat, but was unable to find it at the store I was in, so I made a spur of the moment decision to try this instead. I figured, hey two in one is a better deal anyway. I quickly figured out that this product is AWFUL as a topcoat. Like other users, no matter what polish I use, whenever I apply this on top I end up w/ lots of tiny little bubbles EVERYWHERE!!! I was upset about this, but I do think it works well as a base for polish, and I don't end up w/ any bubbles as long as I use something else as a topcoat. But this defeats the purpose of this being a 2 in 1 product! I won't buy this again :(

Lotions/ Creams -Bath and Body Works - Vanilla Bean Noel Body Cream

This is the first holiday season that I have tried this scent and I REALLY like it. I received this body cream as a gift from my mom, and I have to say that I never would have purchased this for myself. I had smelled it several times in the store, but I never felt like it was anything special. After I tried it out though, I'm in love. It is sooo moisturizing smells like I've been baking sugar cookies. The scent seriously lasts all day (and I don't even have the body spray to layer it with). I applied it on my arms and legs at 7 AM and I can still smell it after 6 PM! I got compliments from many clients at work, and several people commented about how I smelled like sugar cookies. Unfortunately one of my coworkers is extremely sensitive to scents and said it bothered her (just about anything scented bothers her), so I can't wear it to work anymore :( I will still wear this in the evenings and on the weekends though and I will definitely purchase it again next year!

Absolutely beautiful lipgloss! I have been on quest for the perfect red lip and I think I found it. I tried red lipsticks, but they were drying and didn't suit my coloring. This is gorgeous and glossy, but extremely pigmented. It almost is a berry red and I think it makes my teeth look whiter. It's very moisturizing. You also can't beat the amazing price! I love all of the Jordana pretty shine glosses and highly recommend them.

Treatments (Eye) -Unlisted Brand - Latisse Lash Growth Drops

This stuff is awesome! I have been using it about a year now and the results are very noticeable. I get compliments all the time about my long eyelashes. I work in a medical ofc where we have a Latisse rep who lets us have the product for free so that we can tell patients about the product and promote it. Patients definitely notice and it has convinced many of them to try the product. Since this is technically a prescription, you do have to be followed by a doctor due to some of the possible side effects. If you have lighter colored eyes, it can cause them to darken. I have hazel eyes and I have not noticed any darkening. I have sensitive eyes, so I was a little concerned about trying this out. One of the ingredients is used to treat glaucoma, so it can change your eye pressure, but I see my eye doctor regularly and have not had any problems. The only side effect I have had is some slight redness/darkening of my eyelid near the upper lashline. This is no biggie to me and I will continue to use the product since I have amazing results. The doctor overseeing us while using the product took pictures every few weeks and I would definitely recommending that you do that while using the product. It's really cool to see how much your lashes change from when you started. My lashes actually brush my eyebrows now! One of the girls I work with actually trimmed hers because they brushed her sunglasses when she blinked and it annoyed her. (She's brave-I'd be too afraid to trim them!). Most of the women in my ofc that use Latisse don't even use mascara now. I still do because I love my mascara and it makes them look even more dramatic. I started out using this every day for probably 3-4 months and then maybe twice a week to maintain, so I don't have to use as much and it lasts a lot longer. This is pricey, but I'd definitely recommend it if you want something that works!

Lip Gloss -C.O. Bigelow - Ultra Mentha Lip Shine

I have several of these mentha glosses in different tints. They are tingly and cool feeling on the lips. I really like the minty scent. Thankfully this gloss is very moisturizing and I feel like it smoothes my lips. They go on sale often, so it's not as expensive. I do think they can be a little gloppy and thicker than I would like, hence the 4 lippies instead of 5.

Eye Shadow -Everyday Minerals - In the Garden

This is such a beautiful shadow! It's a gorgeous taupey bronze w/ shimmer. The size will last forever. I don't usually use loose e/s due to the large amount of fallout, but this is an exception just because it is so pretty. Unfortunately I find that Everyday Mineral e/s tend to fade quickly, so be sure to use a good base.

This is a great product! It moisturizes my lips nicely and it's such a beautiful color. I have tried red lipsticks before, but they always seem to be too bright or too dark for my skintone. This shade is just the right shade of red and perfect for fall. It is neutral enough to still work with a smoky eye and not compete with it. This actually lasts a few hours on my lips too-which is great! I will definitely try this product in some other colors as I am very impressed with this!

Eyeliner -Jordana - EASYLINER For Eyes (retractable pencil) SeaGreen

This is such a beautiful color! It really makes my hazel eyes pop. Looks great paired with a taupe shadow on the lid. The price cannot be beat and I think it is just as great as high end brands. It glides on smoothly with no tugging and it is very pigmented. It stays on well on all day too. This is my first Jordana eyeliner and I will definitely get a black and brown one next time. Love it!
