Cleansers -Dermalogica - Special Cleansing Gel

last time i ran out of this cleanser i tried about 5 others trying to get something fancier. my skin suffered. i'm back to using this and i won't stray anymore. i bought the giant bottle with the pump which is really convenient. this cleaner is perfect for my combo skin. it doesn't dry me out, but definitely leaves me feeling clean. no film whatsoever. my face doesn't look red or irritated after rinsing either, which some other cleansers were doing.

Pressed Powders -T. LeClerc - Pressed Powder in Banane

i finally bought this after hearing about it for so long. very pricey for pressed powder, but i love it. first, its not heavily scented like a lot of HE pressed powders. also, they extreme yellowness really does cancel out red/pink in my skin. when i put it on for the first time of the day, its perfect. BUT, any touchups don't look as good at all. it does look cakey/chalky if i add anymore. and i got pressed so i could carry it and touchup. i think next time i'll try loose.

Mascara -Shu Uemura - Mascara Basic [DISCONTINUED]

this is my daily go-to mascara. it separates the lashes perfectly and adds some length. if i want volume i add shiseido mascara base on first. my only slight problem with it is that it is not completely waterproof or smudgeproof. if i don't use the mascara base i can get some smudging under my eyes (especially on a hot or very long day). but its not advertised as waterproof, so no big deal.

Primer/ Corrector -Shu Uemura - UV Under Base DF

i'm so sad this didn't work for me. i tried it 3 days in a row and got new white pimples/clogged pores every night. i love the feel, didn't see much change in the look of my skin though (besides the pimples).
