Eyeliner -E.L.F. - Liquid Eyeliner - Copper
rated 4 of 5
adhesivelove 12/28/2010 1:22:00 PM

I bought this online for $1. I thought it would be copper, but it isnt. It is clear with lots of golden copper glitter. I really like it though and it can be worn alone or over any other liquid/gel liner for some sparkle. I wish the website would have said that it was glitter though.

Eyeliner -E.L.F. - Waterproof Eyeliner Pen

Mine dried out too, mainly the tip.. but after about 2 months or more with frequent use. I dont find this as a big deal because it only cost a buck. I bought another one and this one seems to be doing better and the tip is stronger. Store this upside down, it helps. I love the application and the color stays all day for me.. i wear it often to church from about 9 am and then go out for the day and then to dinner, by 8 pm it is still on and lasts longer than my eyeshadow most of the time. Def. a great purchase for me.

Makeup Brushes -E.L.F. - Studio Powder Brush
rated 4 of 5
adhesivelove 12/28/2010 1:34:00 AM

Bought this when the website elf was having a free shipping deal.. I have only used this a few times.. with mineral makeup and a simple pressed powder and love love love love it.. so soft.. reminds me of my flat top brush from everyday minerals which was my favorite brush - even better than my bare minerals one and this was is the best brush i have ever bought for powder. def. recommend. I cannot tell you how soft it is, seriously. I am always very skeptical to buy things online, esp brushes without feeling them first.. so worth it.. check out the site to see if they are having specials or free shipping.. grab it up then.

Lip Treatments -eos - Lip Balm Sphere - Lemon Drop SPF 15
rated 4 of 5
adhesivelove 11/18/2010 6:24:00 PM

I actually really like this balm. I bought this, yes, because of all the hype, plus i couldnt find my carmex after moving and i wanted something to put on my lips at night and during the day when i wasnt going to be wearing makeup. I tried it out immediately and love it. it is bulky and a little oily, but i actually like the oilyness. I did have some pealing too, but my lips were chapped and i figured this would happen with any lip balm. After a day or 2, my lips are soft and smooth and actually appear to be more plump and even colored when i wake up. I like the spf, but also wear it at night and dont have a problem at all. I have very pigmented lips and even though this is a relatively clear balm, i find that it makes my lips a little less red and healthier looking. I want the other flavors as well when i finish this one off.

Blush -E.L.F. - Contouring Blush & Bronzing Powder
rated 4 of 5
adhesivelove 11/18/2010 6:18:00 PM

I never liked bronzers because i am so fair skinned, but for the price and the fact that it comes with a pretty blush, i thought i would try it. i really it and 9 x out of 10 will reach for this bronzer when applying makeup. i only need the tiniest amount, but even if i happen to get more on my brush than i need, it is easily blendable with a clean soft flat top brush. the blush is nice too, but i have found that i own a few that are similar, not exact, but close enough that i wouldnt buy it on its own. I do find it convenient though when applying the bronzer to just use the blush too though, especially on days when i only have a few minutes to get out the door. Def. will buy again. great for travel also since the compact is nice and sturdy and wont take up alot of space in your makeup bag.

I absolutely love this balm. It really soothes my lips and I actually like the scent and the tingle. I also like the little jar it comes in. For some reason, I like lip balms in those little pots. A staple in my home and since I carry it all over my house, from the bedroom to the living room, I have managed to lose mine! (ahh) I will get another one as soon as i can. Thankyou soo much for reading! If you want a more indepth review, I have one linked below, please feel free to check it out if you want to! if you don't than thanks anyways. ;) here

Eye Shadow -L'Oreal - HIP Cream Shadow Paint in 807 Secretive

As I read the other comments, i have to say that people are so silly. A lot were complaining about how to open the tube. HELLO, just flip the cap over and there is a tiny "spike" to poke into the tube opening. At least mine is like that. And if not, then a toothpick will work.. i mean, a fork? come on, no wonder you had a mess. I really like this stuff and use it under my eyeshadow every time i wear makeup. I have creasing only after i have worn it the entire day, im talking about 8+ hours or more.. i do think it is a little drying, but when worn over my eye cream its fine. a little goes a long way and i dont understand why its so hard to apply or to judge how much you will need. little at the time folks. like with most makeup products, you need to build up the coverage, not plop it all on at once. I just apply it with my fingers and no big deal. But to each his own. i think this might be discontinued because of other reviewers, but if it isnt, please take into consideration common sense when purchasing ;)

Pressed Powders -E.L.F. - Complexion Perfection
rated 3 of 5
adhesivelove 6/7/2010 7:27:00 PM

I put that I would not repurchase, but I really havent decided yet.. I use this as a setting powder and to touch up after lunch. I have not used this under other powders or alone, so I cannot really comment on that. (yet) I do find that around and on my nose it can get chalky and my pores look more visable because of it, but some buffing helps and also letting it sit as I finish the rest of my makeup seems to let it settle and stop being as chalky. I also use a some blush on my nose and lightly on my forehead which also helps.. when i retouch though, it isnt chalky.. I am assuming because I have some oil/shine on my nose by then.. overall its pretty good and i will continue to use this.

I actually do not own this perfume (as of yet).. but I went into babw yesterday.. just sniffing around.. I really want a new perfume, but havent decided on what yet.. so I went around smelling most of them.. I really liked this one and was the only one I sprayed on myself and continues to smell my wrist throughout the day.. at bed time (several hours later) the smell was still holding on (though not as strong, but i only sprayed 2 pumps).. I really like it and it might be the one i decide to get next time i go..

Lipstick -New York Color - Lipstick in Pink Gold
rated 4 of 5
adhesivelove 6/7/2010 7:16:00 PM

The only reason I wouldnt buy this again is because I want to try other colors from NYC after using this one. This color reminds me of an Ulta brand lipcolor I got about 2 years ago, it is almost an exact dupe.. only problem with that one was it seemed so drying! Unlike this one from nyc which isnt as drying and doesnt seem to cake up on my lips as much. Perfect color for summer and spring.. bright and cheerful and goes well with a bronzy look on the face.. I have a more indepth review here Thanks for reading.

Styling Products -TRESemme - Instant Heat Tamer Spray
rated 2 of 5
adhesivelove 6/7/2010 7:04:00 PM

I dont know. I see all the positive reviews on here for this and several you tubers have raved about it.. but i could really care less for it. I might use the rest, but will get something different in the future. I haven't noticed anything better about my hair after blowing it out while using this product and actually find that the ends of my naturally wavy/bordering on cury hair are kind of crispy and frizzy looking/feeling after using it- usually my hair is pretty smooth, even if i dont blowdry it but using this seems kind of counter productive, because it seems worse looking than if i just blow it out with no added product. Oh well.. I will probably re-purchse the coconut milk serum from organix which was so much better and only a buck or 2 more.

Blush -E.L.F. - Contouring Blush & Bronzing Powder
rated 4 of 5
adhesivelove 6/7/2010 6:42:00 PM

A little goes a long way for this product. I never ever wear bronzer because I am soo very light skinned and even a dab of bronzer makes me look silly.. but for some reason, with a very light hand- this actually looks pretty good and gives me the tiniest bit of color. I really like the blush too and for $3 at target is well worth the money. The packaging is really nice and sturdy and you get a lot of product for minimal money.

Hair Styling Tools -Goody - Spin Pin
rated 5 of 5
adhesivelove 6/7/2010 6:39:00 PM

For some reason I just wanted to do buns in my hair. Saturday night for dinner I did a high bun and yesterday morning i did a low side bun for church, but by the middle of day, the side bun looked ridiculous and frizzy (i have very wavy often curly hair that i obviously have to brush out to do a bun and therefore can look frizzy) and was falling down and the 6 or so bobby pins i had to use were poking at me. I wanted "straight hair pins" and my mom showed them to me in the store (the ones you do for authentic pin curls).. they were like 3 bucks.. but my hubby talked me into spending the 3 dollars more to get these spin pins that i have been wanting ever since I saw "emilynoel83" use them on youtube.. I redid my hair in the car before dinner yesterday, with no mirror and it only took about 1 minute and it looked so great! I didnt even use a brush.. SOOO worth the $6 or so I paid for them.. def. recommend them to anyone wanting to try them.

Liquid -Revlon - PhotoReady Makeup
rated 3 of 5
adhesivelove 5/19/2010 6:59:00 PM

I do like this foundation alot. i love the coverage when i want something light, its super blendable and I dont need to use alot even though my skin is far from perfect. Pros: I wear the lightest color and it actually matched my skin tone unlike most liquid foundations which the lightest is always 2 shades too dark easy to blend average staying power without feeling overwhelmingly thick Love the pump and its a nice glass container.. only 1/4 of a pump does it most of the time! Because of having to use sooo little, this bottle will last a very long time for me Cons: very glittery looking sometimes i think this breaks me out - not in a horrible way, but i do notice some bumps in the days following wear that dont seem to be hormonal a bit pricey for drugstore, though there are coupons and sales on this brand often does get oily/shiny in the Southern humidity I would prob repurchase this if other foundations I like are discontinued

Mascara -Maybelline - Great Lash Mascara
rated 2 of 5
adhesivelove 5/11/2010 7:34:00 PM

Why spend $4 on this crappy mascara when you can spend a few bucks more at the drugstore and get something so much better i.e : lashblast.. revlon's voluminous in carbon black.. neutrogena's one with olive oil is even better than this. I havent bought this in a while but remember the last time I purchased it I only wore it a few times and then tossed it.. what a waste.
