Great color! One of my favorite red lipsticks!
Great brush and it's multipurpose. Good for crease, packing color, contouring (eye and even your nose if you want) and blending. The size is good too for someone with small facial features.
Good size. Easy to use. Smudges well and you can also apply a thin line of eyeshadow with it. A little scratchy though that's why I took one lippie out. Otherwise it's a good one. I think it would last a long time...
Not bad compared to most of what's out there...
Liquid -Make Up For Ever - Mat Velvet PLUS Matifying Foundation

Unnatural looking. Color doesn't match my skin tone (#25). Drying. Settles in pores to some extent. Just used a sample so I don't know if ti would break me out but it's not great anyway.
Liquid -Laura Mercier - Laura Mercier Oil Free Foundation

1. Drying (face and around eyes) and creates lines 2. Settles into pores 3. Hard to blend because it dries up quickly 4. Very pricey 5. It could make you look older 6. Looks somewhat dull in pictures 7. BROKE MY SKIN OUT LIKE CRAZY I wore it for a few days and I got small bumps on my cheeks. I think it's clogging my pores though I have been cleaning my face well at night. I think it might be due to the high concentration of talc in the product. My face was covered with red bumps after I washed my make up off tonight!
This product is NOT oil free. I just realized that it contains "squalane" which is a natural OIL which occurs in human sebum. Eww. No wonder I got blackheads from this product. I really liked this foundation but after wearing it for about 10 days, I got a lot of new blackheads. This is the 2nd time a Lancome foundation does this to me. I don't think their foundations work for me. I have even noticed some weird bumps forming right on my temples. Eeeek! I really liked the finish though: medium, natural, non-drying. Photographs REALLY well - very natural and beautiful look! It is ok for about 5 hours (but you need to wear powder on top of it) and then it starts separating, sinking into pores and could look greasy at times. I don't like foundations that stick to the skin because they are hard to take off but on the other hand, this had poor lasting power. I've tried cheaper foundations that haven't acted this way. I wish it had worked for my skin... Anyway, it seems the search goes on... :(
The first few days I used it, I thought it was great...Then I noticed that my fine straight hair was very dry, getting into weird knots, greasy and had no body at all. I am giving it away.
On their website, they say this product is oil free. I am not sure if it is because I did the oil test on paper. It might be the vitamin E, I don't know. But it is not oil free. Also, I got weird bubble-like zits after using it for a couple of days. Coverage is very light.
Powder -Make Up For Ever - Duo Mat Powder foundation

Coverage is medium. It's a little hard to blend and the product can look uneven if you don't apply it right. Not particularly drying but hard on the skin around the eyes - you need a liquid concealer for that area. Photographs ok. Lasting power is medium.
Very nice warm brown color but the texture of the eyeshadow is not the best. I prefer my eyeshadows powdery but it's ok I guess. It's kinda hard to blend though. I wish it was more silky and blendable...
Ummmm, I don't understand the hype about this shade...It's not bad but it's not that great either. It's tooo shimmery and it's totally golden with no hint of brown...I am fair and have slight dark circles around my eyes and I realized that you can't really see the eyeshadow even if I wear concealer under it. It just didn't do it for me. I think I am going to return it....
Good concealer. It's a little tough on the skin around the eyes so I think it's better for the face.
Powder -Clinique - Perfectly Real Compact Powder Foundation

I tried it on once at the store and wore it all day. It looked nice...But when I washed it off at the end of the day, my skin was burning! My skin also looked pretty irritated the next day. I think I can't use any Clinique foundation because they all irritate my skin. It has something that is not working with my skin...
Ummmm, there is no coverage! It's almost like a setting powder...I bought it today but I don't think it's worth the money if it's not gonna cover my acne marks and the redness. It also doesn't have a staying power...Too bad.
