This is such a pretty colour. Mauve in some lights, taupe in others, but so feminine and subtly sexy. Lovely shimmer. Good for the office or the weekend.

Very pretty, sheer, milky, barely-there pink. One coat gives just shine, two coats gives nails a white, clean look. Unfortunately it doesn't complement my tanned, ruddy skin.

I love Nomad's Dream! It was everything it was hyped up to be! It really IS pink and gold and orange and nude and matches everything. I think this is one of those rare colours that flatters most skintones. I'm a tanned, rosy-cheeked Oriental NC25 and I find it really hard to get nudes that flatter my skin. So happy. =)

Loose Powders -Kesalan Patharan - Sheer micro powder

Wonderfully fine powder, so light on your skin you barely know it's there. I thought the #10 looked rather light for my NC25 skin, but it was so sheer it didn't matter. Not a lot of oil control though. Love the soft puff, although the package design is neither beautiful nor functional -- the sieve seems to have nowhere to go and the plastic bowl looks cheap. Might as well save the SGD$15 and just buy the refill to use with your own powder brush.

Scrubs -The Body Shop - Cranberry Body Salt Scrub

I hated this. It was hugely disappointing because I generally like Body Shop scrubs. It left a sticky icky film on my skin that no amount of soaping and lathering would remove. Bleah.

This is good stuff. Smells lovely like the rest of their Vit E range. The thick cream goes right into my hands and cuticles and keeps them soft.

The product itself was good -- went on easily and soaked right in, hydrating very dry skin just like it was designed to. Good for the soles of my feet and my elbows. But the large surface area meant that the product got little bits of dust, hair and fibres stuck in it long before it was finished. Yuck.

Route Beer Float is a nice dark brown -- not so dark that it looks black on your toes, but more of a milk chocolate brown. Goes on easily and lasts forever.

Another of those sexy deep reds that OPI excels at. This one is reminiscent of ripe berries or rubies. I love this on toes but find it too bright for tips. Great for night.

Sexy dark red with subtle gold shimmer. Wonderful for evenings out, finishes black outfits and shoes beautifully. Too vampish for conservative offices, unfortunately.

I love this colour. It's so chameleonic, flashing mauve and taupe at different angles and with a brilliant shine. Goes with any outfit and looks gorgeous on both toes and tips.

Uptown Taupe is a very pretty, taupe in the bottle with a hint of shimmer -- a nice neutral that looks like it will match anything. On nails, it looks distinctly mauve in bright light, although it remains taupe in dim light. The mauve is a little hard to match. Love this in dim light, ambivalent towards it in bright light.
