Well, I have been washing with this soap since the beginning of December and I think it is safe to say that I have found my HG. While it is a bit expensive (IMO) for a body soap, it is dirt cheap as a face soap! I can't see a need to ever go back to a liquid cleanser again. My face is soft, clear and moisturized without feeling tight or too oily. I know that it doesn't work for everyone, but for me it is wonderful. BTW, I have sensitive, combo, acne prone skin.
Lotions/ Creams -Origins - Make a Difference Hand Treatment
Mollster 1/1/2005 4:36:00 PM
This is a wonderful hand cream. I first read an article about it in Real Simple magazine. They had rated the best hand lotions and this was on the list. It has a very light citrus scent and sinks in very quickly. My hands are not greasy at all. I think this is now sharing HG status with the L'Occitane Shea Hand Cream. And, this one smells better too! A great find!
At first, I really liked this product. A little goes a long way. But over time, the build-up on my hair was unbearable. No amount of clarifying helped. I'm kind of glad that I don't like it since it is so expensive!!!
Treatments (Eye) -Decleor - Vitaroma Wrinkle Prevention Eye

I have been using this eye cream for almost 2 months, and I have to say that I really do see a difference in my fine lines around my eyes. It is also helping tremendously with my dark circles. My eyes look brighter and more alert. I love that it is in a tube...much more sanitary than sticking your finger in a jar. The price isn't great, but it is no worse than most of the other eye creams out there. I will continue to use this product with great results.
I have very sensitive skin and this scrub is wonderfully gentle for it. The scubbing particles are rough enough to feel like their achieving results but soft enough that they don't irritate my cheeks at all! I am very happy with this scrub. I had all but given up on physical exfoliants because they were so harsh. Not this one! I highly recommend for those of you who have sensitive skin.
This is my HG cleanser. I can't think of any reason to use anything else. It cleans gently and thoroughly without irritating my very sensitive skin. It's great in both summer and winter for my combo skin. I really love this product and will always use it.
Scrubs -Natural Esscents - Ginger Citrus Sea Salt Scrub
Mollster 10/4/2004 1:54:00 PM
This is a fantastic scrub! The ginger citrus scent is so refreshing, it's a wonderful morning scrub. Wakes me up with the clean scent of ginger, tempered with the sweetness/tartness of citrus. This is one of my HG scrubs!
Gels/Soaps -Laura Mercier - Vanilla Creme Puff Body Wash
Mollster 9/25/2004 5:38:00 PM
Glad I got this is in a travel size! I was not impressed at all with the Vanilla Cream Puff scent. I could barely smell it. While the body wash itself it pretty nice, I have found plenty of other brands that compared and were WAY less expensive. All in all, this one is not a keeper.
Sunscreen -DDF - Organic Sunblock Spf 30 [DISCONTINUED]
Mollster 9/20/2004 12:45:00 PM
This is my HG sunscreen! I have never broken out from it. My super sensitive skin has never been irritated by it. It never leaves a whitish cast or greasy film on my skin and the bottle lasts forever. I highly recommend this product for sensitive skin gals!
Lotions/ Creams -Natural Esscents - Toasted Marshallow Body Whip
Mollster 8/31/2004 11:52:00 AM
I really was looking forward to this one, after all of the raves on the boards. But, I don't see what all the fuss is about. Maybe I got an off batch, but I could barely smell the scent at all. I will use it up, but will not repurchase.
Lotions/ Creams -Natural Esscents - Body Whip- Sweet Almond
Mollster 8/31/2004 11:49:00 AM
I wanted to like this, but it turned to a powdery, slightly soapy scent on me. It went up for swap. Great consistency, just not a good scent.
This may just attain HG status for me! I've tried what seems like hundreds of products for my fine, curly hair. Either they are too heavy and weigh it down or they are too light and do nothing to control frizz or define my curls. This product does both! I've been using it for a week now and am really impressed. I wish I could find it locally (had to buy online) but I will still repurchase online. I am very happy with Bouncy Creme!
Lotions/ Creams -Laura Mercier - Mint Leaf Body Milk
Mollster 7/1/2004 5:15:00 PM
If you can get pass the price tag, you won't regret purchasing this one. It smells absolutely wonderful. Now, I am not a mint person at all! I always feel like I am gonna end up smelling like toothpaste. But, this is a totally different story. It has a very botanical smell to it. A lot like a high quality peppermint tea. It smells fresh and clean. The first day I put it on my hands, two different people in the elevators at work commented on how good I smelled. The texture is great as well. It leaves absolutely no greasy residue on your skin. It is a bit too light for heavy winter moisturizing. But for spring/summer/fall it is great. Despite the high price tag, I will never be without this.
Love the dry oils, and especially love the Nut one! I often layer it with Serendipitous perfume and it smells divine! A great moisturizer for the days when you don't want to feel sticky from lotion. Great before bed too!
Lotions/ Creams -Bissy's Boutique - Shea Me Smooth Body Butter in Snickerdoodle
Mollster 5/31/2004 1:22:00 PM
This Snickerdoodle scent is my favorite from Bissy's. The Shea Me Smooth butter is a little bit greasier than her whipped body butter, but it is great for dry, winter skin! The snickerdoodle does have a fair amount of cinnamon oil in it, which irritated my body skin a bit. So, I mostly use it for my hands and feet which are a lot less sensitive. I will always have a tub of this stuff at hand.
