Absolutely agree with Jennellexoxo below as far as this catching my eye and me having to have it. Right then and there. Done. End of story. If you're into purples, it really is *that* gorgeous.

Eye Shadow -MAC - Grand Entrance [DISCONTINUED]

At first I thought this was just another boring highlight - okay, maybe not "boring", but nothing special. I decided to get it and am so glad I did! To me, this isn't shimmery so much, but instead I liken it to a mix of gold and platinum molten liquid. That's what it looks like to me - not shimmery, but WET. Love.

Lipstick -Sephora - Lip Attitude - Glamour

I too, have #19 Innocent beige, and butterfly3475 said it best below -- this is the BEST nude! She described the color perfectly, and I have to say, of all the lipsticks I have, and I have a freaking buttload, this is my favorite, hands-down.
This is a great daytime color, and nothing can even come close to this with a smoky eye for evening. It's simply the best.

Eye Shadow -MAC - Smoke & Diamonds [DISCONTINUED]

I, too, was one of the ones that kicked herself for not getting this the first time it made its appearance. Cry no more...I got it! Geez, aren't we just silly sometimes?! =)
A lovely, silvery, grey, greenish, taupe (definitely cooler toned to my eyes and ON my eyes!) - wore it today with a splash of Graphology smooshed into the outer corner and Vanilla to highlight. Lined top and waterline with Rave Pearlglide (yes, yes, I got 2 Pearlglides too!!!), and it's so pretty and makes for a subtle, yet noticeable daytime smoky eye. So, so glad I was able to grab one this time, but I have a feeling this will end up making the permanent line anyway.

Lipstick -Estee Lauder - Limited-Edition Signature Hydra Lustre w/Gold Shimmer
rated 5 of 5
MadameFabulina 7/26/2009 5:47:00 PM

I got this in Rose Amethyst and it is GORGEOUS! It feels very similar to MAC's Luster lippies, but the color stays on much longer, IMO.
Rose Amethyst is a blue-based pink, so definitely cool toned; but I am more on the neutral side and I really imagine this would look great on anybody that enjoys a nude lip. This almost pulls a lavender sort of look at first, then melds more into a bluish toned pink, finally settling into a cool pink once and for all. Too bad this is LE, because it caught my eye right away, and I'll be honest - EL items don't usually call me to the counter in any way, shapr, or form. So glad I spotted this and decided to buy it.

Blush -MAC - Style Demon
rated 5 of 5
MadameFabulina 7/18/2009 12:31:00 PM

OMG - so so so so SOOOO much prettier (not to mention pigmented) than Hand-Finish!!! I only compare these 2 because I returned Hand-Finish yesterday and got Style Demon in place of it. Hand-Finish was not really much of anything - just a pretty frost, whereas Style Demon actually simulates a slight sunburn when worn over bronzer (I haven't yet tried it on its own).
This is very heavily pigmented so remember to use a light hand to start with, then you can build from there. It's really simply gorgeous (I keep stopping to stare at myself as I'm doing my arm weights this morning, lol).

Mascara -MAC - Zoom lash
rated 4 of 5

Wet? Hmmmm, mine wasn't wet at all. Loreal Voluminous - now THAT's a wet mascara. Anyway, enough of that! I love DiorShow and Lancome's Hypnose, but Zoom Lash is the first mascara, in my 43 years, that someone actually said, "OMG! Look at your lashes!!!" I hardly think I need to say more. ♥

Blush -MAC - Mineralize Blush - Hand-Finish

ITA with everyone here that says this is too light, just a sheen, and you have to pile it on to even "see" it (and I use the word lightly). You can see frost and a sheen, but next to no color to speak of.
I also got the Porcelain Pink MSF and think I'll keep that one, then return this one, since the effect is almost the same.

Polishes -Sally Hansen - Insta-Dri Jumpin' Jade
rated 4 of 5
MadameFabulina 7/12/2009 7:44:00 PM

Gorgeous deep metallic emerald green, but like most reviewers have noted, the brush and application is pretty wacky! I got another one of these polishes a couple weeks ago in Beige Blast and thought I just had a bad bottle, but nope, this is the Insta-Dry brush design. I had to almost completely wipe ALL sides of the brush on the lip of the bottle before I could even apply it, that's how much product gets onto the brush. Other than that, though, these polishes are pretty nice.

Polishes -China Glaze - For Audrey

I'm with Veedebee on this one - mine is thick and gloppy and was pretty difficult to apply. The color is great, but the hassle applying it really pissed me off! Think I'll try the newest OPI for Sephora Ocean Potion or whatever-the-hell it's called. Boo hiss.

Misc Beauty Tools -Unlisted Brand - Ped Egg
rated 5 of 5
MadameFabulina 7/5/2009 1:45:00 PM

I had to laugh when I read msdi2u's review because I, too, would always worry when someone got behind me on an escalator! I tried to tell myself that no one out there is going to be looking at my feet (although I do), but still, I worry!
Anyway, on to my review -- my son bought this for my this past Christmas, and I finally used it yesterday! My heels have been dry and have had little cracks in them for as long as I can remember. I usually "wet file" in the shower, then do the whole rich moisturizer and socks deal at night, which works okay; but exfoliating with the PedEgg is so much faster and so much better then using a file in the shower. PedEgg, plus moisturizer and socks at night, should do the trick!
I wish I would've read surf222's review before I used this yesterday, however, and not been so zealous, because my heels are a little sore and tender now. So I would say just use this for a few minutes at a time and be careful you don't overdo it.

Blush -Chanel - Les Tissages de Chanel - Blush Duo Tweed Effect in Tweed Pink
rated 2 of 5

For the price? No way! Pretty enough, but again, not for such an exhorbitant price. MAC Well Dressed is a much prettier shade of pink, IMO.

Eye Shadow -MAC - Paint Pot - Constructivist
rated 1 of 5

Not a fan. This was so hard to work with and it seemed drier than some of the other PPs. The color payoff left a lot to be desired, and there are so many powder shades offered by MAC (and other companies) that you can just slap on and basically go. I ended up returning my jar today.

Liquid -Christian Dior - Diorskin Nude Hydrating Makeup SPF 10 [DISCONTINUED]
rated 4 of 5
MadameFabulina 6/18/2009 8:52:00 PM

I am grossly oily, a few fine lines, huge pores, and I LOVE this foundation. In fact, a coworker told me last week that my face looked flawless. Always a good thing, right? I have experienced absolutely no oxidization whatsoever with this product, and I just use one pump to cover my whole face.
I start with MAC Prep + Prime SPF 50, then I use Clinique's Pore Minimizer Instant Perfector (great primer, btw, and cheap). Apply DiorSkin Nude with my MAC 190 brush (I get zero streaking), then finish with either MAC's MSF Natural or MAC's Prep + Prime Transparent Finishing Powder (huge raves for both of these powders, just haven't written reviews yet).
I am 43 years old, let me state once again I am INSANELY oily, and I love the way this combo makes my skin look. Maybe a younger girl with oily skin can't use this very easily, but trust me, as you get older, you don't want a nasty, cakey, thick, matte look to your face.
